On time appointment, Charlotte explained the procedure very clearly.
Everyone was absolutely lovely in person and one the phone and very helpful and accommodating. The Dr was great, he has a very good bedside manner and explained everything to me in lay terms
My recent visit was good with staff (especially Gloria) being patient and helpful.
Excellent experience as always. The young gent at reception at NSP hospital may be better suited to another role. Telling patients, and I quote, "your not on the list" is not a very pleasant way to start the morning for a procedure. After no clarification or apology he eventually followed up with, "take a seat". I was obviously on the list, but genuinely felt like a source of annoyance for this rather special chappy.
Dr Kiely is a supportive doctor. All my interactions have been positive. He takes the time to explain procedures and results, then advise if follow ups are needed.
I had to leave work early to make the appointment time only to be kept waiting an hour which I would not have minded except when it was my turn I felt I was rushed in and out to make up time. It was a very expensive prescription that I could have gotten from my Gp. I thought as my appointment was so quick I might be bulk billed.
The reception team are excellent and responsive. A wonderful, thorough and efficient service. Highly recommend all round.
