I am deeply grateful for the care we received from Dr Stephen Cole. I could not recommend Dr Cole and his team more highly. During my pregnancy, a long antenatal hospital admission, and post-birth recovery, I felt incredibly supported and cared for during what was an extremely stressful time with a number of complications. After a long journey to fall pregnant, I anticipated a high-risk pregnancy, but not for the reasons that ultimately presented themselves. For that reason, I would strongly encourage anyone to consider booking with an experienced and highly specialised obstetrician like Steve. The reviews I had read on Google and Doctify, along with Steve’s website, are what led me to book my first appointment with him. I now feel very fortunate to be able to share my own experience to help others making such an important decision. The person I read about and felt through the voice on his website (and the team who support him) is exactly who and what I experienced. The entire team truly goes above and beyond in a way I’ve never experienced. It’s clear this is not just a job to them, they deeply care. I felt genuinely heard and supported by every member of the team I interacted with. From arranging additional scans and appointments to patiently answering every query, their care and diligence helped save our pregnancy. If it wasn’t for the things each of you did over the last 23 weeks to make sure I was seen when issue came up, or given advice over the phone, or visiting me while I was an antenatal patient, Dan and I truly don’t think we would be sitting here with our precious little Hazel bear thriving in SCN 🐻 🎀 Not all heroes wear capes, Hazel’s Heroes just happen to wear blue scrubs with a Team Cole logo! We are forever grateful and in awe of the care and compassion you provide every single patient that walks through your doors. Steve, and the whole of Team Cole provided remarkable care throughout our pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Steve always showered empathy, kindness, expertise and could read our stressors and provide direct assurance which made such a difference throughout the whole pregnancy/birth. He always made us feel we were cared for, at all hours. It provided complete peace of mind - which was invaluable to us given our journey. Steve and the team made the most important moment of our lives a truly wonderful experience.

Dr. Cole and his wonderful team supported us every step of the way during our pregnancy, making us feel truly cared for and in safe hands. They patiently guided us through our first pregnancy, helping us prepare for life with our newborn, and were always there to answer our questions and offer caring support whenever we needed it.

We are so grateful to Dr Cole and his team for the exceptional care we’ve received. At 16 weeks into our first pregnancy, when things suddenly became complicated and other doctors told us our case was too complex, Dr Cole welcomed us immediately. From the very beginning, he showed not only medical expertise but also genuine empathy and understanding, which gave us the strength and reassurance we needed during such a difficult time. His team has also gone above and beyond to support us—always considerate of the long distance we travel for appointments and making sure they can accommodate our needs. Their kindness, professionalism, and compassion have made such a difference in our journey, and we truly could not have asked for better care. We will always be thankful to Dr Cole and his team for walking alongside us through this chapter of our lives.

I cannot recommend Dr. Stephen Cole and his team highly enough. If I choose to have more children, I will absolutely return without hesitation. The midwife assigned to guide me through pregnancy planning (Linsey) was so supportive and spent time to prepare me for birth and breastfeeding. She was very responsive via message and phone to support all my queries along the way. It was very comforting to have her there. I am very grateful and won't forget the great help she gave me. The administration team (Eliza and CJ) were always so thoughtful and helped keep my child entertained during appointments. They did help reduce stress by booking appointments and highlight what is required from me. The physiotherapist (Laura) was very informative, detailed and takes the time to explain her analysis. I did appreciate her honest explanations. I will continue to work with her towards recovery. From the very beginning, it was clear that Dr. Cole is not only compassionate and responsive but also a highly experienced and exceptionally skilled obstetrician. Throughout my pregnancy, he was empathetic, informative, and always quick to address any concerns — often calling me back almost immediately when I reached out through the emergency number. Dr Cole was always open to my many questions and answered without any judgement. His bedside manner was great. When it came time to proceed with a caesarean due to a medical condition, he was incredibly reassuring and gave me full confidence in my decision.
