My recent visit to the outpatient clinic was great. Admin staff were friendly, appointment relatively on time, thorough. I would like to make a comment about the care within our inpatient stay when my baby was born. We found the staff relatively stern and not particularly friendly. I would have appreciated someone explaining the tests they were performing and why, just for my own interest and knowledge. I'm sure the care was excellent but bedside manner goes a long way.

It was a pleasant experience and paediatrician was very experienced.
We had such a lovely experience at Paedicare. The admin staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived, and the doctors were incredibly kind, helpful, and caring. The rooms are clean, and the waiting area was beautifully decorated for Easter, creating such a calm environment for little ones. Highly recommend!
We saw Dr Musthaffa for my son. She was lovely, empathetic and very knowledgeable.
Telehealth appt with Dr Yasmin. Unfortunately reception staff did not indicate to Yasmin that we had separated which led to an awkward moment about having more kids but that would be my only feedback.
