Before I met Glenda I was at a very low point in my life. I was experiencing an incredible amount of stress and anxiety following a breakdown in my relationship. I found it very hard to function at a level to which I was used to. I have always been high energy and needed to be for my work. Glenda instantly put me at ease, she was always very patient and explained in great detail why I was feeling why I was. Glenda is highly professional and never once did I feel patronised or judged. She spoke to me with respect and encouraged me to learn more about my situation through reading, podcasts, audiobooks etc which really helped me along the way. Some days I would arrive at our therapy session without knowing what I was going to discuss but Glenda creates a safe environment which allows you to open up and share your thoughts and feelings. Glenda is an incredible psychodynamic therapist and has been highly influential in my life and I will be forever grateful for her knowledge, her patience and her kindness. Thank you for everything.

I just want to put on record what an absolute gentleman Dr Gall is. His natural ability to be so genuinely empathetic to me on my initial consultation, made me feel comfortable instantly that I had chosen the right consultant to help me with my problem and subsequent surgery . There was nothing that I didn’t understand along the way as he took as much time as was needed to put my mind at ease with everything that was ahead. On the day of the procedure Dr Gall had had an exceptionally busy day and I was the last on his list but he still spent a lot of time reflecting on the surgery even after a busy clinic. He explained the findings fully with no rush to get away despite it being 9pm by then. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Gall and have already recommend him to anyone who asked as he is clearly the leading consultant for a reason.

The consultant was very reassuring throughout. The teams, medical and physio, came across as calm, competent and professional. The nurses and reception staff at the hospital were friendly, calm and professional not just to me, the patient, but to my wife as well. Recovery after the procedure was less daunting than I feared it would be, the pain experienced was less than I feared it might be, and the rehab process has been every bit as easy as I was told it might be. So, thank you to everybody concerned.

The care shown by the whole team, from the Anaesthetist, Consultant, Theatre team, Nursing staff, to the lovely ladies who delivered tea and biscuits, was exemplary. I felt very cared for by everyone who was part of my admission, which made a stressful experience so much easier. A particular shout out to the lovely Donna, who went above and beyond with her kindness and support. Thank you Spire, you felt like a very safe pair of hands.

Attending Zenvite is a completely different experience from NHS surgeries. The whole environment is calmer and much more welcoming, and you are immediately put at ease Dr Alex was very pleasant and reassuringly thorough. Staff were friendly and informative. I was put at ease at each stage. I especially appreciated the nurse in recovery explaining my results to me. The written information and instructions were clear and easy to understand even as a non-medical person. All in all the clear picture of what to expect during and after the procedure did much to reduce anxiety.

I really like the Cromwell Hospital in Kensington London. It's clean modern well organised and I like the consultants. The nursing care is absolutely fabulous and the nurses overall are highly trained and experienced. The pharmacy is efficient and staff are super helpful and the registration staff are terribly nice and helpful. 10/10.

Ms Ranjit is extremely knowledgable and was able to give me clear advice on how to treat an eye condition. Although I was very nervous, Ms Sandhu carried out the operation there and made me feel at ease. She gave me clear aftercare instructions and booked in again for a follow up appointment to ensure the condition has gone.
