Hiba first treated me for quite a serious ankle injury. From my very first session, I immediately felt comfortable and supported by her warm and friendly presence. This injury was extremely hard for me, as it meant I could not play my favourite sport, football, which was really tough both physically and mentally. However, each week my session with Hiba became the highlight of my week. Not only is she an excellent physio who guided me through a quick, safe, and thorough recovery, but she also took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I always understood what we were working on. She never rushed me and always listened to how I was feeling, which made me feel truly cared for. On top of that, she has an amazing sense of humour, which really helped lift my spirits and made even the hardest rehab sessions enjoyable. After recovering from my ankle injury, I unfortunately injured my knee. Without hesitation, I knew I wanted Hiba to treat me again. Having already been through a tough recovery with her, I trusted her completely and felt reassured knowing I was in excellent hands throughout the process. During my knee rehab, she was just as supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging, constantly motivating me to keep going even when it was challenging. Thanks to Hiba’s expertise, patience, and genuine care, I was able to regain my confidence and get back to playing football, the sport I love. Mr Naji and his team were truly amazing and provided a caring, informative and professional service through out. I visited Mr Naji for my on- going issues with endometriosis, he spent time discussing all options for me to consider to help with my issues and provided me with a clear outlook. I had the Da Vinci robotic arm surgery which removed my endometriosis. The care I received in hospital was incredible and the procedure was pain free. I have been able to return to my normal day to day activities within a few days of leaving hospital. This surgery has significantly improved my life in a very short space of time after having dealt with on going pain for years. Honestly, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and efficient, and the attention to detail really stood out. The clinic is thoughtfully designed to appeal to all ages — my 8 year old was quite apprehensive beforehand but ran straight in as soon as she spotted the Rubik’s cubes. The doctor was warm and approachable, and I was genuinely surprised to receive his report within just a few hours of the appointment. Apart from a reception that were unaware of their visitors - the building and facilities were excellent. Dr. Bradley is a practitioner who has a broad grasp of all areas of HRT treatment. Her extensive knowledge makes you feel very confident about the decisions you make with the doctors assistance. She is never rushed and allows extensive discussion about past and present research. I am extremely impressed by her professionalism. I left after my consultation feeling I had explored all the areas I had questions about but came away with a lot of new information.

Having been for a much longer and more complicated surgery, a year ago, I already knew that I would be in good hands for this, more minor procedure. The staff as so attentive and friendly, it was lovely to see most of the same familiar faces and to be remembered by them. Everything is exceptionally clean and I felt very well looked after, my consultant saw me before and after the procedure and kept me well informed. The anaesthetist also explained everything that would happen, answering any questions.

Post operative advice was thorough and good follow up the morning after surgery leading up to my discharge. Post operative clinic appointment 7 weeks following operation was useful.

Her specialist area is radiology, but I found (unusually with much modern medicine) that she is also able to think outside her own specialist area in looking for explanations and possible diagnosis, rather than only ruling things out. This is invaluable and beyond one can expect from many practitioners (other than at basic GP level). She comes highly recommended.
