I had my upper Bleph done with Dr Huw last week and I can’t even explain how much better the experience was than I had imagined. I was expecting it to be a lot more traumatic procedure wise, and to have really bad bruising etc judging from the other peoples I’d seen online! From start to finish Huw was so professional but just very down to earth and honest. I got really good vibes from the very first consultation, I always go on my gut feeling and knew he was the person I wanted to do my surgery. I like that he prefers to do a more natural enhancement than completely change your look! I didnt feel any pain throughout the surgery and felt very comfortable from start to finish, my results I am so so happy with! I didn’t bruise or look how I imagined, I know it’s down to skin type /the individual etc but I’m sure the majority of it is down to the surgeon which shows how good Dr Hew is at his job. I can’t recommend him enough and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to have this treatment done. I feel so much more confident too. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I booked Dr Lam for a planned c-section after having one prior c-section. I ended up going into labor about a week prior to the scheduled section, and Dr Lam was very reassuring and kind and was able to deliver my baby safely via c-section that same day. After reviewing many consultants I had chosen Dr Lam due to her patient reviews and I am very happy that I did. I always felt comfortable reaching out to her office with any questions or concerns prior to my child’s birth as well as after. This c-section recovery was also much easier than my first and I haven’t had any complications. Thank you for delivering my baby Dr Lam!

I had a online assessment, I was seen by Wioleta Cholewinska. She was really lovely, welcoming and put me at ease. She made me feel comfortable and was understanding and listened very well. The longest waiting part was from filling out the forms to the assessment, but even tho this was a wait, I was expecting it to be a lot longer than it was so that’s great. The actual booking of my assessment was super quick and easy. They sent me a date and time that was for an appointment within 14days of them sending me the appointment details. I’ve heard this can be a lot longer elsewhere so I was surprised about this in a good way.

This was my final follow-up appointment, and I’ve now been discharged from care. Everything was checked thoroughly and I was reassured that my recovery has gone extremely well. What really stood out throughout my journey was the aftercare. The overall experience was good at the start been going go treatment over a year the oncologist never contacts me only if I complain the nurses never pass my concerns on I’ve been waiting for private prescription for 6 days which has never turned up rang and spoke to a doctor he promised to pass it on to oncologist never happened after 4 phone calls the service is disgusting the amount of fees I am paying I expect a better service than I’m getting I’m seriously thinking of going back to NHS where I did get better service I certainly wouldn’t recommend Genesis Care to anyone

It is a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Each patient (and accompanying person) seemed to have a good interaction with the staff. There was a good discussion with Mr. Smith on the situation with respect to the eyes and possible treatments which may also need to be done elsewhere. He listened to my comments and questions and responded in a clear way. During the treatment care was taken to warn me of any possible pressure on the face, but Mr. Smith has a light touch so there was never any problem. All three treatments in 2025 were done very well.

I was greeted on the morning of my operation by cheerful reception staff, also equally the nurse that prepared me for my procedure... Mr Foster came to see me, reassuring me everything will be fine as I was a little nervous.. Walking into theatre, to good morning's ,& hello From theatre staff,felt reassuring...needless to say everything went well with procedure, after being checked over from nurse & Dr Foster, I wrnt on my merry way.....job well done .

Dr Tang was simply wonderful. He was very kind, gentle and understanding of my worries and health problem. He explained the procedures well and reassured me. After the endoscopies he reported back and explained clearly what he had found. All the staff at Hadley Wood were also extremely friendly, competent and reassuring, particularly Nurse Grace. Dr Tangs secretary was extremely efficient and friendly. She was quick to respond to my messages and ensured my consultations and treatment happened smoothly and speedily.

Not a paticularly pleasant experience. Was attentive and caring before procedure, after procedure just wanted me up and out, even though I was in a NES non epileptic Seizure. I Signed the water against doing a pregnancy test, as I am non-binary and Asexual and never had sex in my life....but was harassed, called a lier by the aeneathiatist who was demanding i took one. After refusing was treated with distain by her afterwards. I am putting in official complaint as this treatment is illegal and unlawful

I received excellent care from Mr Challacombe for prostate cancer, diagnosed in 2023. I had a robotic total prostatectomy for a high grade cancer and two and a half years later I remain cancer free, with normal urine continence and satisfactory recovery in erectile function. My follow-up appointments are always on time as scheduled. I highly recommend the professional care provided by Prof Challacombe to any man faced with a diagnosis of prostate cancer.
