During the subsequent consultation, Dr. Farrell delivered a clear, thorough, and meticulously articulated explanation of the findings, addressing each of our questions with precision and care. We remain profoundly grateful for the exceptional calibre of care she has provided to our son. I have nothing but praise for Mr Morgan and his team. He is the ultimate professional. I had double knee replacement surgery just over six weeks ago and yesterday was signed off by both Mr Morgan and the physio. This is normally done at about twelve weeks. I took my first drive today and cannot feel better. Mr Morgan gave excellent advice, bringing to my attention that physio exercises must be adhered to, and he was right. Arrived at diagnostics centre and was just expecting a consultation with a further appointment for procedure was feel anxious but was made to feel welcomed and reassured by all receptionist was really pleasant as was my nurse Eileen I believe her name to be. I then met Mr Muen who was very polite, reassuring and empathetic. To my surprise my procedure was carried out within this appointment saving me further anxieties, travel and time. I was absolutely taken back by the complete professionalism of all at Kingsbridge Thank you from an extremely happy patient.

I had a consultation with Mr Giles Bond Smith regarding a tricky hernia that had already been repaired once by another surgeon and had failed. Mr Bond Smith gave me very useful information about what all my options were, which were not biased towards him carrying out the surgery. I came away feeling very reassured, and the anxiety around not being sure what the best course of action would be were dispelled during the consultation. We checked in early, due to traffic, 20 minutes early at 13.10 for an appointment at 13.30. At 14.05 I returned to the reception desk to ask why a large number of customers had arrived after us and been seen before and the Team Lead stated that she would check for me. She came back 3-4 minutes later to notify us that the reception staff had not booked us as arrived. We were told that they were sorry and that we would be moved to the front of the line. We did not have a very good experience with you.

He is very open, answers all of my questions, and clearly explains health risks and possible solutions. This is very important to me, as some of these issues are completely new to me.

The London Clinic offers such a comfortable and clean environment, clinical in all the right ways, but still homely and warm. It feels far less “hospital-like” than most medical settings, which really helped me relax. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and genuinely approachable from the moment I walked in. And the unlimited coffee on tap was a lovely touch! Overall, a calm, high quality clinic experience that made a big difference to my visit.

Throughout my treatment, from the initial appointment, through my operation and post operative check ups, Dr Cresswell has been excellent. I will need an operation on my other ear and I have no problem being looked after by Dr Cresswell. I know I am in a safe pair of hands.

I had ACL reconstruction surgery with Mark in August 2025 and he also dealt with a torn meniscus in the same knee. I felt extremely well-informed about my treatment options prior to the surgery, as well as being supported comprehensively post-surgery. My recovery has been smooth and whilst I hope to avoid needing any kind of future treatment of this kind, Mark would be my first call, if needed. I cannot recommend him enough.

Spire was brilliant. Clean, Friendly staff, fast process (MRI in just a few days for example). I had a nerve block injection at Murrayfield and I had my own room which was spotless, all the staff were great from the nurse in the ward to the surgeon via the person who brought me lunch (which I could pick off a menu). Would highly recommend (though don’t injure yourself in the first place if you can help it)

Mr Abboudi clearly outlined the steps/tests required and comprehensively and clearly explained the results after the various examinations and tests had been completed. I visited this clinic as I had terrible sciatica down my right leg and lower back pain. The osteopath was brilliant. First visit to a private hospital. Very clean and professional with some great facilities for various treatments. Only minor downside being the very small car park, which is often full of very large expensive vehicles taking up lots of space, or even multiple spaces. There is free on-street parking nearby (2 hour limit).
