Fix Bones is a specialist orthopaedic clinic providing comprehensive patient-centred solutions to both upper and lower limb injuries and conditions. Fix Bones is run by Melbourne-based orthopaedic surgeon Dr Arshad Barmare. Dr Barmare has specialist expertise in joint replacement, sports injuries and trauma with a special interest in arthroscopic reconstructive surgery of joint conditions such as:

The team at Fix Bones are strong advocates for the use of non-operative procedures to treat common orthopaedic problems before considering surgery, working with every patient to provide a bespoke plan in order to create the best outcomes.

Dr Barmare trained in India and earned his degree in 1992. He later completed his advanced orthopaedic training in Singapore and Australia before he obtained a Master's degree in Orthopaedics from the National University of Singapore in 2005. In 2010, he became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, and he was elected as a fellow of the Australian Orthopaedic Association in 2014.
