I wanted to share how positive my most recent visit to Bristol Menopause Clinic was. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly listened to, believed and validated. My experiences of PMDD and perimenopause were taken seriously, without minimising or rushing, and I felt fully supported in making decisions about my care. Since the appointment, I genuinely cannot believe the difference I feel within myself. The impact on my wellbeing has been significant, both emotionally and physically, and for the first time in a long while I feel hopeful and grounded in my body again. Compassionate, knowledgeable and person-centred care makes such a difference, and this clinic offers exactly that. I am incredibly grateful for the support and would wholeheartedly recommend Bristol Menopause Clinic to anyone navigating PMDD or their perimenopause journey.

I was really please with the quality of service at Medneo Great Portlane Street and the speed at which I got my results. The medics seemed very professional and made me feel calm. I wish I'd used the service sooner as before getting a private MRI which I paid for myself I had had a number of physio treatments and exercise plans which may my injury worse due to them not knowing what was actually wrong. They were working blind as it were. And the NHS wouldn't put me on a waiting list for a MRI through them. I got a 3T scan which I believe shows a bit more than a 1.5 scanner which cast me £299. If you can afford it it might be the right choice for you. I would definitely go to these people to have a scan again if I develop another injury.

After suffering for months and getting nowhere on the NHS I luckily pay into a private scheme through work. This enabled me to choose from one of the many specialists at The Nuffield. After much deliberation I booked with Dr Walsh. She was incredible. Ordering all the tests the NHS have refused thus far and gave me hope again that I would be able to get my life back on track. I’m immensely grateful for Dr Walsh. Even if no solution is found I am happy that the investigation is underway and things are being ruled in and out. Somehow the online system managed to double book me and another patient. This was rectified quickly and effectively. Great overall experience and I’m now filled with hope again - thank-you.

I am so lucky to have been helped by Dr Sanda. From the very first appointment with her, I felt better about my condition. Dr Sanda has helped me to live with tinnitus and not let it ruin my life. Through CBT she has given me the tools to not fear tinnitus. I cannot believe how much better I feel. Of course the tinnitus is there, but by accepting and not fearing it, the brain adapts and I can have long periods of not noticing it. I can sleep with no props. Dr Sanda is also a very kind and approachable doctor. Her advice and explanations make sense. I was so fortunate to have found her at a time when my anxiety was rising. She has taught me that you can feel better with the right help.

I had been experiencing tingling and numbness in the fingers of my right hand which Ms Umanji identified as carpal tunnel syndrome. At my initial consultation she gave me an injection in the right wrist which immediately relieved the sensations. Unfortunately, as predicted, the relief was temporary and a second consultation resulted in an operation to release the trapped nerve. Ms Umanji explained very clearly what to expect and her forthright and practical manner reassured me during the operation. Six weeks later the wound has healed very cleanly and I have full sensation in the fingers of the right hand hand allowing me to function normally.

He's measured my progress over time using rep count reports and strength measuring devices as well as charting general wellbeing. We recently started adapted boxing too which I have enjoyed. I feel really supported and motivated to reach my goals. He is understanding and meets you where you are at fitness-wise, as well as pushing you to the best you can be. I would definitely recommend Jack to other people with long term health conditions like me.

I was provided with an initial diagnosis and for added assurance refrerred for imaging. Managed to get an MRI in good time. The MRI appointment was efficient and professional.

The staff couldn't do enough for us. The atmosphere is so welcoming and caring and all the staff...from the receptionists, to the nurses, drs, everyone, they were all so lovely. I was v anxious but they were all so caring and patient, the staff made a massively positive impact on myself and my partner

The hospital and staff were brilliant as always. I don't know where this figures in terms of responsibility but there was a long delay in getting my blood results and I had to chase several times for over a week to get the results with a couple of promises not delivered.

I am very impressed with Spire South Bank Hospital. They are very efficient and welcoming when you arrive nothing is too much trouble. The hospital is very clean and always tidy. My room was always clean. The catering staff were always very polite and friendly.
