I recently had a consultation with Dr Tan, and I was truly impressed by the level of care she provided. She showed exceptional compassion and empathy, listened carefully to every concern, and addressed each point thoroughly and individually. No question felt rushed or unwelcome. This review honestly doesn’t do justice to the standard of service we received. I left the appointment feeling completely reassured and confident that I was in the safest hands. Speaking with her felt like talking to someone I had known for years—she was patient and so attentive. Whenever something wasn’t clear, she took the time to explain it fully, even using drawings to help us understand. A service like that will never be forgotten, thank you so much!

Mr cockshott as previous visits, comes out to greet you , smiling , uses your name and a hand shake. He explained the xray after my op in detail & asked if i had any questions I had a couple about rehab etc inline with my hobbies , which he gave an honest , open & helpful reply . He examined my knee and was very happy with it - as was I. At our first meeting i explained i’m dyslexic & neurodivergent & often dont understand correctly what i’m being told. He actively listened & checked in with me at the start & end of each meeting. When i didn’t understand i told him & he found a way to explain it to me so i did understand. I never felt rushed or judged.

Rishi did a great surgery on my badly shattered clavicle which was broken in multiple places. It was pinned together nicely without needing to take bone graph from elsewhere on my body. He also did some ligament reconstruction and soft tissue repair. The scar was very neat and healed well and I'm very pleased with the result. I don't notice the plate and I'm expecting a full recovery. The whole process was also quick and efficient. Surgery was 2 days after initial consultation. He explained the process clearly and candidly which was reassuring. If I were to break the other clavicle I know who my preferred surgeon would be.

I visited twice due to a stiffness in my neck. Rey was exceptionally friendly from the start and I felt I was listened to and he understood the issues I had been experiencing. I was very happy with the treatment feeling a notable difference minutes after the first session. They really do give good customer service and will not try to add extra, unnecessary sessions to get more money - my treatment lasted two sessions, and I was told to listen to my body and get back in contact if and when I need to. I will definitely be going back, even if it’s just for a quick readjustment.

All the staff I came into contact with today were very kind. At each stage I had an explanation of what would happen next, and they checked in I was ok. Every colleague that spoke to me asked if I had any questions. There was only a few minutes between each stage and the clinic is really comfortable and clean. I had sporting injury 5 years ago which restricted me from moving and bending my hip, rectus femoris muscle injury. I was grateful to have met Mr Magan who carried out complex surgery to allow me to regain my mobility and return to my activities. Since the injury at age 29, I had restricted movement and could not properly bend and tie my shoes. After the procedure, I am now back to exercising, gym and do my normal activities! The only area for improvement is the check-in process - quite often there is a queue of people waiting at reception and the vehicle registration screen is separate to the check-in form, which isn't very efficient. The waiting area and exam rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and helpful. I prefer coming here despite it being a longer drive than my nearest private hospital because of the great experience I've had previously.

My first appointment at the Oakdin clinic was such a pleasure. The staff were polite and cheerful and the waiting area was clean and quiet. Dr Lach was welcoming and easy to talk to and clearly knowledgable and well informed. She explained every step which enabled me to make an informed decision. I did not feel rushed and was given plenty of opportunities to ask further questions.i look forward to going back to see her.

I wanted to have a consultation quickly because the hospital needed advice to help with a second go at an endoscopy - the first could not be done because I had an episode of AF. I was seen in a couple of days and got advice on medication which made me much more confident for the second (successful) hospital visit. Very happy with Dr Linton and his secretary Sheila's help, brilliant.

I visited Mr Barrass for kidney stones, bladder stones and thickening of the walls of my bladder. Mr Barrass explained what the next procedure was going to be and arranged blood and urine test plus having a contrast scan. I felt completely at ease with Mr Barrass which gave me complete trust in him for carrying out the proposed procedure which he felt necessary in my case.

I was lucky to see again Mr Christian Ulbricht who in the past has operated on me and also carried out a superbly skilled and successful operation to repair a broken neck for my wife following a horse riding accident. He is certainly a surgeon par excellence. The receptionist also deserves a mention for his excellent people skills. All in all a very good experience.
