I have always found tge staff i have had dealings with extremely helpful & caring both before & after surgery. Proff Hensman it brilliant & i am sorry to see him go but he deserves family time after all the time & help he has given to all of his clients. Cassandra the dietitian is so enthusiastic & really helps me stay on track but enjoy food & the experiences with food & reception is always really friendly & helpful & a pleasure to chat to & organise appointments with. Overall a brilliant experience..
The appointment was a follow-up Telehealth. I thought Ara was attentive and explained my questions well. It didn’t feel rushed. I felt I could discuss all concerns.

All Lapsurgery specialists are fantastic. The only negative was walking from the carpark past one of your admin staff who was smoking next to the side walkway. This was not a great look, especially for a surgical practice deigned for improving one’s health.
I found the entire process very smooth from payment through to treatment and professional and feel like I received excellent care from the dietician, physician, surgeon, exercise physiologist, reception staff and nurse at the clinic.
