I found everything to do with my visits and full check up at Heart West to be very well organised, very polite and efficient staff and most importantly the doctor I was seeing was very informative, had plenty of time to explain details to me, and had my well being at heart (excuse the pun).

Ring one phone number for all heartiest is totally unacceptable. Messages and emails are not answered. Each Heartwest office should have their own phone and emails.

A clinic that enjoys respect, high performance, good treatment, smiling faces, and no delays. They truly deserve all respect and appreciation.

Prompt, friendly receptionist, comfy waiting room, friendly, approachable Dr welcomes you in the waiting room before escorting you to his room. Dr was an active listber, aware of concerns and willing to offer solutions. A very calming, reassuring consultation
