My experience at the Fitzrovia private maternity suite at UCLH was exceptional from start to finish. The room's were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and calm - exactly what you hope for during such an important emotional time. The food was genuinely excellent, with a great variety of choices, which made a real difference during recovery and long days on the ward. Most importantly, the staff were absolutely amazing. From the midwives and healthcare assistance to the catering team, every single person was kind, caring and professional. The midwives were extremely knowledgeable and always on hand to support and reassure, no matter the time of day. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What truly stood out was the continuity of care even after discharge. The midwives remained available to support me with breastfeeding and post cesarean aftercare, which was invaluable and made me feel supported well beyond my stay. I cannot fault the Fitzrovia private maternity suite at UCLH. The standard of care, compassion, and attention to detail where outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering private maternity to care.

Dr. Moez Dungawalla was my doctor during one of the most difficult and painful periods of my life, and the care he provided was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, he made me feel safe, supported, and confident that I was in good hands. He was always honest and straight to the point, which I deeply appreciated, but he delivered everything with genuine care and compassion. In moments when things felt overwhelming, his professionalism, calm presence, and clear communication made all the difference. He never made me feel rushed or dismissed, and I always felt heard and respected. Dr. Dungawalla is not only incredibly skilled at what he does, but he also treats his patients with real humanity and kindness. I am truly grateful for the care he gave me during such a hard time, and I can’t speak highly enough of him as both a doctor and a person.

Dr Ryan treated me with a lot of respect, although my symptoms were not life threatening, he listened to me and took my complaints seriously. When I had the surgery under his supervision, the procedure and recovery process and next steps were explained to me very clearly. I knew exactly what the surgeons were doing to me and what the benefit and also risks of having the surgery was. On a personal level I really appreciated how comfortable he made me feel throughout the entire process. Also today when I had my post op check up (months after the surgery, later than ideal, but not his fault at all!) he remembered me and seemed genuinely invested in me as a person which isn't something I was expecting, given how many patients he must see! If you are reading this Doctor Cheong then I wish you all the best! :)

My visit was entirely satisfactory. The staff were exceptionally friendly at all times and they seem to meet a lot of them. I was getting informed about what was going to happen to me at all times. The menu was amazing and the whole place seem to be extremely efficiently run My only comment of an adverse nature would be that having been shown to a room on my arrival where my wife carefully unpacked all my belongings she she know sooner had left Than. I had to pack them all up again because I was being transferred to another room and then when I came out of the operating theatre before I went home, I had to wait three hours before I managed to get my belongings back again no book to read or iPad slightly frustrating but that was the only hiccup on an excellent visit.

I valued Mr Stafford's absolute clarity and professionalism at all times. From the German health system, I wasn't used to be taken too seriously with my views, needs and concerns, so, I had previously experienced a lot of frustration. Mr Stafford and his entire team not only achieved excellent results through the operation and after-care, but made me feel I was in charge, was being very well looked after and put in a position where I could confidently go home post op and manage. The healing process seems amazingly fast. I do recommend Mr Stafford's services!

Positive perks - the waiting room had adjustable height chairs meaning I didn't have to struggle getting in and out of chairs! Dr Chinoy didn't judge me, or make me feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience (something I have grown accustomed to from the nhs). Despite my symptoms not fitting in with his specialities he recommended a colleague who he feels confident would be able to meet my needs. Although private care is hard on my wallet as a self funder, the advice, treatment and service I received overall made it more than worthwhile.

Thyroid blood test. Never been before. Autistic so some challeges : a sign on door to push would have helped, it was intimidating, couldn’t get in straight away. An area with reduced lighting to wait would have reduced my overwhelm, was very close to waiting outside. Became very overwhelmed trying to explain which test I had booked, knew there was a fault on the website. Although the situation was rectified satisfactorily, it was still an overwhelming, triggering experience.

I had a wonderful day at the Lister Hospital being looked after beautifully before and after my hip procedure. Janette, my nurse couldn't have been friendlier or more reassuring, the food I had was very good and fresh, and then to have a little sprinkling of reflexology on the 'menu' was icing on the cake! All in all a great experience.
