Dr Priyam Jha

Dr Priyam Jha is a compassionate and dedicated Paediatrician who is committed to providing high-quality care to infants, children, and their families. With a warm and reassuring approach, she focuses on delivering comprehensive medical support tailored to the unique needs of each child. Dr Jha strongly believes that every family is different, and she takes pride in collaborating closely with parents to develop personalised care plans that align with their individual values and circumstances.

As a Specialist in child health, Dr Jha has a particular clinical interest in the newborn period, supporting families through the early stages of their child's life. Her areas of expertise encompass general paediatric care, infant feeding, settling difficulties, and early childhood development. Additionally, she has undertaken specialised training in child protection and is actively pursuing further studies in Neuroprotective Developmental Care to enhance her ability to support families during the critical early years of development.

Dr Jha graduated with her medical degree from Bond University in 2011. She completed her comprehensive paediatric training across several major hospitals and clinical sites throughout Queensland. In 2021, she was awarded her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians (FRACP), marking her qualification as a Specialist Paediatrician. To ensure her practice remains at the forefront of paediatric medicine, she continues to engage in advanced professional development, including specialised training programmes.
