I cannot thank Professor Valenti enough for the care and kindness he showed me throughout my treatment. As my vascular access surgeon, he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but what stood out to me most was how genuinely kind, patient and personable he was. From the very beginning, he made me feel completely at ease. No question was ever too small or insignificant, and he always took the time to answer everything thoroughly and make sure I understood what was happening. What meant so much to me was the care he showed after my procedure. He came to see me personally after I came out of recovery to check how I was doing, and then went above and beyond by calling me the following day while I was still in my room in hospital. He asked how I was feeling and whether I had any questions or concerns, which was incredibly reassuring and made me feel genuinely cared for as a patient. It is very easy to focus on someone's expertise when talking about a surgeon, and Professor Valenti's expertise is undoubtedly exceptional, but for me, his kindness, patience and humanity made just as much of an impression. During what was a significant and daunting experience for me, he made me feel listened to, reassured and completely in safe hands. I am incredibly grateful to Professor Valenti for everything he did for me, both professionally and personally. His expertise, kindness and genuine care made such a difference to my experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better vascular access surgeon. Thank you so much, Professor Valenti, for everything. We had such a positive experience at Knightsbridge Doctors today. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the lovely and smiling reception staff, which immediately made us feel comfortable. A special thank you to Dr Manraj, who was incredibly helpful, kind and patient throughout the process. Our young child became quite upset and was crying during the appointment, but everyone was very understanding and accommodating, which we really appreciated as parents. It was also lovely to meet my kababayan among the staff, which made the experience feel even more welcoming and familiar. Everyone we encountered was professional, friendly and accommodating. What could have been quite a stressful day for our family was made much easier because of the kindness and professionalism of the whole team. I recently developed sudden sensorineural hearing loss and found the symptoms, particularly the tinnitus, quite troublesome. As a doctor myself, I decided to see Professor Malik and am glad I did so. He was very kind and immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen carefully to my symptoms and concerns. He explained the different treatment options and took into account my preferences. He also arranged further investigations and explained what to expect, including the option of escalating treatment at short notice if things did not improve. Thankfully, within a few days I was feeling back to normal, as Professor Malik had predicted. I also had contact with Jayne, Professor Malik’s PA, who was very helpful and easy to deal with, both by email and phone, and arranged my follow-up appointment. The care was excellent from start to finish and I’m very grateful. As a doctor, I would have no hesitation in referring my own patients to Professor Malik!

They tested my hearing to diagnose my condition I was looking for an in ear model which I purchased . After using for a few weeks I had reservations with the aid as it did not suit my lifestyle and returned with it Nick immediately left it to me to either refund me my money or try another device and he loaned me a different type which overcome all my previous doubts I used this device for about 5 weeks and then returned to get a new hearing aid .i must say they where extremely impressed by their professional treatment of me but a genuine feeling they where interested in helping me

Car parking is a nightmare but, there are other car parks nearby. I would suggest going early to check availability. The Spire facilities and medical and non medical Staff are great. During visits pre-op, operation and post op the Staff were professional, efficient and personable. Appointments have been on time. No complaints.
