Too long waiting time, when enquired they said you should have come half an hour late as your appointment does not start until half an hour later but the text message sent to us was indicated “half an hour early time. We arrived in the clinic at 12:20 for 12:30 appointment and was seen by the person at 1:24.

A clinic that enjoys respect, high performance, good treatment, smiling faces, and no delays. They truly deserve all respect and appreciation.

The wait time was not long. Receptionist friendly, courteous and helpful. Dr Divya was patient, explained and answered my queries. I did not feel rushed . Overall a good experience.

Staff are very friendly and supportive. Language was clear and easy to understand. Cardiologist was very supportive and understanding. Consult was clear and precise. Thank you all for your caring and kind interaction.

I found everything to do with my visits and full check up at Heart West to be very well organised, very polite and efficient staff and most importantly the doctor I was seeing was very informative, had plenty of time to explain details to me, and had my well being at heart (excuse the pun).

Ring one phone number for all heartiest is totally unacceptable. Messages and emails are not answered. Each Heartwest office should have their own phone and emails.

I had a positive experience with Melbourne Cardiology Group. I was able to get an appointment quickly and obtained a diagnosis during the first consultation. I feel very supported at this practice.
