I'm not the best of patients, however, the reassurance cool calm and collectiveness of Mr. Shafiq was very welcome as he talk me through the procedure as he progressed. All in all from someone who, since being an infant, have had very poor eyesight and worn spectacles and then contact lenses it seems quite moving to find my eyesight is now functioning without the aid of either. She was also well informed about the hospital I was being treated at so this really helped with identifying would could be done. My case and care was complex so it was really important that I received useful information that could help me in a short window. I was able to go back to my hospital doctor and discuss what I discussed with Dr Mishra. Overall I would highly recommend as doctor has good knowledge of her field.

As presented this procedure is Minimally invasive, with minimal post op discomfort, after two days, for ease of discomfort rather than pain paracetamol suffices. Supported by his excellent team.and London Bridge Hospital nursing and support staff be sensible follow instructions and be amazed Walking unaided in 4/5 days driving in 10 I go back to work after 3 weeks

An email was received from Marris Medical the morning of the appointment with the wrong time and referring to one of the clinical team as opposed to the treating surgeon. This was clearly in error and the surgeons PA was able to reassure me. There are no bottled water/coffee/tea facilities and on a hot day over 30 degrees a tap provided warm water only. As we are paying substantial fees for the overall service, perhaps this could be improved.

Great experience from start to finish, video consultation organised on day of initial enquiry, referral letter dispatched almost immediately after my consultation. My own GP was a weeks wait for an appointment and 28 day wait for the referral !!! Plus my own GP intended charging me £60 for the privilege. Can't fault my experience with F.D.G.
