I cannot say thank you enough to Mr Malek He made me feel so at ease with everything and gave clear explanations of what to expect The whole process from start to finish was very well organised, with plenty of notice for appointments I was treated by every staff member with kindness and dignity with nothing being too much trouble I was greeted on operation day and taken to my room then looked after until time for my op Afterwards the nurse arranged for food and a cup of tea I stayed overnight and was assisted on multiple occasions to use the lavatory The following day I was shown how to handle stairs before being allowed home I am sure this has helped towards my speedy recovery

Nick from Physio Jack Studios was really great. I had what I thought was a typical calf strain but all the standard treatments from another physio did not heal it. 4 weeks out from a marathon, I was unable to run 1km without pain. Nick went through a very thorough diagnostic appointment, corrected my diagnosis to an overloading issue at a specific calf/achilles muscle complex and guided me through multiple plyometric exercises and a progressive running plan to allow me to finish the marathon in 3hrs 40mins. Could not recommend him highly enough, super knowledgeable, detailed and passionate 👍

My son had a surgical extraction and the procedure was very calm and relaxed for him. I was able to be there too, so I watched the whole procedure and was very impressed at how clean the procedure was, resulting in a positive experience and successful extraction, ahead of upcoming orthodontic work. Waiting times weren't too long, although for private treatment we had hoped to be seen a little sooner than we were. The practice staff were friendly and very welcoming and high standards were evident throughout, in terms of hygiene and care. My son has no pain and is recovering well.

Dr Anand was excellent from the first time I met him to my most recent consult where I was signed off He was always transparent with everything, my care and the financial side of things as well He always responded very timely to emails when I was needing reassurance. His secretary was also brilliant. Everyone at Nuffield was amazing, very caring and clear. The porter i had who brought me back to the ward after my surgery snd down to xray was so funny and kept me at ease throughout.

Hugest thanks to Dr Onur Gilleard for removing the cyst like lump on my face - he is an incredible highly skilled Plastic surgeon - the procedure was pain free, very quick and I couldn't believe how neat and small the incision and stitches were which are healing beautifully. It was only a week ago however I have absolutely no doubt that there will be minimal scarring due to his expertise. Dr Gilleard and the nurse were incredibly kind and caring and totally put me at ease. Would totally recommend to anyone.

The group therapy sessions and the structure of the day was very helpful in helping my recovery. When I first came I was a bit confused about a lot of things and maybe communication in terms of meals and rules etc could be better explained in a more compassionate manner. The other patients and staff are the most wonderful lovely people and I am so grateful to have met them.

Everything was good but the house keeper was rude . when i came to the building i don’t know which button to press and there was board (if you have any issue you can contact house keeper . I press that button and i told him i have medical appointment he was like do you appointment with me ,he was so rude . He could simply say that press number 15 thats it . But my experience with doctors and other staff was excellent.
