I had my final vist today everything went smoothly my xray showed my knee was good ,I have had the best experience with Mr Kempshall from start to finish ,he is so easy to kalk to and on the day of my operation he came to see me before to reassure me also when I was in recovery he came to say all went fine . I was offered the opportunity to use the physio lab machine which was amazing and helped in my recovery it meant taking less painkillers and got me up and on my feet quicker ,I really can't praise him and the treatment given enough it's literally changed my life for the better Thank you

Nick is absolutely brilliant at his job (consultation wise and surgically) but more so is a genuinely caring individual that ensures any decision you take is well thought through and well informed. The reception was not particularly efficient. I’d paid for the consultation in advance but asked for payment. I did have to pay for blood tests & waited 25 minutes because the receptionist was unable to transfer the amount from the laptop to the card machine. The dryer in the first floor toilet was broken but no hand towels were provided to dry my hands. It was the same exactly a week earlier. I also received numerous text messages & emails most were repetitive & caused confusion as several arrived the same day. The saving grace was thankfully the clinical staff were friendly & efficient.

We had an amazing experience with our oral and maxillofacial surgeon consultant. He was exceptionally calm and explained every step of the procedure clearly, which made us feel comfortable throughout. After the procedure, he provided thorough after-care instructions and took the time to answer all our questions. He was very polite, highly trained, and truly professional in every way. The only negative aspect of my visits is that on my first appointment the radiographer who I was due to see had apparently not been informed that I had arrived.
