Twice I have had an appointment at Heartwest Coolaroo and both times the doctor, Dr Mitra Zarrati has not shown up. I have had to organise my day around these 2 appointments both times and the doctor has not shown up. I have now made an appointment for the 25th November. If Dr Zarrati does not show up again, I will be making a formal complaint to the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.

Have found that it is a pleasure to attend the clinic in Hoppers Crossing. All of the staff are pleasant and friendly and the appointment time is very close to being when you are attended to.
