I found Ara difficult to engage with. If you have any history of depression he will assume you are mentally ill and can’t make decisions for yourself. I went into the surgery with very little trust, it was only because my GP emphatically vouched for him that I went with him. I had no problems with my surgery and recovery.

From my first meeting with Mr Aravinthan Saravanamuttu I had complete confidence that if anyone could carry out what was for me a risky procedure, with added complications of pain control, it was Ara. Dr. Ara took the time to explain my options to me, and gave me enough information to make an informed decision about my surgery going forward. I have had a few complications that required some additional care for, which I received from Dr. Ara. I'm healing well, and my progress is perfectly on schedule.
