I recently had a bilateral breast augmentation at 101 Harley Street and I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was — especially thanks to Dr. Agha Riaz. From the very first consultation, Dr. Riaz stood out as one of the most genuine, caring and skilled doctors I have ever met. He took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted, explained every step clearly, and made me feel completely safe and confident in my decision. His professionalism, precision and warm manner instantly put me at ease. The operation itself was a complete success, and the results are even better than I imagined. Dr. Riaz’s attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome truly show in his work. His follow-up care was just as exceptional — he checked in, reassured me and made sure my recovery was smooth and comfortable. The entire team at 101 Harley Street was outstanding, especially Simon, the nurse, who was incredibly supportive and kind throughout the process. But Dr. Riaz is truly in a league of his own — the best, most caring, and most dedicated doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Overall this was a good experience, I had a combined assessment via NHS right to choose. I liked that I was seen in person for this. The wait times were much longer than initially expected however I believe there was a huge influx of patients at the same time that I was referred. The assessments themselves were good with understanding and knowledgeable assessors. The report which I have received is in depth although I did think there may be a professionals insight into the early developmental questionnaire whereas it is just copied into the report. I had a few queries about the report which I am waiting on the answer to and also have asked for it to be sent to my GP which hasn't been done yet but again, this is the lacking wait times. Apart from the wait times, the service was great and I am thankful for their help. I think my referral was made in March 2025 and I am writing this review in December 2025.

I cannot recommend Erin Lahay highly enough. Over the past three months, she has helped me immensely with both shoulder and lower back pain. What sets Erin apart is her holistic approach. She took the time to thoroughly assess my body, running strength tests and identifying underlying issues rather than just treating symptoms. Her treatment combined soft tissue massage to relieve pain and a tailored exercise routine designed specifically for my needs. The results have been incredible - my pain has improved dramatically, and the changes have truly been life-changing. Beyond the physical improvements, Erin has also supported me mentally. She helped me shift my perspective on pain and has taught me not to give up on getting better. Her professionalism, empathy, and expertise have made all the difference. I can't thank her enough.

The engagement with Kings ridge has been excellent to date. The entire team from contact on the phone, reception, nursing, catering, and the surgical all worked with Mr Moohan in a professional, consistent and kind way. I cannot be more thankful. I realize now that this was building up for possibly years and so lucky that it was not more serious. I am now at home recovering and even today, when I had a concern, the nursing came back to check in withe in a very caring and responsive manner. Firstly, very impressed, what a lovely person. Greeted you with a lovely smile which made you feel relaxed. Small talk first then he asked me why I was here today. I explained about the two cysts that I’d come to see him about, while he listened. Then he explained everything to me about the next procedure, asked if I would like him to check/look over my body starting with my hands, I’d no problem at all with this and it’s a good job I didn’t too! He found on my left arm a basal cell carcinoma. I’m now waiting too hear for my next appointment

A very professional doctor who is clearly well informed and very capable. It has been just under 7 weeks since my Total Knee Replacement on my left knee and already I am able to walk without any aids. I can straighten my leg and bend in excess of 110 degrees, and my wound has healed very well with only moderate scarring. Mt Kotecha also carried out a Total Hip Replacement (right hip) earlier in the year and I would recommend him without hesitation. His support team at Spire Parkway Hospital in Solihull have also been outstanding.

Arrived for a Prostate Biopsy. The reception staff were polite and professional. I was waiting for only a short while before going through for the procedure. Those who attended and performed the biopsy explained fully what was to happen. I felt at ease throughout and the after care was excellent. Before I left,a follow up appointment was made. Overall, it was a great experience. My only suggestion would be to consider allowing patients to complete any required forms online in advance of their appointment. Being asked to fill out paper forms upon arrival—particularly after having already completed information online—feels a little outdated and could be streamlined for greater convenience.

Visit was great. Nurse was very friendly, explained everything very thoroughly. The only thing I can say is the waiting room which was a bit overcrowded as it seemed like there was a person who had an appointment and had at least 5 more person escorting. I think this should not be allowed. One escort for a patient is fine.
