I first contacted Prof Frampton regarding an umbilical hernia that developed after my gall bladder removal surgery ten years ago. Despite being about to leave for holiday, he returned my missed call the same day, discussed my case over the phone, and arranged a prompt pre op assessment and surgery date through his secretary. His explanation of the condition, the surgical plan, risks, and recovery was clear and reassuring. The operation on 13 June went smoothly, and although I experienced significant bruising afterwards, Prof Frampton was exceptionally responsive, answering calls and emails immediately and guiding me through the post operative phase. At my two week review I was already feeling much better, with only some expected swelling remaining. Overall, Prof Frampton has been attentive, thorough, and supportive throughout, and I felt very well cared for from the first interaction to recovery.

I was extremely nervous at my first appointment but left feeling I was in safe hands. Mr Chadha kept me informed with all of my options, answered my questions and promised me I would be able to have my necessary treatment under local anaesthetic. I can honestly say I felt no pain in either my first procedure or the reconstruction as the whole area was cometely numb. When I seen the size of the scar after my patch was removed, I expected to have a noticeable scar under my eye but already, just 4 months post op, it has healed beautifully. Delighted with the result and no longer need to worry about the basal cell carcinoma. Any patient with the opportunity to be treated by Mr Chadha is extremely fortunate as he is extremely skilled.

The entire experience was simply amazing, I had my left eye surgery on the Wednesday, my right eye surgery the following Wednesday then my first check up the following Wednesday. The only reason I gave the ‘overall experience ‘ 4 stars was that the first night after surgery the leg compression cuff malfunctioned and the nurse call bell didn’t work. Luckily I was able to call the hospital on my mobile, and security connected me to the nursing station.

The visit was smooth as expected in a private clinic. The Dr didn't discuss my medication and 1 business day later I haven't received next steps for the mri scan I need to have, which is not ideal. However, i got the Xray the dr prescribed literally 5 mins after he recommended it, which was fantastic because it was on the same location and very fast.
