I came to see Dr Agarwal for a second opinion having been denied cataract surgery elsewhere. He tested every part of my vision, checked all aspects of eye health and then very kindly explained that I did in fact need cataract surgery. All his explanations were clear, easy to follow and delivered kindly and warmly. Cataract surgery on both eyes was done within a couple of weeks. The whole experience was very patient centred. Lots of reassurance from all members of the team and a surprisingly stress free experience. At a follow up appointment three days later Dr Agarwal was warm and genuinely delighted to show me the massive improvements to my eyesight.

Our 7-year-old daughter had to go through surgery to repair a hole in her eardrum, and from the first visit to the last (just had the all clear on her successful operation), Mr Manjaly was exceptional. He guided us through the various options ahead of the procedure, including the potential implications and challenges. All in all, he and his team were fantastic with our daughter’s experience, which was so good that she was never fearful of the operation or recovery. I am transformed! I came to see Mrs Langton Hewer because I had suddenly gone completely deaf in one ear. She listened to me when I explained my anxieties and then examined my ears. She diagnosed otis externa which was causing pain and there was water behind the wax causing deafness. She then very carefully removed wax and debris from my ear and my hearing was immediately restored. I am so grateful that this was diagnosed so expertly and then sorted out immediately. I would strongly recommend her for ear problems and for removal of ear wax. Thank you.

I was “plagued” with psoriasis on my elbows and forearms for the last year or so (I am a 60 year old male). I never suffered from psoriasis before. It was getting me down and I wouldn’t wear short sleeves. I made an appointment with Dr Rosy and she examined me and gave me a prescription and hey presto my psoriasis has “gone” after 4 weeks usage of prescribed spray. As per Dr Rosy it will come back but I should use spray as required when psoriasis returns. I am absolutely 100% confident now of wearing short sleeves. I am so thankful 🙏

I waited longer than usual for my appointment but Mr Sharma was very apologetic. He examined and more importantly listened to me about my concerns. The follow up letter arrived promptly so action could be taken. He gave me a referral for an appointment to have steroid injection which I obtained within 24 hrs. Sadly the referral letter had a couple of mistakes but these were rectified very quickly. Very impressed with the process and we are all individuals so mistakes can happen.

He took a thorough history and did a full examination before discussing his diagnosis and proposed treatment plan with me. I was confident of his medical expertise and really appreciated his manner. Saw Dr James Thing and must say the experience start to finish was excellent, pinpointed problem areas and carried out scan and targeted areas that were problem and treated, now no longer need splin or pain relief. So much more movement in knees too. Would highly recommend.
