Excellent bedside manner with a true desire to get to the bottom of a problem. Free from the often occurring "I am so brilliant vibes" that I at times got from other consultants. Refreshing down to earth, approachable, very friendly. Most importantly, excellent listening skills, does not try to convenience you of a diagnosis after only hearing a quarter but appears to be thorough before making up his mind. Excellent communicator, who gets a patient fully involved, showing pictures to explain and explaining what he sees on a screen. I initially was a bit apprehensive thinking, hmmm has not got 3 decades of experience like some practitioners I saw in the past. On reflection, a good thing, still greatly motivated to make a difference and passionate about what he does. Deos not leave you feel watching the clock (he went over time, thank you) or rushed. Overall so far a positive experience (first consultation). I usually don't leave long feedbacks but if someone "goes the extra mile", so will I. Most importantly, if you had negative experiences before with consultants causing you pain/flare ups in the night and following day(s) due to handling you roughly during an examination, then give Dr Raiman a try. He very carefully moved my limbs with utmost consideration during the necessary examination, which helps building trust.

I came into St Joseph’s on the 10th of January for a Abdominoplasty procedure, from entering the hospital and being greeted professionally by the reception, to the assistant who came down to reception to collect me and show me your my room, went smoothly and l would say, the highest stand l have had at a private hospital. The ward staff attended to me immediately, carried out their pre-op checks, were very informative in terms of time of the procedure etc, l couldn’t have been made more comfortable and cared for. The cleanliness and room was outstanding, l have had a number of stays at private hospitals over a period of 15 years and St Joseph’s is the leader from all parts of the service provided, your hospital should be used to show others how to set the highest standards, which you certainly excel at. Mr Wilson was outstanding too, from our initial consultation to the surgery and aftercare. I recurved a call from St Joseph’s on the 3 day after being discharged to check on my progress, which l wasn’t expecting but very much appreciated it. I have received the highest of care and everyone l met was amazing. Thank you for everything you did for me.

I was very apprehensive about my diagnosis and procedure but Dr. Pareek was so reassuring and make me at ease . He is so skilled and and clever that what he said at the clinical consultation was correct and I am so impressed. The procedure was quick . I didn't know even a thing .From the moment I arrived , I was so impressed by the professionalism , kindness and efficiency of staff. The nurses and the support staff were so compassionate and attentive. The ward environment was clean and welcoming and I appreciate the five star care given to me and I noticed this for other patients too while I was wating. Please extend my thanks to everyone involved in my care . Dr Pareek and the team dedication and commitment to patient wellbeing made significant difference to my experience . I had a Robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy. From beginning to end I was blown away by the quality of care I received from Mr Osama Naji and his team. The surgery went so well I was up walking around within hours of having it. My recovery was so smooth, I kept giggling as it felt like a holiday, no pain at all. Even though Dr Naji told me it would be painful in my head I just couldn’t conceive it could be this comfortable. I could go back to work almost straight away although I took a few days off to relax. I was on less painkillers within 24 hours of my surgery than I had been on my ‘good’ days for the last five years. I have almost no visible marks given the technology used. If I had known it would be like this I wouldn’t have suffered for so many years and delayed having the treatment.

I have had various symptoms of perimenopause over the last year or so but it came to a head a few months ago when i had a severe panic attack and seemed to develop anxiety. I am finding this difficult to cope with and the GP didn't seem to help me. I met with Dr Colquhoun and she was lovely, provided me with alot of information and advice and took me and my symptoms seriously. As a result I now have a course of action and have had HRT prescribed and a coil fitted. Whilst this is all new to me, i am feeling very positive about this plan and hopeful that I can start to feel like myself again!

When undertaking base line assessment prior to the procedure, this was conducted in the reception area. During this taking place, 3 other people arrived and seated themselves in the reception area. We were unclear if they were members of the public, staff or other appointments. They were not introduced to us as observers for my treatment. The introduction didn't occur until Prof Zveorov arrived, then introductions were made and my family was made aware they were from other institutions to learn and observe. The support and treatment were excellent.

My son needed to have two teeth extracted prior to being fitted with braces the following month. The dentist was extremely caring - especially as the procedure proved to be quite difficult due to the large roots of the teeth being pulled. It took an hour for the first tooth to finally come out - and the dentist recommended that a second appointment be made to minimise the amount of trauma caused extracting both teeth in one go. The appointment was made while the procedure was still ongoing - which was very efficient and was a relief for my son.
