My experience was first class. I went in feeling pretty low, anxious, exhausted and simply feeling I had hit a brick wall with how I was trying to manage my menopause symptoms. It was just such a relief to have a professional listen to me fully, be extremely understanding and very kind, but also be able to offer easy and manageable solutions and a proper plan going forward. I just felt such a weight off my shoulders (which I hadn't fully realised how stressed out I actually was). I left after that first appointment happier and more calm than I have been in a while. I am so happy I made the appointment and would honestly recommend the clinic to all my friends and family who are needing that wee bit of help and guidance in their own personal menopause journey. I am leaving Abbington House tomorrow. After my time spent here at Abbington I am leaving knowing that there is a more peaceful way that I can live my life sober. My one-one professional therapist here has been “Cos”! Cos is an incredible therapist with so much personal knowledge of recovery..helping me daily to understand all so that I leave with the tools I need. All the staff here show empathy…care & kindness.. to all, they certainly do know their stuff! So if you are reading my review here & you or someone else needs the support of Abbington House ? Steven was really understanding of my situation and after he'd looked at my shoulder was able to show me on my MRI scans, the nature of my problem and the other complications which would affect my treatment and outcome. He did this in a very straight forward but precise way that gave me a full understanding of my injury and other matters relating to it. He then outlined the my treatment options and gave me the reasoning behind each treatment and finally recommended the only viable treatment. Whilst it was not pleasant to hear his prognosis, he delivered it in a frank and reasoned way. I would not hesitate to see him again if I needed to.

Invaluable experience. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Big creds to newly converted Wednesdayite Nick, really easy to talk to and always up for a laugh, along with being a great cook and a part-time 'Maid' at times :). Charlie and Radek were a breath of fresh air, passionate about what they do and very knowledgable too. I went to Dr Meah after a couple of years suffering with hair loss. I had tried everything and spent thousands trying to get to the root cause. Dr Meah is an expert in her field and started me on special medicated shampoo, steroid lotion and a lifelong meditation to help me manage the condition. With improvement on this combination of treatment alongside wearing some hair extensions, I feel so much brighter in myself. It has been life changing and I can’t thank her enough for all of her guidance and monitoring throughout the treatment plan.

I recently underwent very successful cataract treatment on both eyes with Mr.Zambarakji at The Holly Hospital Buckhurst Hill. Mr. Zambarakji is a gifted surgeon and a very kind and polite man. The procedure was totally painless and took about 25 minutes. His skill in replacing my original lenses with new prescription ones has totally improved my vision. He is ably assisted by his 2 wonderful and most efficient secretaries and his optical assistant is also top class. I would totally recommend him to anyone who requires cataract work.

To say I was impressed would be not give my experience the credit it deserves. I had my two babies delivered by Tom Setchell. Our son was born 2 years ago and Tom found a rare condition with my placenta on delivery. Not only was he extremely calming but if it wasn’t for him our baby boy wouldn’t be here today. He saved his life and was amazing the entire day not only to me but to my husband and mother who were both there at the time. He is nothing but caring, understanding and calming and we wouldn’t go to or recommend anybody else!

We are so happy with the treatment and care from the Allergy Centre of Excellence. Besides the fact the treatment feels life changing in terms of stress over our child’s allergy, the staff has been continuously kind and helpful throughout the appointments. Also the new clinic space is great. I recommend it to any parent considering allergy treatment for their kid!

After the initial examinations he recommended I get an MRI done to rule out anything sinister.
