Dr Nidhi Panicker

Dr Nidhi Panicker is a dedicated and compassionate Paediatrician who is deeply committed to the health and well-being of children from infancy through to early adulthood. With a strong focus on preventative medicine, she strives to promote healthy and happy lifestyles for her young patients. Dr Panicker believes in providing comprehensive, family-centred care, working closely with parents and carers to address medical, behavioural, and developmental concerns in a supportive and reassuring environment.

Dr Panicker completed her medical degree, obtaining her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Newcastle. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP), having undertaken extensive postgraduate training in paediatric medicine across several major paediatric hospitals in Australia. Her training has also spanned various rural and regional settings, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the diverse healthcare needs of families.

Throughout her career, Dr Panicker has developed a broad range of clinical interests. She has completed advanced training in paediatric haematology, as well as specialised training in the care of neonates, eating disorders, and children's mental health. Her practice encompasses general paediatrics, developmental screening, and the assessment and management of conditions such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Additionally, she is highly passionate about medical education and has spent considerable time teaching and mentoring Medical Students and Paediatric Trainees.
