I recently visited the Clinic for some treatment as I was experiencing vulvodynia and a lot of pain and muscle tightness that impacted my relationships and is very upsetting as I was not sure what the solutions/ treatments could be to help. I did some research and contacted Elite Aesthetics as well as a couple of other clinics to get some advice and treatment options. I was extremely impressed with the information, advice, discretion and kindness shown to be by Shiva when I initially called. Shiva spoke to the Dr and got all the relevant information for me from Dr Elgerta (Elle) Ismaili. I was made to feel at ease and had confidence in the solution that would be offered. I attended my first appointment and consultation and met with Dr Elle, who is extremely compassionate and understanding and made me feel comfortable to share my concerns and what I was experiencing. I had always felt there was something wrong with me and that I was not normal, even though am in my mid 40's it is something I had accepted would not get better and I would always experience extensive pain and tightness that was actually quite unbearing and very sore. Dr Elle explained everything clearly through the consultation and has such a warm and kind nature. I decided to go ahead with the treatment which is botox injections that help relax the muscle tightness, even though I was aware that it may not work or be effective as every individual is different. I returned for a top up after 2 weeks as during that time I was so surprised and positively shocked and happy how the muscles had relaxed and the issues I had experienced for many years had improved rapidly, I really couldn't believe it. It has now been a week since my top up and I have noticed even more improvements and relaxation of the muscles. I wanted to share a detailed overview incase it can help someone else experiencing similar concerns and pain. I am based in London but was happy to travel to the clinic for this treatment as Dr Elle is an experienced gynaecologists and the best person to offer this treatment as it is very specialised and you need to ensure you are in the best hands. I really cant recommend Dr Elle enough and if I ever needed further treatment or other treatments I would definitely go and see her. Also, the team at Elite are exceptional from everyone I met with Shiva, Sarah and Casey. They are all so friendly and welcoming and make you feel at ease even if you are discussing a sensitive topic or concern. Thank you so much to you all, it really has been life changing - and I never thought that would be possible for me. I have so much gratitude for you all x

He is warm, friendly and sympathetic. Medically he is the best in his field. If you are fortunate enough to see him in clinic on the NHS you will notice that he has a big que of patients that only want to see Professor Brookes. I cannot recommend Mr John Pereira highly enough. From the initial consultation through to post-operative care, I felt completely listened to, reassured, and in expert hands. I had bilateral upper blepharoplasty and lower facelift with platysmaplasty and the results are outstanding—natural, refreshed, and exactly what I had hoped for. The outcome is subtle and balanced; I look like a better version of myself rather than “overdone,” which speaks to Mr Pereira’s skill and attention to detail. Throughout the process, communication was excellent and aftercare was thorough and reassuring. Any questions were answered promptly, and I felt supported at every stage of recovery. I can not speak more highly of the care I received from Reproclinic, in particular or Medical Coordinator, Karin, and Dr Alicia Hernández. Being an international patient, I was concerned about how it was all going to work, given so much of the preparation is done remotely. I need not have worried. Karin's response times to my many (many) emails were always quick and her replies provided the information and reassurances I required. I am please to say that we welcomed our healthy baby boy a couple of weeks ago, following our first IVF cycle with Reproclinic. This was on the back of 15 failed rounds in my home country. The result speaks for itself. Thank you Karin and Dr Alicia. I look forward to seeing you both again when we return to Barcelona for our second child.

I’m so glad I decided to go private and saw Dr Ling. I was suffering with a bad flare up of Eczema which completely took over 50% of my body and tried steroid cream and lots of emollient with no improvements. Once I saw Dr Ling she prescribed me a steroid cream which GP had not tried and immediately after a week I noticed improvement and after a month the rash had cleared. She also referred me for light therapy with NHS which I have already started. She was friendly, helpful and understanding. My experience was 5*. Thank you Dr Tsui chin Ling.

I have been attending Cathedral Eye Clinic since May, when Mr Niraj Mandal carried out cataract surgery on my left eye. A follow-up operation to stitch the iris was also successful. Although I still experience some blurring at distance, tests show 6/6 vision, and this is due to be corrected with laser treatment in the New Year. I am very pleased with the way the consultations and overall service have been carried out. The care has been professional and reassuring throughout, and I am looking forward to improved distance vision in 2026

This is GP services as they should be. I booked on Sunday afternoon and had a good selection of appointments for Monday morning. I was seen on my appointment time. The fact that the appointments are 20 minutes long allows the GP time to be very thorough and explain in detail your condition. Over four visits this year, I have always seen the same GP, which builds the connection that the excessively busy NHS service no longer provides.

Prof Quraishi is a fantastic doctor and technically gifted surgeon . I had a sacro-iliac joint injury many years ago which was fixed in Bristol .
