I had been meaning to pursue a formal diagnosis for some time and, after researching several providers, Montrose Health Group stood out due to their consistently positive reviews, which was very reassuring. I also contacted a few other services, but Sophie from Montrose Health Group responded promptly, which immediately gave me confidence in their approach. When I called to begin my journey, I spoke with Grace, who was exceptional from the outset. She quickly recognised that I was feeling nervous and reassured me throughout the conversation with genuine care and understanding. I found it especially thoughtful that she directed me to her profile on the website so I could familiarise myself with her background and feel more comfortable ahead of our triage session. The triage itself went extremely well — I felt safe, listened to, and respected. Grace handled my case with compassion and professionalism, clearly explained the next steps, and kept me well informed throughout. I truly felt supported at every stage. I was then introduced to Roberta. Although our initial appointment had to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, this was where the quality of care and service really stood out. Roberta ensured the appointment was rearranged at a time that felt comfortable for me and took the time to reassure me when I shared that I was feeling nervous. During our assessment, I was struck by how well prepared Roberta was. She had clearly read my notes in advance, meaning I didn’t have to repeat myself, and she asked thoughtful, informed questions that helped her gain a deeper understanding of my experiences. For the first time, I truly felt seen and heard. After 37 years of confusion, Roberta helped me make sense of my experiences in a way that was validating and empowering. The report I received was incredibly detailed, personalised, and anything but generic — it genuinely reflected me. It included clear, practical guidance for both work and university. My husband also read the report and was taken aback by how thorough, insightful, and robust it was. 7 I am a true advocate for Grace, Roberta, and Montrose Health Group and would highly recommend their services to anyone considering a neurodevelopmental assessment. It hasn’t even been 24 hours since receiving my report, and I am already actively recommending them to others.

Dr Stott supported me in the assisted vaginal delivery of my baby girl at Fitzrovia Suite, UCLH. I could have not been more happy to have chosen him as my consultant. I had hoped for a natural delivery at full term, but had some slight complications which meant that was not possible. Despite this, thanks to Dr Stott both my baby and I did very well, and I look back at her birth process as a very positive experience. Dr Stott has sound judgement when it comes to clinical decisions. He is calm and clear at communicating and explaining the reasoning behind his recommendations in easily accessible terms. And he was excellent at the delivery process itself. Due to gestational diabetes I was recommended to have an early induction. Dr Stott explained the process and its benefits in detail, so I felt prepared on the day. My baby was very small, and during the final stage of labour she became distressed. Dr Stott suggested a vacuum assisted delivery to speed things up, knowing I wanted to avoid a C section if possible. Despite the urgency, he remained calm and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process and I felt entirely confident in his recommendation. The outcome was great - despite an episiotomy I was able to move straight away, have not had any discomfort and all the midwives who visited me have been commenting on how well the stitches were done; despite the stress she was under my daughter was well, and her head looked completely normal from the outset. I feel very lucky to have had Dr Stott support me through this all, and I do genuinely believe that having him as my consultant made a huge difference on the outcome and how satisfied I was with the birth experience.

I cannot recommend Diverse Minds Clinic highly enough. From the very first contact, the entire experience was professional, supportive, and reassuring. The clinic offers a calm and welcoming environment, and it’s clear that patient care is their top priority. Dr. Alex Cappai is exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. She took the time to truly listen, asked thoughtful questions, and provided clear explanations throughout the assessment process. I never felt rushed, and for the first time, I felt genuinely understood. The diagnostic clarity and tailored treatment plan have made a significant positive impact on my life. The clinic’s approach goes far beyond a standard appointment, it is holistic, evidence-based, and deeply respectful of individual needs. Communication was excellent, appointments were well organised, and follow-up care was consistent and reliable.

The general experience was excellent - all the staff readily on call any time of the day or night. Although I had some blood pressure problems, it was dealt with efficiently. I would like to identify Aiden as a particularly lovely person who made me feel very relaxed in a stressful situation. The physios were also very good. I would have liked a more detailed discharge plan for exercises to aid my recovery. The pain killers given on discharge seem to be only mildly effective and my pain level remains quite high. I have a lot of bruising on my thigh, which l wasn't told as a possibility. I wasn't given any information about ways to help with the stiffness. Overall, I would recommend the hospital to anyone

I was quite uncomfortable with some of the recommendation he made. He promoted a specific brand of phototherapy machine for me to purchase for home use. While I understand that phototherapy can be a valid treatment option, I found the recommendation to buy a specific brand directly from a doctor to be inappropriate for a medical consultation. I would have expected a discussion about whether phototherapy is suitable for my condition, the different ways to access it (e.g., in-office treatments, various home device options), and the pros and cons of each, rather than a direct sales pitch for a particular product

I had an excellent experience with this doctor during the birth of my baby. He was extremely professional, attentive, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. He was consistently available to answer any questions and made me feel supported throughout the entire process. My birth experience was truly beyond my expectations. During my appointment, I was recommended a series of creams, and I did purchase them. I was a bit taken aback by the total expense at checkout, as the cost wasn't explicitly mentioned or discussed during our consultation. I was simply asked if I wanted to purchase them here today. It would also have been helpful for me as a patient to understand if there were any alternative products available through NHS, even if they weren't the primary recommendation.

I was pleasantly surprised about the efficiency of Newmedica Worcester. I had only used NHS services prior to my NHS Newmedica appointments for cataract removal on both eyes. I was seen very quickly after referral by Specsavers Malvern. Each appointment went flawlessly. I also had laser treatment in my right eye. All staff were friendly and professional and I am very grateful to be able to see clearly once more.

Waiting over 60 minutes for an appointment that you schedule and pay for is quite poor. The excuse I got is gynaecologist appointments take longer. Okay, then play’ 30-60 mins between slots to allow for adequate timing. I had to get out of work and work the extra time that had I been offered the actual appointment time I wouldn’t have had to do that. Change your gynaecologist appointments calendar please
