He was attentive, patient and knowledgeable from the 1st moment with my Daughter and made her feel at ease and confident that she would be treated well. He was thorough in his investigations and analysis of the test results. He was open, clear and very supportive once the diagnosis was provided and we felt very reassured he was considering all her needs, especially given her sporting life. Ally his assistant is also amazing. She worked hard do accommodate our schedules for appointments, was responsive and helpful at everything stage. Highly recommended.

Getting bilateral knee replacement surgery can be a daunting thought for most people but the benefits of getting it done are so worthwhile. No more continuous pain and a good restful sleep every night is wonderful. I feel lucky to have had the services of Dr Ahmed and his team as everything has been handled very professionally. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to someone I knew that was experiencing knee problems. My son needed to have two teeth extracted prior to being fitted with braces the following month. The dentist was extremely caring - especially as the procedure proved to be quite difficult due to the large roots of the teeth being pulled. It took an hour for the first tooth to finally come out - and the dentist recommended that a second appointment be made to minimise the amount of trauma caused extracting both teeth in one go. The appointment was made while the procedure was still ongoing - which was very efficient and was a relief for my son.

My planned visit to consult Mustafa after the festive period suddenly crystallised, such that the consultation and treatment occurred all in one evening visit. Arrangements were made and on examining the analysis of the X-ray of my knee, it was clear that Durolane plus Depo-Medrone would be the best treatment, at least initially. Mustafa then carried out the injection and, with some advice on what might happen during the next few days, I was free to go. That level of service is very hard to beat!

Mr Saravelos and his team made us feel at such ease for our Frozen Embryo Transfer. He was so patient and helped talk through the procedure in a way I could understand. He kept me calm through the procedure, which previously have been a really painful experience for him. The Nurse Raj was also great and helpful and managed to get all our prescriptions done before the transfer so we didn’t have to wait around. Really great time and brilliant experience.

Disappointed I had to wait 20 minutes for an appointment first thing in the morning, however everything else was positive. Waiting area and treatment room were both tidy and clean. Staff were friendly and professional. Some additional work required and dentist took me through options for treatment and resulting cost. Dental work was very good and pain free(!). Payment all completed to my satisfaction. Overall, a positive experience

All the staff at the Spire Hospital were helpful & nothing was too much trouble so that I felt listened to in terms of my needs & any fears I had. I felt reassured that I was in excellent hands when it came to pain relief particularly immediately post op & was encouraged to get out of bed as soon as I was able. The food was enjoyable & there was a good variety which certainly helped my recovery & my room was light & very clean.
