I recently completed a course of CBT sessions with Dr Sharon Pettit, focusing on managing my anxiety, worry, and rumination. When I first began, I struggled significantly with social interactions, often feeling socially awkward and fixating on past conversations. My mind would race with worries about things entirely beyond my control, pushing my anxiety levels to an all-time high. It felt like I was in a constant state of fight or flight, from the moment I woke up until I went to bed, leaving me completely drained. Now, almost six months later, I've gained valuable tools to help manage my thoughts and emotions. While I wouldn’t say I’m completely cured, I feel about 75% better and am now enjoying a much happier life. I've decided to take a break from CBT for the time being, but I'm committed to returning if I notice my anxiety levels rising again.

Couldn’t fault Mr Holton, from the first consultation he really listened which I hadn’t had with other consultants in the past. Mr Holton also made me feel reassured throughout giving me the least invasive options first before surgery. As a young adult I have struggled to find a diagnosis and within the first consultation Mr Holton knew what my condition was and how to resolve it. I have had the surgery and have my life back as a result! First follow up he checked me over again and answered all questions I had especially about my recovery. I couldn’t fault the care and support that I had received and will forever be grateful. I would highly recommend Mr Holton especially for young adults who had struggled to find a consultant who isn’t afraid to operate if it is necessary.

I cannot recommend Dr Cavill highly enough. She treated me extremely effectively for post-viral fatigue, acute asthma, long COVID, and mast cell activation syndrome, and her expertise across multiple fields of medicine is truly outstanding. From the very first appointment, she combined exceptional clinical knowledge with a delightful, warm and friendly bedside manner. She listens very carefully, takes concerns seriously and explains everything with clarity and patience, which is incredibly reassuring when dealing with complex conditions. I always felt heard, understood and confident in her care. Dr Cavill is an exceptional consultant, and I would strongly recommend her to anyone seeking thorough, compassionate and expert medical treatment.

The arrangements for my appointment were clear and I was able to park easily. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and staff at every level were kind, helpful and polite. Mr. Bahl has helped me so much to overcome a problem which was severely impacting upon my life and reducing my confidence for social contact. He has been very clear about all issues and risks so that, when I underwent surgery, I was clear about what outcome I might experience. I had a online assessment, I was seen by Wioleta Cholewinska. She was really lovely, welcoming and put me at ease. She made me feel comfortable and was understanding and listened very well. The longest waiting part was from filling out the forms to the assessment, but even tho this was a wait, I was expecting it to be a lot longer than it was so that’s great. The actual booking of my assessment was super quick and easy. They sent me a date and time that was for an appointment within 14days of them sending me the appointment details. I’ve heard this can be a lot longer elsewhere so I was surprised about this in a good way.

I'm very pleased with my visit. I arrived late due to work commitments and couldn't to get through to the hospital to let them know. Mr Odak was waiting for me (I was the last patient of the day) and was very kind and friendly throughout the appointment. I got my diagnosis and was happy with the level of information provided. My condition was explained to me very clearly, and so were my treatment options. Mr Odak booked me in for a steroid injection, which will hopefully solve my issues. Turnaround between initial consultation and injection has been very quick (just a couple of weeks).

Mr Breakey recently repaired our son Noah’s cleft palate. We feel incredibly lucky that he was our surgeon and are so grateful to him for the operation he performed for Noah. It will change his and our lives for the better and we are so thankful! Noah’s cleft was very wide and quite complex, but you wouldn’t know it, it looks amazing and just a day after Noah is getting back to his normal self. Mr Breakey was so calm and reassuring, explained everything to us so well and clearly deeply cares about his patients. I couldn’t be more grateful to him!
