I found MP through a friend of my sister who was having an horrific menopausal ordeal so she decided to go private and discovered MP. She spoke very highly of them and so both myself and my sister immediately booked appointments. I had an unpleasant interaction about 2 years earlier with an NHS FEMALE doctor at my GP surgery when I tried seeking help with my menopausal symptoms, as I found her quite callous and unsympathetic as she told me that I just needed to buckle down & get on with it as it is normal and every woman goes through it, but she would describe pills if I couldn’t handle it. I was so disheartened and discouraged that I never sought any further help. So struggled through this for three and a half years without any medical help. I tried a lot of natural & herbal remedies but nothing seemed to help, if anything it made my symptoms worse. I was suffering from awful hot & cold flushes and unbearable itchy skin. It was so debilitating and was making me miserable and I have always been a bright and upbeat individual. I had a talk with Zarina, the office manager, who arranges all the appointments and follow up calls and who was simply put a godsend. She was empathetic, patient, kind and very reassuring. She is an amazing ambassador for the clinic. I referred to her as My Earth Angel, she was beyond helpful. My doctor of choice was Dr Ash. I had my first appointment with her and liked her immediately. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled and could answer any question asked of her. She put me at my ease instantly and asked considered and pertinent questions surrounding my symptoms. I never felt that she was just going through the motions and that I was one of many. She was very down to earth, personable and likeable. It almost felt like a chat between friends , although one of them extremely knowledgeable about the subject at hand. I came away feeling fortified and HEARD! Dr Ash immediately got me started on a prescription , and advised a follow up appointment for 12 weeks later to see how the medication had worked. I used a pharmacy that they are affiliated with to order my prescription and it was an huge relief as it arrived to my workplace the very next day so I could start on it immediately. I had my follow up appointment with Dr Ash and she adjusted my prescription as my symptoms had lessened but not disappeared so upped the strength which helped immensely. I am now receiving my prescription through the NHS and am doing really well and have gotten my life back , but I could not have achieved this without Medical Prime who put me on the road to recovery. Yes it is expensive but totally worth it in my opinion. I had no idea about where to start and it is a minefield as there are so many doctors out there who just prescribe medication without really thinking about what is most suitable for YOU. MP really take the time to find out what medication will give you the best results and that is what everyone wants and needs. . Dr Ash was very thorough and I was never made to feel that I was being dramatic about the effect my symptoms were having on me. Medical Prime made a huge difference for me and I will be ever grateful for their help in my menopausal journey.

Zack treated my son for deep verrucas caused by swimming, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care we received. The diagnosis and treatment were done in the same appointment, and everything was handled with so much care and professionalism. My son is 9 years old and was understandably nervous, but Zack was fantastic at keeping him calm, confident, and engaged throughout the treatment. He was reassuring, patient, and made the whole experience far less daunting. The treatment itself was quick and very well managed. We went back for a follow-up today and were given the all-clear, along with a top-up treatment to remove any remaining dead skin and ensure nothing was left behind. Zack explained everything clearly to both my son and me, which really empowered us and reassured us that this was the best course of action. Whilst going through the trauma of a small kidney stone lodged in my ureter, and with a stent in place from the NHS, my first consultation with Professor Turney was incredibly reassuring. He explained clearly what the next steps on the road to recovery would look like and following our discussion, immediately arranging an appointment for an ureteroscopy . Although the final operation date depended on the consultant’s workload—and therefore was not as soon as I initially hoped—the process felt well managed and transparent throughout. The information and guidance Professor Turney provided before, during, and after the procedure were exceptional, as was the support of his wider team. The operation itself, along with the subsequent stent removal, went smoothly and was a complete success. After nearly eight weeks of discomfort and pain, the care and expertise of Professor Turney were instrumental in restoring my well‑being, leaving me genuinely grateful for such a positive outcome.

Dr James Thing is a miracle worker—I am now walking almost completely normally for the first time in almost a year. I had a Baker's Cyst which he drained and injected. I had limped into his office, barely able to walk and I (almost) skipped out. He did a scan on my foot but wouldn't do an injection until I had an MRI. This is good medicine as he wanted to be sure he was injecting in exactly the right place, and indeed, he wanted to make sure an injection was the right thing to do (which it was). The foot is so much better. I am back to walking my normal 4 ½ -5 mile routes without much difficulty. Dr James Thing is a brilliant doctor! What I like is that you go in, he does an ultrasound to make a diagnosis, and if appropriate, he carries out the procedure there and then. No waiting for additional appointments at additional costs. Treatment and relief are immediate. That is amazing to find in this day and age.

I got to the hospital early due to the known parking issues. I spent 20 mins going around the hospital car parks without success. I made receptionists aware that I was there and had parking issues. I was advised that I couldn’t use your car park as I am an NHS patient. I don’t appreciate 2 tier management of patient's needs. I was informed that I could park directly outside on yellow lines without fear of receiving a penalty. I was worried while in Spencer’s as I wasn’t totally happy with where I was parked. As I was early, I was seen 15 mins before my appointment. I was made to understand that because I had difficulty uploading my medication the nurse had to complete this task. Staff were friendly and clearly experienced. I was given a reserved date.

A very quick appointment. Actually in and out before my scheduled time. Mr Chauhan has given me reassurance with my wrist. Following on from having the injections I have found a terrific improvement. Some days it’s 90% better. Mr Chauhan said that in some people this is all you need or if it flares up again, to visit my Dr who will then refer me again and it would be the operation. Let’s hope and pray that time is in the distance.

I required a GP appointment at short notice. WLC had same day appointments available, which I could book hassle free on the website. I saw a GP that diagnosed my health issue and provided a script. My pharmacist had an issue with obtaining the one item, but a phone call to WLC resolved that and a new script was texted and emailed to me later the same day.
