Dr Danny Awwad

Attended public hospital for wrist fracture referred to dr awwad who was very approachable and professional. Had surgery in flinders private went well. No issues post surgery follow ups good.

My experience with Dr. Awwad was excellent. I felt safe and in very capable hands. He went through the process carefully with me in clear terms. At no time did I feel pressured or confused. He was happy to answer any of my questions, which he did with with clarity and patience. He invited me to call him any time if I had any queries. His after care service was amazing. my first visit was a good experience as to what i was going to be subject to and what to expect after my operation ; he was very thorough and invited as many questions as i was prepared to ask. subsequent visits were treated with the same efficiency and detailed discussion of the operation and the problem encountered and possible after effects.Iam extremely pleased with his follow up and am very happy to say would be more than happy to recommend him to anybody facing a similar situation,Many thanks as i now am recovering quite rapidly and even the scar left is barely visible. I had a bad physical accident which resulted in a broken left ankle (3 bones) that required fixations and Dr Danny was extremely helpful, he not only put me at ease with the process but kept me well informed prior to, during and Post Surgery. He visited me in hospital very regularly and made me feel at ease with what I was going though.

My experience of receiving a metal plate pinned to the left wrist radial was excellent. Every aspect was explained and in such a positive and friendly, understanding manner that I felt very confident I was receiving the best care and orthopedic skill available.
