I really liked the doctor and would love to keep him as my cardiologist, even though his diagnosis of my heart attack on Sunday was opposite of what doctor at West Middlesex who gave me an angiogram on Tuesday said. He told me to revert to my old meds, even though I was just given a different prescription at Chelsea Westminster hospital (which I waited 4 hours for after my discharge on Tuesday) He said I need an MRI urgently today or tomorrow at the latest, then ran off.. The secretary said I could not have an MRI anytime before two weeks from now... :( I had an infected arm due to dirty canula Ches Wes hospital never changed or cleaned despite my asking 5x a day for three days while I was in their acute emergency ward there. I didn't ask for anything for my infected arm at Cleveland Clinic but the man who took my blood insisted they will clean that up for me right away, but then a nurse came in and said they could not clean my arm, I needed to make an appointment w my NHS GP for that!! I rolled my eyes and just disinfected it myself at home with a sterile wipe. Amazing such a snazzy clinic had no sterile wipes at hand... The man who took my blood said it was unbelievable that I have to wait 2 weeks for an MRI despite the fact that I have intermittent chest pains so he said he would walk up to receptionist with me. That did not help at all in changing the booking. I have to wait two weeks. Glad i will get an MRI anyways... if I am still alive in 2 weeks!

Had a consultation with David Gately. He took some notes and briefly looked at me, said I was not a goid candidate and that the reason I was unhappy with my under eyes is because I'm not a "lard-bag" meaning I'm thin, and that I just have to accept I am "getting old". Bear in mind I am 42 and this came from a surgeon pushing 70 at least. He also kept comparing me to my 14 year old daughter who'd accompanied me which was just weird and unhelpful. He told me basically that "life's a sh!t" and to just get on with it, he had no real advice and was just dismissive and actually quite insulting. Within 5 minutes he was holding the door open signalling me to leave. Very rude man. I paid £200 to be treated like that. I was polite and kept my composure but was really annoyed later when it sunk in. Horrible experience, if he couldn't help me he at least shouldn't have insulted me! Shocking from a supposedly well regarded surgeon.

I needed a cyst on my back to be removed before it got too large. I found that It's no longer possible to phone my local surgery - now you have to go through a complicated process of apps, sign ups and logins just to be able to contact them. If you manage to do this you are then offered an appointment in the distant future. To be fair, if you have a serious illness you can be seen quickly. I discovered Well Life clinic on the internet and when I rang them my call was answered immediately and I was offered an appointment within a day. They have a consultation fee of £115, but when I described my problem, the polite receptionist suggested I send a photo of the cyst, and a doctor would say if they could help without needing to pay for a consultation first. With a positive answer I was booked in the next day and the minor surgery successfully performed. Excellent result!

Dr Loganayagam is very welcoming and friendly, with a warm bedside manner. He took the time to answer any questions and happily repeated anything I was unsure of. He made me feel comfortable enough to ask about and discuss my condition. His ability to chat with you in such a relaxed, friendly manner on a variety of topics related to what you have come in to see him about puts you at ease whatever is vexing you. He is a very pleasant, professional, and happy gentleman who made my hour or more with him a non-scary experience, which is great as I tend to vex and worry! At the theatre, I only saw him briefly, but I do not recall any of the procedure he and his staff carried out, and when I woke up, the staff asked if I was ready to go back with them for a cuppa. Marvellous; well done to Dr Loganayagam and his staff.

The most empathetic, caring and kind staff and doctor. Anca Florescu went above and beyond for my mom - she understood my mom’s situation and got her an appointment in 1 working day. She listened and you can hear how caring she is over the phone. She was so communicative, always getting back on the phone so quickly and trying to sort out all the admin and prescription stuff in 12 hours after the appointment. Dr Jason Tan was so lovely and kind to my mom, very gentle in his questions, shows a lot of care for his patients and was so thoughtful trying to understand my mom’s issues. So grateful to the staff and the doctor, for how they've treated my mom, and how beautiful they are as human beings. It makes such a difference when your closest ones are going through a lot. Big thank you.

Mr Matar was extremely professional, explained everything fully and put me at ease from our very first meeting. A date was put in the diary immediately and physio details sent to prepare for the operation and prelim appointments made me as prepared as I could be. On the day of surgery everything was handled with both professionalism and care. After care was also excellent with regularly physio that could be monitored via an app. My final sign off with Mr Matar showed that the operation had been a success. I was happy with my progress and the whole procedure had been so well handled from start to finish. A kind, caring but extremely professional consultant. What more could you ask for.

Having already discussed with my dentist about the options for what to do about a tooth that had to be removed, I had after thorough discussion of all the positives and negatives decided to go with having an implant. II was informed that the procedure would be undertaken in 3 separate sessions, this was my first session to have the screw placed in the jaw bone. An hour had been allocated but was completed i believe in less than half that time. I was given full instructions on how to look after the surgical site and be seen again in 8 weeks, if I had any problems to contact the surgery. All went well on this first of 3 appointments.

I saw Mr Phillips with a broken scaphoid. He took the time to thoroughly assess the imaging and do a physical examination. We then spent time going through all the options together, discussing in details the pros and cons of each. In the end we agreed surgery was the best path forward and I was operated on the next day. I have had two follow ups since the surgery, each time met by his caring and thoughtful personality. I cannot recommend him enough. He is kind, gentle, thoughtful, and caring and takes the time to listen to you.

Toby quickly identified an issue with my hearing which was contributing greatly to the problem, explained how it was contributing and put in place measures to counter it. My Tinnitus has not gone away completely but has improved vastly to the point where it is for the most part hardly discernible. Wonderful

At six weeks I’m walking unaided, pain free and starting to get back to my normal activities such as the allotment, art and printing. I’m very pleased with how everything has gone and strongly recommend completing all the pre and post op physio exercises as I believe they have benefited my progress.

The only negative of today's experience was the receptionist, who seemed to be quite abrupt and inpatient with customers both in person and on the phone. I felt quite embarrassed hearing her interactions with patients whilst waiting to see Zack. Some customer service training might help her.
