I booked a consultation for my daughter, Olivia Price, with Mr Robert Sutcliffe on Monday 24th November 2025 at 2.00pm. With Olivia’s full consent, I handled all communication on her behalf due to her work commitments. Before the appointment, Mr Sutcliffe’s secretary contacted me to ask whether the consultation could be moved to the following week. I explained that we were due to travel abroad for three weeks to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday. She advised she would discuss this with Mr Sutcliffe. She later called back to confirm that, in light of our circumstances, Mr Sutcliffe was happy to keep the original appointment — which he honoured. I accompanied Olivia to her consultation. Mr Sutcliffe was exceptionally thorough. He examined her carefully, explained his diagnosis with clarity and compassion, and put both of us completely at ease as he outlined the next steps. He requested a further liver function blood test, which Olivia had done at Nuffield Health Wolverhampton. I asked Nuffield Health to send the results to both Mr Sutcliffe and Olivia’s GP, which was done. Mr Sutcliffe’s secretary informed me as soon as the results were received and assured me they would be reviewed promptly. True to her word, Mr Sutcliffe reviewed the results quickly. His secretary then advised that he had no concerns and that our planned follow-up in the New Year could go ahead as arranged. I would also like to note that, as we were leaving Harborne Hospital, we happened to see Mr Sutcliffe leaving at the same time. It was clear he had come in specifically to see Olivia that day, knowing we were travelling abroad — something he was under no obligation to do. As a family, we found this gesture incredibly thoughtful and deeply appreciated it. Throughout the entire process, Mr Sutcliffe could not have been more helpful, supportive or empathetic. I am truly grateful that we can now go away on our family celebration holiday with complete peace of mind, knowing my daughter is under the care of such a capable, caring and dedicated professional. great as manged to get 2 appointments close together which meant huge help to me and made sense . was appreciated the only thing I would say is it would be a lot more helpful and save a lot more time and money if appointments were arranged with the patient rather than just sent out through text because a lot of the times they clash or aren’t convenient but I do really appreciate this time being able to move appointments that they were closer together rather than have one in the morning and one in the afternoon when you have to travel a very long way but the service was great. Everyone was friendly and nice and really appreciate all the help. I got it’s just the booking system that seems to be a real struggle.

Wonderful care from good staff but the bed was uncomfortable and the room was too small and felt airless and too hot. But the main thing is that hopefully this surgery will enable me to have a better quality of life. I already feel that my powers of concentration have improved and my brain is working better. It seems to me that once the soreness and itchy neck skin heals I will be back at the gym in January feeling thirty years younger. The hospital has done a good job and staff team are excellent. My only recommendation is that you knock the building down and build some more comfortable bedrooms with good ventilation with some comfortable beds for tall people.

Dr Aslam did Mohs surgery on my nose and I could not be more happier with the result. From the moment I first met him I knew he would do an amazing job. My local nurse removed the sutures and even she commented on how fabulous his stitching was. She told me it was the neatest she had ever seen. Now you cannot even see the scar. I am very happy and would not for a moment hesitate to recommend him for Mohs surgery. He is simply the best.

It was my second cataract removal this time on my left eye which was excellently carried out as was the first with the nursing staff preparing me for the operation carrying it out in a very professional way explaining each procedure in a kindly manner. I had a very positive experience visiting the menopause doctor. The only criticism relates to payment policy. I was required to pay the full amount for my next appointment six months in advance, which I felt was a little harsh. I completely understand taking a deposit to secure the appointment - perhaps 50% would be more reasonable - but paying in full so far ahead of time does feel quite steep.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Mr.Gill - he did both my knees (March and October 2025) both surgeries were completely successful and I have had very little pain - I am walking normally, able to shop, walk my dog and have a normal life again. My wounds healed quickly with no sign of infection and are just thin lines (still a bit pink but early days)
