I attended the St. Albans campus. Appointment wait times were minimal, which was good. It would be better if holter monitor staff could be friendlier by introducing themselves and explaining the procedure of applying the heart monitor dots. It's already an awkward experience to start with. The phone system needs to be overhauled. Waiting 5-10mins to get put through to reception to confirm bookings is too long.

I had an appoinment made 12 months earlier. I arrived at 8.45am and I wasn't seen that day. I was told by reception staff that there was a car/traffic problem delaying my doctor but was not subsequently kept informed as to when the doctor would arrive. I eventually left at 10.20am. I had travelled 20 km in each direction for my appointment. Reception staff offered no apology. I have since left the clinic.
