Before I met Glenda I was at a very low point in my life. I was experiencing an incredible amount of stress and anxiety following a breakdown in my relationship. I found it very hard to function at a level to which I was used to. I have always been high energy and needed to be for my work. Glenda instantly put me at ease, she was always very patient and explained in great detail why I was feeling why I was. Glenda is highly professional and never once did I feel patronised or judged. She spoke to me with respect and encouraged me to learn more about my situation through reading, podcasts, audiobooks etc which really helped me along the way. Some days I would arrive at our therapy session without knowing what I was going to discuss but Glenda creates a safe environment which allows you to open up and share your thoughts and feelings. Glenda is an incredible psychodynamic therapist and has been highly influential in my life and I will be forever grateful for her knowledge, her patience and her kindness. Thank you for everything.

Dr Arnold is amazing, she truly cares for her patients and wants the best outcome for them. I have suffered with eczema/skin reactions/scalp sensitivity consistently for a year now and Dr Arnold has made such a difference to my skin by giving me detailed information about the treatments which I need to use and what I can do to help my skin recover or keep it at bay. I recently had my second consultation with Dr Arnold about an ongoing new skin issue, again, Dr Arnold left me feeling relieved in the sense of I know one day my skin will be better! She gave me thorough explanations about my next steps, what to do, for how long and wrote it all down for me to take away with. We booked in a follow up and have discussed what further treatment would look like for myself and my skin if necessary after the follow up. I recently had my gallbladder removed by Miss Pissanou after seeking her for a second opinion. From the very beginning, she was thorough, honest, and incredibly reassuring. She advised that while gallbladder removal was necessary, I should first prioritise a cyst on my kidney. She immediately referred me to an excellent surgeon who successfully removed the cyst, which unfortunately turned out to be cancerous. I am extremely grateful for her judgement and prompt action, which made all the difference. When it came to my gallbladder operation, Miss Pissanou was exceptionally informative, taking great care to explain all the risks and ensuring that both my wife and I fully understood the procedure. The surgery itself was very successful, and my recovery was remarkably quick. I cannot recommend Miss Pissanou highly enough for her professionalism, expertise, and outstanding patient care.

Everyone I dealt with was great overall. The experience was good aside from a couple of mistakes which then lead to long delays. One of the assessment calls didn't work and I had made time to sit through it. They did try to rectify this quickly but it still took another few weeks which after such a long time was frustrating. Sometimes when I would ring up the person who would answer would be short and I didn't feel so comfortable speaking to them. Otherwise, I would recommend this service up to diagnosis - I am yet to try the medication and services beyond here. I wish there was more the NHS or RTN could provide to offer support post diagnosis. The recommendations are useful but I would like a little more.

I felt very confident in Dr Chopra, which was reassuring, and having Stephanie observe the consultation was also positive for her professional development. The advice I received aligned with my own independent analysis using AI tools, particularly ChatGPT, which further reinforced my confidence in both the diagnosis and the prescribed treatment plan. Dr Chopra also addressed additional concerns beyond the initial reason for my visit, offering a broader treatment approach, which I appreciated. While I understand that diagnosing multiple issues within a half-hour appointment is challenging, the consultation was helpful and provided the reassurance and confidence boost I was looking for.

We received an excellent level of care and support. The doctor was able to assess my daughter and provide a diagnosis on the same day, which brought us much-needed clarity and reassurance after a very difficult few weeks. They were incredibly supportive, gentle and sensitive with my daughter, taking the time to explain clearly what was happening in a way that she could understand without feeling frightened or overwhelmed. We felt listened to throughout. The offer to support us further, including attending a video call with her school to help plan her return, was above and beyond what we expected and made us feel we were not navigating this alone.

I have been twice in a short period of time as l have a bit of an anxiety issue over breast lumps. I was worried about coming again so soon . But at no point did Miss Summerhayes or her team made me feel stupid. In fact the opposite she was sympathetic, kind gave me advice & her bedside manner was just wonderful. Also the consultant that did both my ultrasounds was fabulous too. They made me feel nothing was too much of a problem, made me feel l could come at anytime. I hope the team stay together as they are wonderful. .

I had an appointment at 5 pm and at 5.10 pm for pathology related to my upcoming Biopsy. First I was taken in for a flow rate test ??? which was not schedule . I told the nurse that I was there for a pre admission test, but she had no idea. Finally and after my request the nurse start looking into it. The hospital did forget to give instructions about what test had to be done. I had to wait ONE hour and 15 minutes at the premises . Finally the right test come in and they could proceed. Absolutely terrible.

Whilst reassured about the surgery experience, I was surprised to find just how straightforward everything was. I felt well supported throughout and did not experience any pain at any stage. I was surprised how quickly I could see so much better without any glasses!

Mr Gill seems to me a very accomplished surgeon in the knee surgery field. He did an excellent job on both my knees, they both appear to be working fine and the scarring is much less than expected. Especially on my left knee where it's hardly noticeable, many people, even nurses, say it doesn't look as though I've had such major surgery done. 10 out of 10 Mr Gill. He is very easy to talk to and has great approach to his work.

The doctor was 8 mins late *(with no apology for the late running( and them seemed to have a different idea of why i was there to me - he thought he was just assessing skin tags rather than removing - and then said he didnt have time to remove them - yet he was the one running late. I will come for the follow up but after that will never use this practice again.
