Dr Molly Clark

Dr. Molly Clark is a qualified Osteopath holding a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) from Victoria University. As a recent graduate, Molly brings a strong foundation of current evidence-based knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people move, feel, and function better.

Before her career in osteopathy, Molly worked as a personal trainer, spending several years immersed in the fields of strength, fitness, and rehabilitation. This experience allows her to bridge the gap between manual therapy and movement-based care, offering treatment plans that are both hands-on and functional. She particularly enjoys working with clients involved in strength training, including powerlifting and Olympic lifting, but also finds great satisfaction in helping individuals at any stage of their journey—whether recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or building confidence with movement.

Molly treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including neck and back pain, shoulder dysfunction, hip and knee injuries, and postural issues. She adopts a structural and holistic approach to treatment, combining manual techniques with tailored rehabilitation exercises. Her goal is to deliver care informed by the latest research while addressing each patient’s unique physical, lifestyle, and emotional factors.

Education and empowerment are at the heart of Molly’s practice. She believes in helping patients understand their bodies, providing them with the knowledge and tools to take an active role in their recovery. With a focus on creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment, Molly works closely with her patients to restore movement, relieve pain, and promote long-term wellbeing.
