From my first meeting with Mr Srivastava in January, I felt at ease and confident that I was in the very best hands for my open heart surgery, to repair my Mitral and Tricuspid valves. I was listened to and my points were acknowledged , every detail was explained very well and my questions were all answered fully. There was no time pressure and I did not feel rushed in anyway during the meeting, my wife whom was with me felt the same. On the day of my surgery, Vivek spent time explaining the procedure again and due to his calm nature I felt very relaxed and totally confident in his ability. My wife Claire was called by Vivek and he informed her how my procedure had gone, which she was very pleased about. Claire felt from the call that he genuinely cares. I was visited daily by Vivek and his team whilst I was recovering in hospital, showing me a caring and attentive bedside manner, his time with me never felt rushed. Mr Srivastava saw me for me for my 6 week follow up assessment, together with James, one of his Registrars, the appointment went very smoothly. Vivek’s team members that I met all spoke very highly of him, as do the staff in CCU and on the CT ward. I am extremely grateful for the help that Vivek has given to me. He is an amazing surgeon and a very kind and good man. I am extremely pleased that my Cardiologist referred me to him for the surgery and care. I obviously hope never to need this sort of surgery again, but if I did my prayer would be that I was under the care of Vivek. Thank you again for everything.Mark M

Mr McLeod is friendly, empathetic and professional and I recommend him 100%. I consulted Mr McLeod following a shoulder injury sustained from dropping my motorcycle on the race track. In describing the accident and in his examination of scans of the injury, I had complete confidence in Mr McLeod's assessment. His recommendations for treatment (which in my case was non-intervention and progressive physio) took a holistic approach, weighing up the merits of allowing natural recovery of a cracked scapula against the collateral disruption that would have been caused by intervention and repair, along with my agenda to continue as soon as possible with my choices of lifestyle activities. I am completely happy with the outcome of the consultation - I've resumed all sport and I shall be back on the race tracks again in the Spring next year. Whilst I hope not to have to see Mr McLeod again any time too soon (!), should mishap recur and shoulder injury again result, Mr McLeod will be my first port of call. Muna is a miracle worker. She made our whole pregnancy journey as smooth as it could possibly be. We started seeing Muna from around 12 weeks and quickly built a good rapport with her. She was very empathetic taking into account all our fears/ paranoias and did so with a lot of patience. She educated and guided us through the journey answering all our questions. She was very approachable and responded quickly to emails, calling us when needed, prescribing medicines to help manage smallest of pain and even guiding us through diets. The delivery was even smoother. We had always wanted a natural delivery and Muna fully respected that and prepared a plan with us based on different possible scenarios. We came into the hospital at 930pm and our baby was born at 215am - it was that smooth. There was some tear and she spent a lot of time immaculately stitching them so recovery was quick. I had always feared labor but thanks to Muna didn’t even realise how it passed. Needless to say we will only go to Muna for any future pregnancies. Thank you Muna for everything.

I recently attended a Preconception Appointment with Mr. Adam Jakes at the clinic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Gemma at reception and Mashal kindly assisted with my pre-appointment obs. The clinic itself is immaculate, modern, and beautifully presented. During the consultation, Dr Adam took the time to thoroughly review my medical history and discuss plans for baby number two. We spoke in detail about my Type 1 diabetes, its potential impact on a future pregnancy, and strategies to optimise blood sugar control beforehand. The appointment never felt rushed; Dr Adam provided clear guidance and even highlighted the progress I’ve made, which was a reassuring confidence boost. I would highly recommend Dr Adam, especially for anyone managing a medical condition. The experience was seamless, and I received comprehensive follow-up notes within just a couple of days.

Due to my individual circumstances there was some confusion in relation to payment and that spilled over onto me personally as well as causing stress across the whole procedure at the outset. This was resolved but exposes the fact that some attention needs to be paid to the way things are looked at and handles when the circumstances fall outside of the general conventions of the service provided. In the end it was all sorted out but the initial confusion and stress could have been avoided. I have no complaints but was a bit surprised at the apparent chaos at the outset. I have no idea if any one aspect was to blame, I think it was probably general confusion in relation to gaps in communication between the parties involved in payment etc.

This was my first experience of private health care. All staff are welcoming the clinic is very clean. It was self service to Refreshments but that's not to clear. I think it would've been nicer to be offered a beverage when you check in. I found myself being forced into this option as the nhs weren't listening. I met with Dr. Howie (GP) I found it such a relief just to be heard. It has only taken 1 visit and 1 review appointment to help with my menopause issues. i have been suffering for many years and it has ovly taken 3 months to solve going private. Thank you!!

I was very impressed with this place. I am an NHS patient so have never been before. It was clean and tidy. The decor was modern and if you have a fear or hospitals or.drs it.doesnt feel like a medical place. Staff so friendly. Toilets were clean and soap and handcream dispensers full. Wait time was a little longer than expected but I heard nurses saying patients had been double booked. I was still in and out within 2 hrs. I'd had a consult, 2 scans and my results in this time. I wish I could afford to go here all the time.

Despite paying through the nose for a blood test, I'm still waiting weeks later for results (est. results timeline 3-5 days). Also received additional bills for tests that weren't pre-defined as separate costs - some costs are clearly noted upfront, some others arent and this is deceptive and unprofessional. Whilst staff are friendly, waiting times are awful (40mins for a private blood test? Will be recommending all people to avoid until these issues are addressed
