Thank you to Dr Kuntal just doesn’t seem enough. Having suffered for years with horrific periods and severe anemia for the past 3 years and then on top of this bowel problems all of which meant I spent over half of every month not leaving the house. The keyhole full hysterectomy has cured each problem I had. Dr Kuntal is incredible very professional and always clearly explaining the what, the why and the how. I felt so comfortable, safe and most important of all I felt listened too. Everything went like clock work with surgery and I’m now 7 week post surgery and I don’t look back. The whole experience was and has been such a positive one from start to finish and this is all thanks to Dr Kuntal. I would not think twice about recommending Dr Kuntal. Thank you for everything if I had to sum my experience up in 2 words it would be “life changing”. You are in safe hands with Dr Kuntal.

I visited for an US abdominal and internal after NHS scan could not find my ovaries due and I was very anxious to find out if theses were causing my pain. I was fortunately referred by my GP quickly and seen the following day. The experience was totally different to the NHS one. My questions were answered rather than the NHS “you will need to speak with your doctor “ response to every question. The consultant Christina spent time to get the necessary images and did advise further scans to eliminate any issues with bowel/colon. The whole experience was very comfortable and I did not feel like I was being a nuisance by asking questions about my body!! Thank you so much. It was ++ reassuring and did also identify a condition which I may have causing the pain.

I had a dental hygienist appointment. When it came to booking a further six monthly appointment I was asked to pay £35 in advance! This would be deducted from my bill in six months time. I declined to do this and cancelled my next appointment. I presume that at the next appointment I'd be asked yet again to pay £35 in advance, which basically means that this is just a way of charging a one off payment over and above the actual cost! I have never been asked to pay in advance for any private care, dental or otherwise. I think this is very sharp practice. By all means have a cancellation policy and charge the customer for not attending, but don't just take £35 well in advance! I may have to change my dental practice if this continues.

The physiotherapist seemed unconcerned by the pain I have been experiencing for nearly a year. He mentioned that I had full movement and so he was not concerned. He kept saying that he would not give me another steroid injection without acknowledging that I didn’t want one. He told me to do some exercises which he showed me how to do once and gave me no paperwork or YouTube link that might assist when I got home. I tried to ask how long I should wait before I made any further action and he said there is no more treatment. I felt like an inconvenience and wish I had gone somewhere else. I would never recommend anyone to see him again. He really made me feel small and insignificant.

I have been visiting Dr Kathryn for several years now. She is absolutely fantastic so calming & understands exactly what you are trying to achieve. I have recently had several small moles/skin tags removed from my face & would highly recommend. The procedure was completed so quickly & virtually pain free. The final results are just amazing & I felt calm & relaxed throughout. The salon is beautiful & spotlessly clean. I have never felt rushed & Dr Kathryn takes her time to listen to you. I have just had a Mohs procedure carried out by Dr Shah. From the first consultation to the subsequent procedure and then follow ups he was reassuring, providing me with all the information I required, answering any queries I had in full. The procedure was pain free and information regarding after care clear and concise. The result is that I have virtually no mark/scar - he is so skilled and painstaking at the closure of the wound. Dr Shah has been charming and totally professional through the whole experience and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Clinics were always on time, and admission to hospital was quick following the pre op assessment. Excellent pre op advice and information (including the input from the whole theatre team). Post operative advice was thorough and good follow up the morning after surgery leading up to my discharge. Post operative clinic appointment 7 weeks following operation was useful.
