I had been meaning to pursue a formal diagnosis for some time and, after researching several providers, Montrose Health Group stood out due to their consistently positive reviews, which was very reassuring. I also contacted a few other services, but Sophie from Montrose Health Group responded promptly, which immediately gave me confidence in their approach. When I called to begin my journey, I spoke with Grace, who was exceptional from the outset. She quickly recognised that I was feeling nervous and reassured me throughout the conversation with genuine care and understanding. I found it especially thoughtful that she directed me to her profile on the website so I could familiarise myself with her background and feel more comfortable ahead of our triage session. The triage itself went extremely well — I felt safe, listened to, and respected. Grace handled my case with compassion and professionalism, clearly explained the next steps, and kept me well informed throughout. I truly felt supported at every stage. I was then introduced to Roberta. Although our initial appointment had to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, this was where the quality of care and service really stood out. Roberta ensured the appointment was rearranged at a time that felt comfortable for me and took the time to reassure me when I shared that I was feeling nervous. During our assessment, I was struck by how well prepared Roberta was. She had clearly read my notes in advance, meaning I didn’t have to repeat myself, and she asked thoughtful, informed questions that helped her gain a deeper understanding of my experiences. For the first time, I truly felt seen and heard. After 37 years of confusion, Roberta helped me make sense of my experiences in a way that was validating and empowering. The report I received was incredibly detailed, personalised, and anything but generic — it genuinely reflected me. It included clear, practical guidance for both work and university. My husband also read the report and was taken aback by how thorough, insightful, and robust it was. 7 I am a true advocate for Grace, Roberta, and Montrose Health Group and would highly recommend their services to anyone considering a neurodevelopmental assessment. It hasn’t even been 24 hours since receiving my report, and I am already actively recommending them to others.

The doctor has been fantastic as always. Im fully satisfied with his consultation. The operation outside the consultation was the challenge for a patient. After the consultation I was instructed to go to the reception and wait. I was waiting in the reception from around 19:15. A few other patients there were all called and gone and I was alone in the reception area when the receptionist finally spotted on me around 19:50, asking me if I was waiting for a consultation. I reminded them that that I had already finished it and waiting for the next step. They found in the system that they needed to make an appointment for ultrasound and injection for me. On the ultrasound and injection date. The appointment was 11:00. I arrived at 10:45 as your hospital request to the patient and started waiting. At 10:55, staff told me that the entrance area of the ultrasound treatment room had an urgent repaired work in progress and asked me to wait for 15 mins. The staff came over again telling me that it would be pushed back to 11:30.. At 11:35, I was finally invited for the ultrasound. All the staff were friendly, very apologetic and sympathetic. I just wanted to share that there was room for the operational improvement. Thank you for your service.

I remember feeling nervous sat in the waiting room for our first consultation to discuss our fertility plans and as soon as we met Ben I instantly felt at ease. He has a very reassuring and positive approach and it is clear that he has a genuine care for his patients. I have a condition called MRKH and Ben’s knowledge and experience with my condition is invaluable to someone like myself. He has given myself and my partner so much hope for our future! Throughout our treatment, we always felt that we could approach Ben with ease if we had any questions or concerns and he would respond promptly. I once sent him a question on a Sunday evening and he had responded to me within half an hour! The results from both of our embryo freezing rounds have exceeded our expectations and we feel that these results were mainly due to being so well informed and our treatment at the Lister Fertility Clinic being exceptional. We are so thankful that Ben was our Consultant throughout our two rounds of embryo freezing. He is a genuine, kind and friendly person who we know will be excellent at supporting us through our next chapter of our fertility journey. Thank you so much Ben!

I was really please with the quality of service at Medneo Great Portlane Street and the speed at which I got my results. The medics seemed very professional and made me feel calm. I wish I'd used the service sooner as before getting a private MRI which I paid for myself I had had a number of physio treatments and exercise plans which may my injury worse due to them not knowing what was actually wrong. They were working blind as it were. And the NHS wouldn't put me on a waiting list for a MRI through them. I got a 3T scan which I believe shows a bit more than a 1.5 scanner which cast me £299. If you can afford it it might be the right choice for you. I would definitely go to these people to have a scan again if I develop another injury.

The general experience was excellent - all the staff readily on call any time of the day or night. Although I had some blood pressure problems, it was dealt with efficiently. I would like to identify Aiden as a particularly lovely person who made me feel very relaxed in a stressful situation. The physios were also very good. I would have liked a more detailed discharge plan for exercises to aid my recovery. The pain killers given on discharge seem to be only mildly effective and my pain level remains quite high. I have a lot of bruising on my thigh, which l wasn't told as a possibility. I wasn't given any information about ways to help with the stiffness. Overall, I would recommend the hospital to anyone

I saw my dentist and hygienist. My dentist, Mrs Patel, gave a very thorough examination for a 6 monthly check., which was easy and painless. . An ex ray followed , which was also painless. Mrs Patel is a highly experienced dentist, who works with precision and care, which gives me great confidence in whatever task she undertakes, on my teeth. Martyna is a highly skilled Hygienist, She is well prepared for my visits, having read the notes from Mrs Patel. They work together as an excellent team. The treatment is always efficient and painless. I’m always pleased to leave I with stunning and shining teeth. Thank you both for the care and attention you always give me, and it is a pleasure to see you both.

On my final consultation he patiently answered all of my questions and queries. The actual operation on my foot has been a great success and I cannot believe how he has transformed my wonky foot and removed my bunion so cleanly, it now looks perfect!

Mr Farid Ud-Din carried out a complete hip replacement. He was extremely professional and caring at both first and final interviews. The operation is vey successful, after only 5 weeks I was able to walk with the use of one crutch, after 6 weeks I do not need any additional support. The scar is neat, no infection in the wound at any time. I am very impressed.
