From the very beginning, she was thoughtful, thorough, and always focused on ensuring the safest and best possible outcome for both me and my baby. Given my previous myomectomy, slightly raised blood pressure, and a transverse lie, she carefully assessed all risks and recommended that my planned C-section be brought forward from 39 weeks to 38 weeks to minimise any potential labour-related risks. This decision gave us complete reassurance and confidence that everything was being managed with great care and expertise. What truly set Dr Chawla apart was how accessible and supportive she was at every stage. She was always available for any concerns, no matter how small, and her care did not stop at delivery. Her aftercare was exceptional- she was incredibly motherly, kind, and attentive, and went out of her way to arrange additional support and care for us when needed. We always felt listened to, never rushed, and fully supported during what can be an overwhelming time. We couldn’t have asked for better care and will always be deeply thankful to Dr Chawla for her professionalism, compassion, and dedication to achieving the very best outcome for our family.

When I first started looking for an endometriosis specialist and came across Mr Raza and all the positive reviews, I wondered: ‘can he really be that great?!’. The answer: yes he was. I had stage 4 DIE and a frozen pelvis. Mr Raza not only had the technical skill and expertise to deal with a complex case (with minimally invasive and cutting edge surgery) but also showed so much care and compassion, which gave me so much confidence and reassurance going into my surgery. The whole experience, including the recovery, has been so so positive and I would fully recommend him.

I have attended this practice twice now for my son ongoing illness. First visit we have Dr Victor, second we have Justino Monteiro. Both were very professional and friendly. My son who was crying manage to stay calm with both doctors. As a parent I was very happy with the customer care. Also Domingos the practice manager accommodate my son for a last minute appointment in time of crisis, which I was so grateful. Thank you so much for all your attention and looking after my son. Dr Paramothayan was the only Doctor in 18 months that listened to and considered my symptoms. She ran tests to be sure of all her thought processes and explained everything thoroughly at every step. Despite being sure of her findings she still referred me for a second opinion to make sure she hadn’t missed anything. I can’t thank Dr Paramothayan enough for her care and treatment throughout the year of me being under her care. I wish she was able to specialise in the entire body so that I could see her for other medical issues.

The doctor and nurses here are very kind and really helped me during a nerve wracking procedure that I was highly anxious for. I do think given how much we pay for these appointments, that the facilities could really use a revamp. It fees tired and dated in the common areas and the toilets were not very clean. On top of that, you can never find a parking spot, which adds extra anxiety to pre appointments.

She helped me talk about how hard I find things without shame, which felt incredibly important. Together we made and implemented a plan that was realistic and achievable rather than overwhelming. I left feeling understood, supported, and much more positive about moving forward.
