I had been quite apprehensive beforehand because of a painful experience with this procedure in the past. To my absolute surprise, under his care I did not feel a thing. Dr Duncan provides exceptional care. He made us feel so safe, reassured and happy throughout the process, from the first appointment to the birth and beyond. We are so grateful that we can say we had a magical experience due to him, completely stress-free and enjoyable. He was always available for any questions big or small and gave clear and quick replies. Dr Duncan is a lovely person who clearly loves what he does, which alongside his incredible expertise and experience, provides such comfort. His team and particularly Colette are also so wonderful and go above and beyond to help with any requests. I had a very swift and pretty much pain- free recovery from my Caesarean and the healing of my scar has far exceeded even my most optimistic expectations, which is no doubt due to the expert hands and the great care Keith took during the op. We would not hesitate to sincerely recommend to anyone and hope to go through this journey again with Keith and his team.

Professor Iain Bruce performed an adenotonsillectomy on our four-year-old, and we were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. From the initial consultation through pre-op, the operation itself, and post-op care, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism and care. Nothing was ever too much trouble, every question was answered thoroughly, and the procedure was explained in a clear, reassuring way. All of the staff at Spire Hospital were incredibly friendly and supportive, which made the entire experience much less daunting for both us and our son. Our son has healed very well, and we’ve noticed a marked improvement in his sleep, snoring, and ability to concentrate during the day. We would not hesitate to recommend Professor Iain Bruce and would return in a heartbeat if we ever needed to.

All of the staff at Nuthfield were so kind. Everyone was always smiling and being happy and kind to myself and my partner. From the receptionist who told us where to go and took us to our room. To the night nurse that checked us in to the room. I had multiple nurses come and check on me throughout the time I waited to have the cystoscopy. We were able to get food before and after. We arrived at 07:00 on the 27th, and I can't remember all the lovely people's names who helped us. My only slight criticism would be from arriving at the hospital at 07:00 the actual procedure didn't start till after 09:00 and this gave me lots of time to overthink the procedure. But I think that was a me problem and I also don't know how long these things take to check people in etc. So apologies if it is standard haha.
