From the first consultation to recovery, the care, precision, and confidence he showed made a huge difference in my healing and peace of mind. My knee feels stronger every day, my mobility is returning, and I trust the work that was done. It actually feels better than my first surgery I had 5 years ago with another surgeon. Less painful too. The results have exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the skill and dedication that went into my surgery. I am very excited to know I will be able to ski again next year after a period of rehabilitation. I am beyond grateful to Mr Mahmud. I wish him all the best for the future. Nuffield Health The Manor Hospital Oxford

The Manor Hospital appeared clean, pleasant environment and staff were friendly. There is however one major issue - Car Parking. I nearly missed my appointment despite arriving 35 minutes prior. The car park does not appear adequate for the volume of patients and staff. A vehicle had been parked and blocked the car park, presumably because they thought were going to miss their appointment. This was resolved by creating a one way system which finally allowed me to, by luck, get a space. As an improvement it might be good if when booking, the booker tells the patient of possible alternative car parks in the area that they might have to use?

I had a breast reduction and uplift with Parkash Lohana in December 2025 and I am delighted with the results. All the staff here are so kind and friendly. Special shout out to Roslyn for how well she looked after me (and my very anxious mum!) on the day, Bernadette, Lisa, but everyone has been amazing. I'm still healing and had to come in for a same day appointment to have something checked and Belinda totally put me at ease and gave me really clear information. Honestly couldn't fault a single element of my experience!

Mr Taylor has been my son’s ophthalmologist since he was 8 weeks old. He has always given me very clear explanations regarding my son’s vision and the possible complications surrounding it. He’s always kind and compassionate and really listens when I’m explaining what I see at home. My sons vision is particularly complex due to multiple disabilities which makes everything that bit harder, but Mr Taylor always goes above and beyond to do what he can, within the parameters of my sons capability.

All the staff I met are very welcoming and friendly. The team are are also get responsive by phone and email.

However, I would have appreciated more commentary so that I knew what was happening, or else an explanation that this commentary could not be offered.

Waited 3 months for an appointment which it seems they forgot to book in, was given a same day appointment without checking in with the alternative being a month later. Staff are nice and the facilities are good though.
