Jess delivered our baby via C-section in March of this year. We opted for the full maternity package, and we had an excellent experience. Jess is very calm and knowledgeable. Her approach filled us both with confidence. Her care was comprehensive and personal; we were able to contact her with any queries throughout the pregnancy. We could book our appointments well in advance. This was especially helpful as we live over an hour from London and both work full-time with busy work schedules. The professionals that Jess works with and knows of are exceptional. She was able to recommend an expert in antenatal hydronephrosis and Jess works with a wonderful anaesthetist. The doctors she recommended were not only experts in their field, but they were also incredibly warm and friendly. When it came to the delivery, the day couldn't have gone any smoother. Jess had prepared us in terms of understanding exactly what would happen on the day and what to expect. All the professionals closely involved with the birth introduced themselves to us before we went down to theatre. If we are lucky enough to have another child in the future, we will be contacting Jess without a doubt.

I was very pleased to find out about this clinic and have it so local to me, I found out through a Raynaud's Facebook group. I was able to self refer. I am an NHS nurse with experience in vascular and tissue viability but felt like I still had some questions as I had gone through an acute episode last weather resulting in requiring interventions. I felt I had some questions that wasn't really getting explained to me from my rheumatologist and also the tests were not available on my nhs appointments/trust, so it helped give me a picture of how severe my Raynaud's was and advice for next steps. I have both Raynaud's and Sjogren's. I found both Louise and Dr Howell very knowledgeable and thorough, they took time to listen and explain. I felt supported throughout the appointment. I left much more informed and reassured. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with Raynaud's.

Reception had the wrong information for my appointment, not clear why as they had it all to hand as I had provided it and they found it when I asked. A loud alarm went off in Reception and they were very slow to try and fix it, in fact it had come from the bathroom and no-one seemed to know this which they should surely be aware of. Luckily it was in error - but what if someone had needed help? Quite surprising behaviour, not a great impression of Reception, it took others from other rooms to come out to look into it, the two ladies on Reception did not try to resolve it.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. So very friendly whilst remaining professional. My appointment was for 11.30 and whilst I accept there is always some waiting time I didn't expect 2 hours. I had another doctor appointment for 2.20 and I was beginning to panic that I would not be ablecto attend. My other complaint,along with several other patients was how very cold the rooms were We were sat in our winter coats and still feeling the cold. Paul, a staff member did eventually turn the heating on/up.

Overall an efficient and excellent course of treatment. Because I have hearing loss occasionally hearing explanations was challenging.. The first time I have had a urethral catheter. Looking at the catheter passport information it recommends a catheter securement device similar to a Velcro strap. Unfortunately I was offered no such device and had difficulties with the tubing since it extended almost as far as my knee cap. Using plasters etc was not helpful since it had to be removed when urinating.

Jonathan was very helpful, he clearly explained the conditions in both my eyes, one with muscle problems, the other with astigmatism, plus both are long and short sighted and both have cataracts. Quite complicated but he really helped me understsnd it all! Also I was lucky there was a free slot for a cataract operation in my right eye the next day, which he also explained thoroughly, so kind and helpful, made me ferl far less nervous and more at ease about the treatment.

I have like a fine mist on the eye which I had treatment on, when I drive at night it is like driving at night in fog, I get more reaction from on coming vehicles which I did not have before. My optometrist contacted you for a referral and was told my eyesight was good enough and would not see me under the NHS but I could go private
