I am currently preparing for a second transfer, and throughout this entire journey, the Professor has been nothing but exceptional. He is incredibly approachable, reliable, and always available. I have been able to contact him at any time of the day, on any day of the week, and he has always been willing to accommodate my needs, including fitting in appointments when needed. His level of knowledge and expertise is outstanding, and he always takes the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately puts you at ease. What truly sets him apart is his constant optimism and positive energy. From the very beginning, he believed in my IVF journey and consistently reassured and encouraged me. This positivity made a huge difference and helped me stay hopeful and confident throughout the process. I am extremely grateful for his care, professionalism, and support.

Mr Wiseman has been absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning he took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which made a huge difference and helped me feel fully informed and confident about the procedure. On the day of the surgery I was very nervous, but Mr Wiseman was incredibly reassuring, calm and kind, which immediately put me at ease. The surgery itself went smoothly and I felt I was in extremely capable and professional hands throughout. Dr Chawla was with us during most of my pregnancy through delivery. We are so pleased with how much care, expertise and calm Dr Chawla helped us through every step. She spent time getting to know us, teaching us about the pregnancy and birth experience and also was key to navigate the hospital system we are not so familiar with, not being from the UK. Our experience was very positive and we felt surrounded with care and expertise at all times from her, which gave us confidence and trust that everything will go well. It did and we are so happy an lucky to have chosen Dr Chawla for the birth of our first daughter.

I cant thank Mr Jeer enough. At the initial consulting appointment he was reassuring. Confident ( without arrogance) and clear about the procedure and damage caused to my ACL. After surgery he popped by to update that surgery has gone well. During a follow up physio appt he caught up with me to ask how the scar was and give more reassurance about the healing process. I am 3 weeks post op and doing better than I expected. Thank you. I feel like I will make a full recovery and have my freedom back to explore the world. ( Maybe not climbing mountains for a while though).

I injured my back the week before Christmas — I could not even walk with the pain. I emailed Dr Swan over the weekend not expecting a response until Monday. I should’ve known from my previous experiences that he really cares about his patients and their outcomes so I was not surprised when he called me at home in the evening to discuss what I could do to immediately to relieve the spasm and a plan of next steps for investigations and treatment. I could not think of a safer pair of hands to be in when you are in severe pain and dealing with a spinal injury.

Overall the experience was excellent, with one frustrating aspect - initially I was told that my surgery would be at 15:00, and that I should attend the hospital at 13:00. A couple of days before the surgery, I was told that the surgery time had changed to 14:15 and I should attend at 12:15. I did so, and was then kept waiting for over an hour in the lobby as the room was not ready - giving the impression that it was unnecessary for us to have come early. A little frustrating, however the staff were incredibly friendly and kind.

Seemed like a very thorough diagnostic type appointment. After an immediate hearing test I was booked in for tests (MRI and ultrasound) on Miss Choudhury’s recommendation.
