Doctor Charlotte has always given excellent advice & help when I & my family have needed it. She has also taken extraordinary care in helping an elderly friend with several fractures caused by osteoporosis who came to her as a last resort. Thanks to Doctor Charlotte's intervention this lady lives comfortably at home caring for her husband.

Dr Ridout, is professional, kind and totally gets it. She listens and gave me all the time I needed. Explained why all my symptoms are as they are and how they are linked. How to help with them and what to do moving forward. As I said before, I should have made an appointment a long time ago.
The doctor came at my problem with an open mind and gave me clear advice on how to move forward. This was very reassuring.
Dr Ridout is very friendly and available. I get the sense that she knows me and remembers info from my medical history which I have never felt before with NHS GPs. She offers an amazing service which is much needed!
