Overall, my experience with Dr Tattersall has been good, and far better than my experience with my previous specialist. My only real feedback is that communication/accessibility could be improved. It's virtually impossible to get an appointment with less than 3 months' notice. To his credit, Dr Tattersall does respond via phone or email (thank you), but the delay in communication is not ideal when you need advice quickly and when the issue/s could be resolved more easily during a short appointment rather than a back and forth over email. Setting aside time slots throughout the day or week that could be used for the purpose of taking these types of appointments would alleviate delays in addressing issues that require immediate or quick feedback.

I was recommended to Dr Tattersall by a GP in our local practice (after many years with my first Gastroenterologist, whom retired). I always feel reassured with Dr Tattersall while with him. Even though I don't always think of all the questions I may have at the time! He's very accessible via the practice reception or directly, if urgent. That is very reassuring when you have a chronic condition. We can have a laugh and quick general chat, when time permits. He has a lovely sense of calm and is funny underneath it all. I appreciate that.
