Having had previously negative experiences with surgical doctors, I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Seth’s holistic approach. He not only focused on my knee issues but also inquired about my diet, nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise training. This comprehensive assessment helped me feel more at ease and confident in my treatment plan. I was particularly concerned about a course of knee injections I needed, but Dr. Seth ensured the procedure was completely pain-free. His reassuring demeanor put me at ease, and I appreciated that he followed up to check how I was doing afterward. Additionally, the administrative team at the clinic were kind, professional, and exceptionally helpful, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish. I had a really positive experience at The Harborne Hospital. I was greeted warmly on arrival and was actually seen before my appointment time, which was very much appreciated. My consultant Mr Leung truly listened to me and took the time to understand the full picture of how I’ve been feeling. He was extremely thorough, and for the first time in a long while, I left feeling hopeful — hopeful not only that my pain can be better managed, but also that I may finally get a clear diagnosis of what is actually happening to me. I really appreciated how carefully and thoughtfully everything was explored. Every member of staff I met was kind, professional, and supportive. The level of care and compassion shown throughout my visit was outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service.

All concerns were queried one to one with Chris via email. Response was swift and informative. Surgery experience was relaxed and a pleasure knowing that all my concerns were taken on board and acted on. The whole experience was first class, and the outcome has been life changing. I am now back mountain biking and enjoying life pain free for the first time in over a decade. All this after only 11 weeks post op. I cannot rate Chris Thomas highly enough. On the day of my operation his team gave outstanding service and aftercare from the nurses , and even going down for the operation his team was outstanding and even mr matar coming into the pre op room have a general chat and put me at ease while awaiting to go into the theatre was such a nice touch to put at ease. Approachable, empathetic, wise, he is a shining example for all of us who have the privilege of doing our job. St.Mary's is very lucky to have him.

Amazing consultation and face scan with Eleni who prescribed an Obagi skincare system which is making my skin look brighter, tighter and fresher already. Dr Bakshi - THANK YOU!!! I read the other reviews and wondered if the clinic's reputation was too good to be true. I have been on NHS waiting lists for years and they have misdiagnosed me and fobbed me off with cheap options. Dr Bakshi said he immediately knew the problem and showed me a video, leaflets and even research papers explaining my problem. Thank you very much - 6 stars if possible!

The operation went well and he was caring throughout the whole process with explanations and report both pre and post operation. The Holep procedure has worked very well and recovery has been no problem with hardly any feelings of having had a lengthy operation.
