We got an appointment in a timely manner which was very helpful . Dr Ridout treated our elderly relative with the utmost care and compassion she made her feel so at ease as she had been very nervous beforehand .
Lovely friendly approach, put me at ease immediately especially as it was an intimate problem. Returned the next day and had the necessary treatment and couldn’t fault the service at all. Delighted.
This is a wonderful service, to be able to get a same day appointment when suffering from unbelievable pain was such a relief. I can not thank Doctor Charlotte and Nurse Amanda enough, they were both amazing.
Having tried my nhs doctor and found to be number 29 the queue. In frustration I phoned 111 who suggest a trip to A&E. Having had a recent tooth extracted with abscess all I needed was more antibiotics to help with extreme fatigue resulting in sleep all day. It was Friday and with the weekend looming I could honed the Deben Practise getting an appointment within the hour. All the staff were very friendly and professional and the doctor spent real time with a through examination.
I came from leeds to visit my sister to have the stitches out on my lip It was easy to get an appointment and they fitted me in and did what needed to be done so easily They also looked after my driver and provided a cup of tea whilst she waited Would definitely recommend them
