Absolutely first-class from every point of view: full knee joint replaced in an amazing 40 mins, painless procedure thanks to brilliantly administered and effective spinal anaesthetic, followed by really helpful advice subsequently on meds from Winfield's Pharmacist Mr Elliott. My rapid recovery within weeks was then enabled by the support of very able and attentive physio team and I also really appreciated the helpful hydrotherapy sessions. I couldn't be more delighted with the whole experience and result (almost invisible scar and recovered mobility) and would highly recommend Mr Gleeson to anyone needing a knee replacement. I had a pre operative test at Bushey Spires Hospital and it transpired that I had a heart issue which precluded me from being given a G.A, I was told to see a cardiologist and BUPA gave me the name of Dr Jain He saw me within a couple of days, and I had many tests before being diagnosed with Atriul Fribrilation. He started me on a course of medication immediately His manner was fantastic, he told me everything every step of the way. I was very scared of my future, but he was re assuring and made me feel both safe and secure. I had cardio version, and now out of Heart Failure. I can recommend him 100%. Unreservedly

Welcoming and helpful. Only one lift was working and the remaining one was noisy and slow but there was a notice advising of this. The coffee machine in wait area was out of order Reception staff were kind and helpful but sometimes difficult to understand accent. One set of chairs in a sub waiting area was under a shelf which meant I knocked my head. Appeared clean and efficient and was quiet on day of my visit. Preoperative bloods were done straight after consultation which is very good and in fact results appeared next day. That's good service. Overall allowing for things that happen a positive experience.

The Clinic was a little difficult to find but once there the staff were excellent and very efficient. My appointment was on time and the waiting area was warm and comfortable. The consultant was very helpful and explained everything and answered all my questions. I wasn’t rushed or meant to feel unimportant. The nurse was helpful and reassuring. There had been an administrative problem that I had mentioned to the lady on arrival and that was completely sorted out by the time I left which was extremely efficient. I will have no hesitation on returning for a procedure in the near future. An excellent clinic

I was recommended to book an appointment at the clinic due to ongoing pain from planta fasciitis, that I’d had for 2 years.. I saw Stuart Hodder for an assessment and then a follow up appointment. It was clear that exercise alone was not going to address my ongoing issues so he recommended an injection. I am now a month past the injection and am overjoyed with the outcome. For the first time in 2 years I am pain free. I am able to walk long distances and not be crippled by pain the next day. I only wish I’d been recommended to the clinic sooner.

My recent visit to the Fortius Clinic for removal of stitches and a post operative assessment was short, on time and to the point. My experience during my visit for day surgery was very good overall. The nurses and physiotherapist were young but capable. The anaesthetists were very helpful both before and after my operation. The surgeon was brisk and efficient. I was perhaps a little surprised that he didn't come to see me after the operation. The quality of the snack I was offered after the operation was poor: crisps and a sandwich with stodgy bread. Hardly nutritious recovery food!

My pharmacist had an issue with obtaining the one item, but a phone call to WLC resolved that and a new script was texted and emailed to me later the same day.
