We welcomed our healthy baby on January 11th, and we cannot thank Dr. Seni Subair ("Super Seni") and the team at The Portland Hospital enough for the experience. Living abroad in Dubai, managing a pregnancy and birth in London came with logistical challenges, but the care we received was outstanding from start to finish. We actually missed a few appointments due to our travel schedule, but the hospital was incredibly accommodating. They made sure we could come in at any time and always saw us without delay, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. A special mention must go to Mr. Seni Subair. He was absolutely fantastic. He didn’t just treat us like patients; he made us feel like proper family members. He put my wife at ease immediately, making her feel completely comfortable and safe throughout the entire process. His warmth, professionalism, and "Super Seni" energy turned what could have been a stressful time into a joyful one. If you are looking for a consultant who genuinely cares and a hospital that offers flexibility for international families, we highly recommend Mr. Subair and The Portland.

Mr Sinan Barazi

I contacted Dr Barazi after suffering from severe facial pain (trigeminal neuropathy) and after seeing several specialists over many months, but no one was able to identify the real cause or offer effective treatment. By the time I saw Dr Barazi, I was exhausted, distressed, and struggling to cope with the pain. From the very first appointment, Dr Barazi was exceptional. He listened carefully, took my symptoms seriously, and approached my case with a level of attention and expertise that I had not experienced before. He was the first doctor who truly targeted the underlying cause of my facial pain and treated it properly. Thanks to his care, support, and precise treatment, I have recovered my life back. I can now function almost normally again- something I honestly wasn’t sure would ever happen. Dr Barazi supported me through an incredibly hard period, always ensuring I was no longer in pain. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference, both medically and emotionally. I will always be extremely thankful to Dr Barazi. I cannot recommend him highly enough !!

When interacting with Gary, it's clear how passionate he is about his work. He is very knowledgeable, a leader in his field and it's clear that his main goal is to help families. When we wanted to book an appointment with Gary but we could not make the next available appointment which meant we would have to wait a few weeks, he kindly arranged a phone call to give us some advice in the meantime. When we visited Gary's clinic he was great with our baby, asked lots of questions to understand our concerns, listened and paid attention to the details. We left Gary's clinic with a clear plan of how to move forward and tackle the allergy and our baby's eczema. which he also sent us on email. He kindly offered us his email address should we have any further questions. Overall we had a great experience with Gary and would recommend him to anyone who has a child with allergies.

I am so thrilled with my experience at Weymouth Street Hospital, London, after having had cataracts removed in both of my eyes, by Mr Hove of Blue Fin Vision. I can see clearly now, both distance and close up, reading, computer etc, etc.. ; no need for any glasses. Mr Hove is truly amazing - so caring, kind and professional. He explained everything to me in my assessment on Monday 8th December, in Chelmsford and actually had the operation in such a short time - Thursday 11th December! I am a new person now ! Doctor Carlos, the anesthetist, was also so kind and caring. I felt thoroughly at ease for my operation. Many, many thanks to everybody, including the kind nurse. My husband and I were both given a delicious meal afterwards, which was really appreciated - so welcome. Thank you very, very much for everything, everybody

Una is the best dentist you can find in London. She builds a truly personal relationship with her patients because she genuinely cares. From the moment you walk in, you feel safe in her hands. She is incredibly gentle and patient, and if you have any dental anxiety, she makes it completely disappear. She is also my 6-year-old son’s dentist, and she is the only one who has ever managed to get him comfortably into the dental chair with his mouth open. She is absolutely wonderful with children. Una is highly educated, very experienced, and trained to the latest standards. Mr Florian Bast

I was referred to Mr Bast for a significantly deviated septum that was obstructing my breathing and causing sleep apneas, occasional snoring, and resulting in poor sleep quality. He and his team were excellent. The operation lasted 4 hours, during which - given that they had to substantially reshape my septum anyways - they even managed to straighten a slight bump, which was a nice plus. But most importantly, after the recovery period, my breathing difficulties are a thing of the past and it's making a big difference in my life. I just had my one-year follow-up, and I only have good things to say about Mr Bast and his team. The professionalism, kindness and ability they showed with the results they achieved cannot be faulted.

Jenna was scheduled for surgery on the Tuesday morning. Everything was explained to us in detail. I had no concerns - all of the staff including Mr. Jewsbury dealt with her in a really calm and confident manner which made her not worry too much. She was taken down first thing in the morning and we were out early afternoon with clear instructions. Her eye has healed really nicely and we’ve got no concerns and overall what could have been a really stressful experience for Jenna was actually quite calm and controlled because of all the staff and particularly Mr Jewsbury. She was quite anxious going in but everyone made her feel very comfortable

Dr Hari and the team are truly amazing and we couldn’t imagine our journey without them at every step of the way. Their level of service is unparalleled, cancer throws you curve balls constantly and at random times and we’ve been desperate for expert advice and I always get a reply promptly and even out of hours. We wanted to add in re purposed meds to our chemo regime with someone guiding us for safety and not following random internet protocols. Highly recommending Dr Hari and Lucio Health doesn’t even get near to the feelings I have for this team. Simply outstanding.

Staff were caring and welcoming! I didn’t have to wait too long for this appointment. The x-rays was simple, straightforward and comfortable! Big thank you to the lovely lady who executed that. Directions from the staff was clear, and also checking in was easy, it felt really homely as one of the members of the staff remembered me from previous appointment and greeted me so nicely, thank you thank!

He and Colette have been incredibly supportive throughout our journey, and provided the reassurance that we needed during my most recent pregnancy with scans every fortnight. I had a second c-section in October, and everything went smoothly. My incision is neat, and healed quickly without issue. I really cannot recommend him enough.

We highly recommend Dr Alibhai, he is a total pro at what he does. Both my sons had oral surgery with him about 1 a year apart. They both had all four wisdom teeth removed at once and had a positive experience. Dr Alibhai is very responsive and prompt, he is also available for after care if needed. For both my sons the pain and swelling was manageable. Dr Alibhai is a high quality surgeon, you can't do anything wrong with him.
