It’s hard to put into words just how grateful I am for the incredible care I received at this clinic. From the very beginning, my experience was nothing short of amazing x From the very beginning, everything just felt right. I had undergone IVF treatment 5 times in the UK and wanted to try somewhere different. I was referred to clinics in Cyprus and contacted a couple of them, but from my very first conversation with Meryem at Cyprus IVF Hospital, my husband and I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. From that moment on, Meryem was amazing. She answered every question and concern we had with patience and kindness. I had a lot of questions and she never once made me feel like a burden. IVF is not a linear journey and things can change constantly, but she was always there to guide us through each step. Her communication was outstanding and she always made sure both my husband and I fully understood the process. Our doctor Dr. İçten Balık Kıvançlı, took the time to ensure we were receiving the best care possible and that everything was being done to help make my dream come true. What really stood out to us was their honesty and integrity, many times they could have suggested additional treatments or extras but instead they focused only on what was truly best for us. There were never long waiting times and they made me feel like I was their only patient. On the day of my embryo transfer I was incredibly nervous, but the entire team reassured me and made sure I felt as comfortable and calm as possible. Every nurse was warm, kind, and genuinely cared about my wellbeing. I would like to give special thanks to Dr. İçten Balık Kıvançlı for your care and dedication throughout my IVF journey and to Dr. Serap for helping give me the greatest gift. Thank you as well to all the nurses and drivers who were always so kind and welcoming and made me feel at home. A special thank you to Nurse Grace for always treating me like a friend. Even though I wasn’t your patient, you were always so sweet and made me feel at ease whenever I saw you. And finally, a huge thank you to my angel Meryem, who supported me every step of the way from start to finish. Your kindness, patience, and support meant more to me than words can express. Mr Rao's demeanour throughout my experience has been friendly, relaxed, informative and positive. Initial clinic assessment and the communication of information about the state of my hip and the possible operative procedure were attentive, detailed, and clear. He answered all my questions very helpfully. I was very pleased to hear that the selection of the prosthesis to be used has a strong evidence base. The operation clearly went very well indeed, especially judging by the pre-operative and post-operative discussions and radiology results. The day following the hip replacement I felt very well , and enjoyed the reviews with Mr Rao, the nurses and the physios, all were encouraging and very helpful. At home I was pleased to be able to continue practising my physio exercises: for the last couple of years my ability to enjoy exercise has been curtailed and I have missed it very much. Since the surgery there has been continuing progress. I am glad to be able to do my physio exercises and feel the benefit in terms of muscle strength and stability, while I am now also able to walk gradually increasing distances, very encouraging. Throughout my interactions at the Nuffield Chester I have been impressed by the friendliness, courtesy and positive approach of all the staff. I am particularly grateful to Mr Rao for a transformative intervention, restoring me to much improved physical fitness.

Corneal transplant due to Fuch's Dystrophy in right eye. I cannot recommend the team at Midland Eye more highly as the process was great from start to finish. It has been nothing short of a miracle to get my sight back. In particular I would like to acknowledge the work of Mr Barua. He is an outstanding surgeon who has amazing knowledge, understanding, experience and skill with this type of surgery. He translates complex medical language in to simple explanations to describe what Fuch's Dystropy is, and what the practical procedure will be on the day of surgery. He has a calm, caring and professional manner and is very approachable. His support team of ophthalmologists and optometrists all added to the professional care I received. Along with Kate Gerrard Refractive Clinical Liaison who managed and co-ordinated the overall process. She has been outstanding in her approachability, ability with managing the diary and after care. An excellent team. 10/10.

We had an exceptional experience at Paediatric diagnostics, where we took our 4 y.o. daughter for some blood tests. They were impeccable. The space is perfectly designed to make the experience as smooth as possible for kids. The waiting room has toys, books, netflix with all the kids favourite shows, free coffee and drinks. The practice is spotless clean. We arrived early so that the stuff could apply some numbing cream to our daughter. The staff was so friendly and gentle. When the time came, they called us in the room, gave our daughter an iPad with her favorite show to watch while they took her blood very quickly and painlessly. At the end, they gave her a sticker and made her choose a toy from a big bag! We were very impressed by how good they were. We can't recommend them enough

Up to now I have only had my initial consultation so I can’t comment on how the process of helping my gut is going. As far as the initial consultation goes though you can’t fault Dr Neet, she’s very easy to communicate with and takes the time to get a full picture of what’s been going on in all aspects of your life, to be able to build an overall picture of what may be the root cause of your symptom's. Everything is followed up with a full written report to allow you to fully digest what’s been discussed after the consultation. The report also explains the next steps and some simple tips that may help in the mean time whilst waiting for further investigation. To sum it up the initial consultation was overall very good and I’m hopeful that the next steps will help with my issues.

Dana was my doctor from 12 weeks through to the early postpartum period, including performing the C-section delivery of my first child. Having the continuity of seeing the same doctor throughout my pregnancy was incredibly reassuring, as I always felt confident that both my health and my baby’s development were being carefully monitored and genuinely prioritised. I greatly valued Dana’s kindness and compassion at every stage - her approach and demeanour made me feel like an individual in her care rather than just another patient. My Caesarean itself was calm and efficient, and thanks to Dana’s skill and care, my recovery has gone very well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dana to anyone, and I’ll definitely be coming back if I’m lucky enough to get pregnant with my second!

Hip Replacement - 14/01/2025 I cannot recommend my hip surgeon highly enough. From the first consultation through to post -operative care , the entire experience was exceptional. Mr Stott took the time to explain every aspect of the procedure in clear reassuring terms , which immediately lessoned my anxiety and gave me confidence I was in the best possible safe hands. The hip replacement surgery itself was a complete success. What I noticed the most was Mr Stott s technical skill - professionalism and care. I felt really safe under Mr Stott s care and think he genuinely is a really nice guy , I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I received and would recommend Mr Stott to anyone considering hip surgery. And I can wear my heels again.

My appointment today was to be signed off after my operation. Although a little late my appointment was not rushed and had a good amount of time with Mr Biswas discussing my operation and plans for going forward. The explanation for my appointment being a little late was due to previous patients having lots of questions, which I’m sure Mr Biswas took his time to answer. This was very important to me when I was discussing surgery with him, so I’m sure the other patients appreciated his time. It was not a problem for me to wait in a pleasant waiting area.

I always have excellent treatment at London Gynaecology, every member of staff is considerate, friendly and helpful. But today was particularly good, I was fairly nervous about going for an internal scan, but all the memebers of staff and practitioners that I dealt with were understanding and kind, and did a really good job at helping me through it and keeping it as pain free as possible. They also took the time to really talk through all the information and clarify what was going on. The standard of care here is incredibly high and I am very grateful.
