Mr Erotocritou is a very friendly consultant, who made me feel very at ease and reassured that he will help me. He was very clear in his explanations and covered all bases in investigating my issues. I didn't feel rushed in the consultants and he actually listened to me and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt he looked at me as a valued person rather than another patient. I am very happy with my consultations and tests taken. Thankfully I do not need further investigations or treatment, but I would definitely go back to Mr Erotocritou if I needed to in the future. He was easy to understand and calm, someone you could tell about your difficulties. I felt very understood and nothing was too difficult to talk about.

Dr Deepan Vyas was absolutely brilliant. He made us feel calm and relaxed from the moment we met him and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. He was incredibly empathetic and wonderful with my 3-month-old baby. My son was diagnosed with severe eczema, and I became quite upset during our initial appointment. Dr Vyas reassured me, made me feel supported, and genuinely helped ease my worries. The treatment he recommended worked very well for my son’s body, and we are now discussing how best to maintain the improvement. I have told everyone what a great experience we’ve had with him and truly hope to continue having follow-up appointments with Dr Vyas.

Mr Dimitrios Karadaglis looked after me during my pregnancy when carpal tunnel progressed into acute tendonitis, and a steroid injection was no longer sufficient. He was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain all my options, treating me with genuine respect and care throughout. From my first consultation through to completing surgery, he was consistently professional and did an excellent job of easing my concerns. My experıence wıth thıs entıre procedure has been fırst class. From the aırport pıck UP to the hospıtal check ı, communıcatıon was clear, staff was extremely frıendly, and the ınterpretor was hıghly professoonal, courteous and supportıve. The ınpatıent care has been enjoyable, wıth responsıve staff, frequent doctors vısıts and great supportıve overall. I found the reception at ground floor level the only weakness as I was left standing feeling a bit aimless when no one else was at the desk and also I reported someone had been sick in a toilet sink and I was just letting them know, whilst I did not want gratitude for reporting it some greater acknowledgement and action might have been expected. Anyway most importantly Dr Woodland receptionist area and staff on his floor were excellent as they were for Dr Power.

Mr Kametas was the obstetrician for the pregnancy and birth of both of my sons. He was a welcome & calming influence who gave us clear, concise updates and comfort throughout. He was very reassuring and easily contactable. My deliveries were managed well (even with the first where I went into labour early) and scar post c-section (second time round) has been notably well done! I couldn’t recommend him more and couldn’t have done it without him.

I attended for an abdomen scan, booked at 1.30am for the same day due to severe pains. It was discovered that I had gallstones. Price is excellent. And the scans were accepted by my gp and I’ve been refereed for surgery. Thank you so much for all your help. Have passed your details onto two others who are also looking for scans.

The experience was very good. However it would be very helpful if X-Ray, MRIs, were confirmed with a text., including date and time of appointment. Also Outpatient reminders do not include the actual time of the appointment and with whom which again would be extremely helpful and may well reduce number of missed appointments.
