O 13 December I attended for a pre-med prior to spinal tap. Very good treatment until advised that the spinal tap cancelled due to my ECG. I was urged to immediately contact my GP or A&E. At Worthing A&E I was advised that due to current medication that I am taking for this issue it would have been OK to continue with the spinal tap and it was suggested that One Hospital refused to continue due to your lack of facility if the op went wrong. The journey to One Hospital, 90 miles each way, the time taken for that journey and the pre med followed by 2 hours in A&E was expensive. Before attending One Hospital I had completed a form at your request which listed the medication that I was taking and the reason. Why was I invited to that pre med? This is the second time that One Hospital have refused to go ahead with an operation that was subsequently completed by NHS without a problem. I now have no confidence in the One Hospital and will not seek further appointments.

He was professional, approachable, and took great care to explain clearly what the procedure would involve, which gave me a great deal of confidence going into surgery. His confidence and expertise were fully borne out by the outcome. My hernia has been successfully repaired despite being a complex case requiring full abdominal wall reconstruction and mesh repair, following two previous unsuccessful surgeries. As well as resolving the hernia itself, I have also experienced additional gastrointestinal benefits as a result of the repair, including a noticeable improvement in the gastroparesis I had previously been experiencing. I am delighted with the outcome and cannot recommend Mr Marzook highly enough.

Matt Frost was terrific. I'm surprised he wasn't a senior ages ago! But congrats all the same! He's worth every bit of it. Interestingly my hearing had improved slightly from last year and I seriously wonder if this was because I had complete confidence in him. Others always good but Matt inspires confidence in a special way. He also explained the most recent Phonak model clearly so that despite my age and life expectancy, I'm going to give it a try despite the cost. Finally he adjusted my current aids and there is notable improvement. in my hearing. Thanks Matt - and all of you in the office who are always helpful

I understand went a procedure at Kingsbridge hospital Ballykelly. From my first appointment I was treated with care and respect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My appointment prompt and quick. All question and queries I had where answered in a matter I could understand. On the morning of my procedure the room I was given was clean and bright. Staff were very attentive and made me feel at ease. After the op try he staff where always near taking vitals and super attentive. The staff and doctors made my stay comfortable and mostly pain free.

Few times she answered "I'll answer the email tomorrow" but then of course she didn't do that. And one time she asked me if I could send her another 100£ and a cbct scan, only then she can say if she has experience and knows about how to cure severe oral dysbiosis.
