I had a broken wisdom tooth that I had issues with removing at another dentist with local anaesthetic. This meant I had grown anxious about it being removed and was causing be long term issues, I then swapped to a different dentist some time later and was referred to Dr Tanvi for the extraction via sedation. We had a consultation meeting at first where it was inspected and the plan was laid out clearly as to the plan for removal, reassuring me along the way. All potential outcomes and risks were also explained to me which helped me understand where I stood. The extraction took place a some weeks afterwards and it was an extremely smooth process. Dr Tanvi and their assistant were calming, kind and professional. The sedation was easily done and before I knew it the tooth had been removed. The aftercare was very clearly laid out with instructions to take home, following these meant I had next to no issues the week following the treatment. My pain was very minimal, and a week on I can already tell things are starting to heal really well. Dr Tanvi has followed up with me to ask how things are going, which again is a nice touch as you feel like you wasn't on your own in dealing with it, and this proactive approach could be useful for some people who may be too worried to contact the dentist if they feel they are struggling. Overall a really smooth visit, I've had this broken wisdom tooth for years, so it really feels like a weight lifted to get this finally resolved.

He explained the reason for my issue, bone on bone hip, showed us the X-rays, explained the procedure and time frame of my recovery and set a date for the operation. Subsequently I was booked in for an operation, no delays and extremely well treated, being kept informed at each step. Having met again with Mr Matar he checked through my abilities and as ny recovery has gone well he discharged me. De Holden has done more than she knows. She has been the first doctor that has listened to me and made me not only feel heard but also like I’m a whole person not a group of symptoms and issues with no end in sight. Dr Holden has a lovely manner about her and actually cares about her patients. The whole process was simple and the best decision I have made. I now need to work on a more in depth action plan to more forward with but know I can go back and get help to more forward if needed. This appointment helped me more than any medication could. It gave me my sense of self and not like I was making it all up. I wholly 100% recommend Dr Holden if you are struggling with joint pain because she cares and that is unfortunate rare today

Very happy with the set up all round. Consultant amazingly helpful in comparison. He was extremely knowledgeable and very concerned . I liked the fact that he actually listened when I explained my problem. ( Its tedious even for me to hear so I can understand the need to switch off at times)...!...but obviously extremely painful ! The actual appointment with the consultant was about 30 minutes. He examined me and advised medication for immediately and perhaps in the future. Excellent man ,so nice . So many times since pandemic, in my experience businesses seem to have cut back on providing that so important first line of contact with a person who is friendly, welcoming and listens making intelligent comments and is really helping the caller. This was one if the best experiences I have met with lately - I can't praise the young lady enough - she's a real asset to the Practice. Mark was also amazing - but I've had treatment from his before some years ago so I knew what to expect and wasn't disappointed!

I had bunion surgery with Mr. David Gordon in late June. It was all straightforward, exactly how Mr. Gordon explained it in his online meeting. He did additional surgery on two of my small toes, which has also greatly improved my mobility. My recovery has been swift with almost no pain or swelling. I'm really pleased with my 'new toes'. The only slight niggle I have is with the coordation with the London Clinic. I paid for a package but got chased by their accounts department. Generally I think there needs to be an easy system that makes follow ups more stream lined.

The procedure was quite uncomfortable at times but the staff were on hand to reassure me and to warn me when to anticipate some discomfort.
