Miss Sivarajah (Kenga) is a global leader in her field. Not only is she a highly experienced clinician, practicing both private and NHS, she is also a published author. Which is why I received the niche and the bespoke care I needed, as a 49 year old female delivering a child after many negative outcomes. This is her speciality, dealing with high risk pregnancies in demographic categories, which require a holistic approach. The education, experience and exposure she has in her leadership role at King's London and the patients she sees privately, provides her superb academic foundations. Most importantly, Kenga was available at the touch of a text, and called me as soon as she could. Having this support and comms from 12 weeks of my pregnancy (my chosen package) was vital because in my case, the NHS pathway offered to me was not sufficient. I received all the additional tests, scans, arranged through her. Example, my local NHS would've only tested me for GDM at 28 weeks, and by testing early, I knew I had diabetes from 20 weeks! She is warm, friendly, approachable and highly respected by patients and all the staff who work with her. I have quite a tricky personality and quite demanding and she handled me very well. She is worth every penny and I know she went above and beyond (the package), eg, after my baby was born with scans and tests, to ensure I was physically fit and the care to ensure we mitigated further risks from pregnancy and birth. Because ultimately she is a doctor, and lives the values of being one.

Dear Dr Sen, I wanted to write personally to thank you for the care, clarity, and reassurance you provided during my recent consultations and investigations. Given the complexity of my medical history over the past two years including Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis, prolonged hospitalisation, and recent major spinal surgery , I approached the cardiovascular review with understandable anxiety. Your calm, methodical approach and the way you explained each investigation and result in clear, balanced terms made a significant difference. Excellent bedside manner with a true desire to get to the bottom of a problem. Free from the often occurring "I am so brilliant vibes" that I at times got from other consultants. Refreshing down to earth, approachable, very friendly. Most importantly, excellent listening skills, does not try to convenience you of a diagnosis after only hearing a quarter but appears to be thorough before making up his mind. Excellent communicator, who gets a patient fully involved, showing pictures to explain and explaining what he sees on a screen. I initially was a bit apprehensive thinking, hmmm has not got 3 decades of experience like some practitioners I saw in the past. On reflection, a good thing, still greatly motivated to make a difference and passionate about what he does. Deos not leave you feel watching the clock (he went over time, thank you) or rushed. Overall so far a positive experience (first consultation). I usually don't leave long feedbacks but if someone "goes the extra mile", so will I. Most importantly, if you had negative experiences before with consultants causing you pain/flare ups in the night and following day(s) due to handling you roughly during an examination, then give Dr Raiman a try. He very carefully moved my limbs with utmost consideration during the necessary examination, which helps building trust.

I am extremely happy that I chose Dr Derek Ho to perform my cataract surgery. He took his time to explain to me over the phone the different options and to make a recommendation when I asked him to. In the end I went with his suggestion of having a toric EMV lens in both eyes done at the same time. On the day of surgery he was very calm, polite and caring. His surgical skills are second to none. I felt reassured that I was in very experienced and capable hands. I could not believe that the treatment was completely pain free and smooth and easy. I could see very clearly after the operation straight away. Two days after the procedure I am totally amazed by how well I can see. I can now see better than I have ever been able to with glasses when I was younger. A truly transformative operation. I am so grateful to Dr Ho for what he has done for me. He is a great surgeon. My care at this clinic has been outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone needing expert psychiatric support for complex trauma. The service is psychiatry-led, with the consultant coordinating treatment plans and supervising input from psychology, occupational therapy, group therapy and trauma modalities including EMDR, DBT, CBT and embodied psychotherapy. This ensured that care was coherent rather than fragmented. I initially attended four in-person sessions per week and have now safely transitioned to monthly. The team have specialist expertise in workplace bullying, institutional power dynamics and identity-related trauma, which is unusual to find. The level of understanding and clinical leadership has made a meaningful difference to my recovery, and I could not recommend the service more highly.

I had a really positive experience staying at Nuffield Hospital. From admission to discharge, the staff were friendly, welcoming and kind. Everyone I interacted with was attentive, reassuring and helpful, which made a big difference during surgery and early recovery. Even when things were not perfect, such as not having a post-surgery bra in my exact size and sending me home in one that was a bit too big in the cups, the care and effort from the team never wavered. They handled everything with warmth, professionalism and good humour! Overall, I felt well looked after, respected and supported and I am very grateful to the staff who made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. 💗

I had a knee replacement under the care of Mr Malek on 26 November This surgery has totally changed my life as before surgery I could not even wait bear on my knee & just over 7 weeks on I am walking without any walking aids at all & finally getting my life back. I cannot thank Mr Malek enough. I ended up paying private & although it cost me £15,000 it was worth every penny as I could not wait any longer for surgery under the nhs. If anyone is worried about having this procedure, please do not worry as the procedure is much easier to recover from than you may think & totally transforms all the pain & frustration of mobility issues that was certainly having a major impact on my life before surgery .

Main reception lovely and consultant was great. Imaging receptionist was blunt and frankly dismissive. Now paying invoice for consultation the original price was quoted on phone I found it’s £20 more which isn’t much but when you are self funding every £20 counts! When I complained I was directed to the fees as outlined on my original appointment letter which state it would not exceed £150 which it obviously doesn't but it wasn’t explained that the figure quoted on phone was only an estimate. Pricing should be communicated more clearly for those who don’t have insurance. So far, apart from consultant, a disappointment.

I was here for six weeks and the intensive therapy schedule has been extremely beneficial for me. Family therapy was helpful and I'm working hard to mend the relationships in my family. The fitness sessions were a highlight, the staff got me moving and thinking about healthy living after years of alcohol abuse.
