I am at Kingsbridge Hospital for partial knee replacement surgery. Surgical Ward 1 - 28/11/2025. I am writing to express my deepest and sincere thanks for the outstanding care I am receiving during my stay at Kingsbridge Hospital, Ballykelly. The professionalism and kindness I am receiving during my care is outstanding. Sarah, Kerry, Laura & Kim (night staff) from Ward 1 have all been wonderful, nothing was any trouble and I want to thank them for going above and beyond to ensure my well being. Unfortunately, I can’t remember all the names of the staff on ward 1 when I booked in, but again these staff were amazing (Keavsa/luke). I have felt very at ease during my stay and that has come across naturally from you all. You deserve recognition for all your hard work and care you have provided. Please convey my heartfelt thanks to all the staff involved in my care, including the doctors Mr Acton, Dr Brian OG McLary and their team who showed exceptional expertise. Not forgetting the physio. Mr Nimesh Jain

Mr Jain was very polite and friendly but professional at the same time. I had an initial consultation with him to discuss the issue I was having with my arm. He listened and understood. We both worked on a plan to resolve the issue with my arm which initially were did a conservative approach and then after about 6 weeks and 3 visits we both agreed that surgery was required. I booked into have the surgery done and after the surgery Mr Jain explained that it was worse than the MRI but he was able to repair it and the operation was a complete success. I have had both physio and follow up appointments with Mr Jain and he has done an amazing job repairing my arm. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends should they ever need to have surgery. I have one last appointment booked for 6 weeks from now to check how my physiotherapy has gone and to sign me off and discharge me fully. I know that if I had any issues that I could always return to him instead future.

Here is a polished, clearer version of your text: ⸻ Firstly, I would like to thank Dr. Jagwant Singh. I broke my collarbone four years ago and had a titanium plate fitted at Whipps Cross Hospital. Since that operation, my shoulder had been in constant pain. After numerous hospital visits and rounds of physiotherapy, I was repeatedly told there was nothing wrong and that I would simply have to live with it. I was then recommended to Dr. Jagwant Singh, and from my very first appointment he recognised that something wasn’t right. He immediately sent me for an MRI scan, which revealed a bicep tear and a labral tear. He arranged the necessary surgery and successfully repaired my shoulder. I cannot thank Dr. Jagwant Singh enough. I’m now eight weeks post-op, the pain has almost completely gone, and my movement has nearly returned. From the first visit, Dr. Singh explained everything clearly, never rushed, and always took the time to answer all my questions.

I had an absolutely amazing experience (yes, I had major surgery and I can still say that). From initial consultation with Mez, who was the first consultant (of many) to actually hear, understand and validate my symptoms... to the admissions team, pre op assessment, ward staff on surgery day, anaesthetist and theatre team, I honestly couldn't have had better care if I had gone private. 12 weeks post surgery and I have never felt better - didn't even realise until after my surgery that my pain was daily; I had got so used to it. Post op follow up was phenomenal, the whole surgery was explained in detail and I even came away with a video of my surgery which is fascinating. 10 Star surgeon and 10 star experience. The doctor was able to give me a very clear diagnostic, and clearly laid out options for treatment, without pushing immediately for surgery. I ended up having surgery with him, everything was great, well explained, with minimal pain, and am now well on track for recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Consigliere for any shoulder-related issues. The doctor’s assistant is also very organized and responsive, the entire process was very well managed.

Every aspect of surgeries considered, explained and fully understood by me so I could make a decision with regard to surgery.

Dr Mishra is an excellent doctor and top professional. I am a doctor myself and i was really impressed with his professionalism and his kindness. I was the last appointment in what it looked a very busy day. He greeted me with a real smile. He patiently, listened to my problem, he examined me and reviewed my investigations. The whole experience of phoning first thing in the morning to make an appointment to have my earwax removel - through to later in morning when it was carried out felt like a “model” experience in care. My audiologist was patient, explained the process and worked efficiently to remove all the wax bringing much needed relief. She also gave me advice on oiling my ear to help the wax dispersal in future.

Would be nice if staff shared communication as I have frozen shoulder and I only had chance to tell the lovely Laura staff nurse who reasured me. Dr Ahmed introduced himself and Ruby too...I had to ask what they found and was given printed details at the end. Overall positive. Thank you!
