Overall, my experience with this practice has been good. The staff are friendly and the practice is professionally run. Wait times are less than ideal - I now only have Zoom consultations so I can at least work while I wait. There seems to be an aversion to technology - e.g. scripts are posted, pathology forms are scanned and emailed.

My main comment is that a couple of times I have had my appointment changed to a different and less convenient time by sms from reception with no explanation/discussion which is frustrating. I would not do this to patients and I don't think it's good practice.
