I needed a review of my orthotics, as they were now about two years old. In the last few months, the practice has moved down a floor in the building, resulting in a far airier, far more modern and far more pleasant environment, and it also means that they are finally able to expand the practice, While it’s still a work in progress, the upgrade to the environment is fantastic! What’s not changed is that Hugo and Matt remain the most excellent orthosis techs that I’ve ever dealt with. They are both charming, efficient, attentive to detail and professional. The key advantage of the practice is that they follow the French method of both designing and creating your orthotics while you are there. The result was that s always, I waked out with a remedy for the minor issues that had arisen since my last orthotics were made. They may have been, as Hugo put it, “minor changes”, but they’ve made major improvements to how I stand, how I walk and how I feel. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

I was a client that completed 3 months stay - I found AbbeyCare amazing . The place was always very well cleaned and kept to a high standard by the housekeeping team - The staff were amazing and provided a program by the therapist team that is amazing to carry on living it on the outside of rehabilitation. It was tough! At times but it’s part of the journey and they could not have supported me any further than what they did. Kirsty my keywork was absolutely amazing to work with and was on the ball with everything , the medical team were great and helped a lot . Dougie the general manager was an amazing guy to all of us and did a great job . Billy was the biggest help in getting me in so fast and sold the place from the get go with me. I’d honestly be here all day giving every staff member individual shout outs they were all amazing.

I had been experiencing some knee pain so contacted after seeing an advertisement in the gym and lady on the phone recommended how I could have a 15 minute free consultation. Dan contacted the following day and after giving a couple of possibilities of what he said it sounded like suggested a face to face appointment. This was then scheduled for the following week. From the assessment Dan could pin point what was wrong and set me up with some exercises to try and see if it helped. He gave me advise of continuing to do the activities I enjoyed but if the pain level got to 5 or above to reduce or stop. From the exercises and advise that Dan gave me my knee pain declined then completely went. I had my next appointment 3 weeks later and received some more advice on exercises to try to prevent future injuries.

Dr. Ben Jones has been excellent with us. He was very kind and professional and we always felt greatly supported through the whole fertility journey. He always listened to all my queries and concerns and he always made me feel in total control of the treatment plan. Having PCOS it’s always been quite difficult as there were a lot of ups and downs but Dr. Jones never made me feel that I needed to fit in a certain box. Everything was tailored to my needs and he ensured to keep a close eye on my journey. I cannot recommend Dr. Jones enough and if in the future we need fertility support again we will definitely go back to his care.

I was very pleased to be offered this programme. Unusual for a consultant to have such a holistic approach. It has been extremely beneficial to me and I enjoyed working with Ray. I very much enjoyed the Chi Gong and continue with the daily meditation. I found Marya and Nichola very supportive and interesting to work with. I had already lost some weight but was stuck and with their help went on to lose a further 2 stone and have maintained my weight at that level since. The programme has also given me permission to spend time doing the things I like which I have realised is very beneficial to my health.

Dr Gratwicke is an excellent neurologist with a very calm and professional personal manner. At the start of the consultaion I briefly mentioned a couple of things that I did not initially think were linked to my clinical indications and am glad I did because it turned out that one of these is indeed related to my more obvious symptoms.. Dr Gratwicke's took the time to listen and examined me thoroughly. HIs explanation of how the apparently unrelated symptoms are connected was revelatory and I now understand how apparently disparate episodes over many years are pat of the same syndrome.

Wow I don't know where to start. Upon referral, I received an appointment after two weeks. I was shocked. The member of staff that called me was very clear and informative. The pre appointment pack was sent well ahead of time. Instructions were very clear. On the day ALL the staff were welcoming professional and efficient. They made me feel calm. I felt like one of the family. This is THE BEST NHS team I have come across in the many years. They left me speechless, I thought I was receiving private care. FIRST CLASS!!!

All the doctors, psychiatric nurses and reception team are outstanding. It's a small thing, but I wish that there was hand cream supplied in the toilets. This may not be the "fault" of The London Psychiatry Centre as they do not own the building, but they could put in a request to the appropriate people. I spend thousands of pounds there so it would be a small but appreciated gesture. Even my hair dressing salon supplies hand cream!

I appreciate the specialized equipment and expertise (and hence cost) required to perform a visual field test, but I continue to be irritated by the charge (currently £51) for a visual acuity check. Although at Moorfields this is now performed via a computer screen, in essence it is the same as sitting in front of a simple eye chart ... something which is so basic that in an optometrist's setting it attracts no charge at all.

Dr. Yee Mah was very kind and empathetic regarding my migraine problem. He listened to me and gave me a clear plan of action. He also explained that along with medication, a holistic approach was needed as medication alone would not solve my migraine flare-up. His calm and patient demeanor made me feel listened to and supported. I would highly reccomend Dr Yee Mah.

Dr Emily's approach is friendly, supportive and reassuring. She really listened to me in detail asking follow up questions which focussed on my gut issues. Her report has given me a clear plan to follow with a wealth of helpful links and information. . Quite possibly my appointment with her was the most positive professional support I have had in many years.
