We were really impressed with the experience - the reception team were really kind and managed to get us an earlier appt due to a cancellation. We saw Dr John Gunn and he is very experienced and also very thorough.

From the reception to the Doctor, all the staff were friendly and professional. Made it a welcoming environment for children & adults alike!

My recent visit to the outpatient clinic was great. Admin staff were friendly, appointment relatively on time, thorough. I would like to make a comment about the care within our inpatient stay when my baby was born. We found the staff relatively stern and not particularly friendly. I would have appreciated someone explaining the tests they were performing and why, just for my own interest and knowledge. I'm sure the care was excellent but bedside manner goes a long way.
