We initially saw Dr Bajaj when my 13 year old son was struggling with anxiety and overwhelm around school. We suspected he was Neurodivergent and Dr Bajaj helped us to look at our options for assessment to identify what he may be experiencing. With collaboration from school, and our in depth feedback, Dr Bajaj diagnosed our son with ADHD (combined type) with the possibility of an Autism diagnosis down the line also. My son started on medication 3 months ago under careful observation from Dr Bajaj. We slowly increased the dose and we are now happy that he is at the dose he is supposed to be on. I’m happy to report that he is now more able to focus in class and as a result his anxiety has reduced. Our son’s school have been incredibly supportive and without them putting support in place (mostly an EBSA plan) we don’t think he would be in school any longer. We know that diagnosis and medication is only part of the story for our son navigating ADHD, however the treatment from Dr Bajaj and her compassion towards us all has enabled us to help our son access school again in a healthier way. Our son started to attend Science classes again just before Christmas and last week he came 3rd highest in his class in an assessment and we were able to share this good news with Dr Bajaj this week. School may always be tricky for our son, it’s not going to be easy due to the system being designed for Neurotypical children, however he is now able to access school which he couldn’t do in a healthy way before seeing Dr Bajaj. We can’t thank her enough.

I wanted to share my experience with Mr Gan in the hope it helps other women who may be facing complex gynaecological surgery, including hysterectomy, or living with severe endometriosis. Overall, I had a good experience at the Fitzrovia Suite. The midwives were supportive, kind, and readily available, providing good care following my c section. I was particularly grateful for the overnight support. The team helped look after my baby, ensuring I was able to get much-needed sleep and rest, which was invaluable for my recovery. However, The handover process between midwives during shift changes could be better managed, as there were some gaps in communication between team members. Additionally, the catering was fairly average and quite rigid in terms of meal timings and available options, which could be more flexible.

I went as an NHS referral for cataracts and they explained about the various options for both NHS and private. As I work full time and do a lot of computer work I decided to pay to have Rayone Galaxy toric lenses. I am so pleased with the result. After wearing glasses since early teens I am now glasses free! Mr Injarie and all the staff at the clinic were friendly and professional and made you feel at ease. Mr Injarie took time to explain everything and obviously is a brilliant surgeon. I can't thank them enough. I was so nervous about having eye surgery but from start to finish I felt in very safe hands. I would highly recommend.

I had the best taking blood experience at MUMS. Usually it takes about 4-5 goes of me being pricked with a needle and it’s usually quite uncomfortable but here the doctor really took his time trying to find my veins and kept checking in on my wellbeing. I was only pricked once and it was successful (and no bruising afterwards). I would highly recommend.

However looking back I suspect that wound attention ( especially first special bleeding ) could have been much better had wound been cleaned and re bandaged then as opposed to over bandaging. I feel this would have led to avoiding the lengthly time needed to get recovery back on track during many extra visits.
