Having met several obstetricians in our hunt for the right DR we immediately fell for and felt connect too Dr Shalini. She quickly put us at ease of our fears and understood what worried us in relation to the birthing process, reassuring us with comfort and competence. Dr Shalini did not let us down post our first meeting, always being available (at all hours) and showed unreserved dedication to making sure we were catered for in every way we needed, and that we were her priority. In the end the birth was not going as originally planned, Dr Shalini handled the situation calmly and kept us informed yet not scared. All was explained, we were involved the whole way, all the way through the eventual C-section, this was after Dr Shalini had gone over and beyond to try and keep our wishes of a natural birth. The C-section was unavoidable for both me and our baby, and was done so well that I was up and walking the same day and have not had any complications since. Everyone who has since seen my scar has paid it compliments (and I normally scar badly), and after 19 days the scar is a distant line. We are wanting to plan more babies and would not consider another but Dr Shalini to be with us all the way. She calmed me, looked after me and reassured me, never leaving me/us feeling alone. Through the whole birth Dr Shalini maintained eye contact and connection with me, I felt constantly looked after. I feel we have parted as more than friends. THANK YOU DR SHALINI

Her friendly, calm manner made an experience that could have been very stressful into something positive and manageable. The staff at the clinic were also wonderful — welcoming, understanding, and very supportive throughout our visit. Everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism, which made such a difference to our day. It’s rare to meet a doctor and team who combines such professional skill with genuine warmth and understanding, and we felt completely supported from beginning to end. My original appointment was with Mr Kamran Saha, as it was thought that I had a which Mr Saha confirmed it was not but rather a cyst. As this was not his expertise, he referred me to Miss Swan Kang who confirmed it was a cyst and arranged an excision. During the procedure Miss Kang noticed a second cyst next to the big one which she also removed and sent both off for biopsies. Amazingly 6 days later there are no visible signs of any incisions apart from some slight redness in the area. I am super happy with the results and grateful to Mr Saha for referring me to Miss Kang. I was also very impressed by Robyn for taking care of all the underlying preparations for both consultations and the minor op which took less than 2 days to complete!!! Kudos to Robyn for managing everything so swiftly and efficiently.

My experience was very disappointing with the consultant. I was happy for my appointment to be changed just before attending due to the consultant running late. I was very disappointed with the lack of interest and time shown to be by the consultant. I got 10 minutes of his time to be told to cut out caffeine at the cost of £250. I was hoping to receive some understanding of what could be causing recurrent UTI's and reassuring me of any fears of anything sinister i.e bladder cancer. Only to be told this only occurs for around 10/20% of cases. I think what really irked me was he looked at his watch part way through me speaking This I found very disrespectful and rude.

Our experience with Dr Hanci was really positive. We felt, both my husband and I, that he tailored the consultations to both us as parents, but also communicated with our daughter brilliantly, putting her at ease, and ensured she was involved with the process on her terms. Dr Hanci was professional, thorough, empathetic and patient. The nurses were also very caring and diligent with their manner. My only slight feedback would be that there was a bit of confusion by the reception team/s, who advised us that Dr Hanci wasn't working on the day of our appointment, but other than that, a positive experience, given it is/can be a concerning time for families.

However, at check out when you try and apply the code, you get a strange error message asking you to have at least £30 worth of items in your basket even though the basket total far exceeds the £30 threshold. When I e-mailed them to alert them to this error, the "customer service" agent provided a cold dismissive response, without so much as an apology. Rude staff. Suffice it to say, I did not receive the discount.

Just superb, wonderful, kind, generous, and as stated persuaded my stubborn husband to go to A and E. They never found new stroke or TIA, but having done a CT scan, found a mass on his kidneys. We are going for further investigation. Had this wonderful lady not have really emphasised the importance of being checked to him, we would not have known about the mass on his kidneys. Today I had an appointment to have my dressing removed by a lovely nurse called Helen and she prepared me to see Mr Shankar who was happy with my healing . He mentioned that when I removed the second dressing at home , if anything worried me to call the nurses and that I would be seen as soon as possible .
