it's the Grosvenor Cleveland First experience Anweek today Monday i went for a blood test and Ultrasound both appointments were on time. The next day i had an appointment by phone some sort of registration ( by the way this was the 10!th registration ) Our life doesn't revolve over your hospital so many registrations what for and you still got it wrong it's frustrating and monotonous.) I would try and find an easier way for patients . let's go back to the phone registration the gentlemen tells me i have to do a blood test and a swap, i told him i was there yesterday and i did a blood test he told me that i have to go back as they forgot to do another blood test and the swap. Forgot i found that very unprofessional so on Wednesday i went back when the nurse took me she took me to the room did the blood test and another nurse came for then swap i was told i need to go and do and ECG a test that i wasn't aware of i became stressed and furious i turned to the poor nurse and said to her i am not doing an ECG and to cancel it. i found the whole situation unprofessional. Thursday arriving to the hospital' early in the morning' once again registration and then a Porter came and took' us to the room. a few minutes later the nurse came and of course another registeatiôn Room nice but no cupboard to hang your coat. it rains a lot in England we wear coats .My surgeon came and explained the procedure and few minutes after he left went down for the operation all well to this point Eventually i was up and nurses came to check all was well Food Menu is very unhealthy no salad no fruit juices i would suggest you get a dietician it's shameful your Menu I was discharged by Professor Hakim at around 3:30' the nurse went to get the discharge letter and told me that i have an MRI at five i told her to cancel it no need for MRI after the operation When i came to leave nobody told me what i had to do was given some plasters and i asked if i could have a shower n was told not today tomorrow i went to the desk on my way out to query an extra bill i wanted to know what it was for and he couldn't tell me i said where is your account department and he said we don't have one on the premises this huge hospital doesn't have an account department in short when i know what its for i will not pay even'. on my chart why Good luck you have a very nice hospital but very stressing and there is a lot of' things you have to work don't think it will be my first choice

Despite the industrial estate address, the practice is a lovely, bright, modern building adjacent to open fields, easy to find and ample parking close to the main entrance. I was met with a warm, friendly smile and the lady on reception couldn’t have been nicer. I was asked to complete a short health questionnaire on a tablet. I waited no more than 10 minutes before Dr Wright saw me. Both she and the nurse were also warm & friendly whilst very professional, everything was explained clearly to me, including the cost of the treatment, before treatment started. Dr Wright was extremely good at putting me at ease and checking on me as the treatment progressed. The anaesthetic was administered virtually unnoticed. After a few minutes Dr Wright removed my tooth completely painlessly, it was quick and there was barely any trauma to my gum. Even when the anaesthetic wore off, I had zero pain or discomfort and needed no further painkillers after the dose I had immediately before treatment. By far, the best experience in a dentists chair I have ever had, can’t recommend Vermillion enough

Excellent visit with Dr Wu, exceptional.. I hoped holistic consultant and she more than fulfilled my expectations of trying to find a Dr Wu over since September 2019! Reception warm & kind, helpful, professional by Luke & Amanda from arrival 1.50 pm to departure at 7 pm. Nurse Marieglo again put me at ease. & taking me to Dr Alexandra WU. Excellent also after re tests though the afternoon. Declan Xray amazingly professional & considerate, and colleague. Blood taken by Nurse Ilham - the first time in decades I have not had several attempts leading to bruising lasting 2 or 3 weeks, or indeed, attempts on both arms leaving painful bruising for weeks. With Ilham, one invisible prick, no bruising at all. Tiny round plaster - off in the shower this morning. No mark at all. Excellent. 5.50 pm Final tests ultra sound Hermin and Sciofra. At the end of the day 6 pm

I had an excruciating L4/5 disc prolapse & Mr Dudhniwala help me managed months of pain first through an epidural and then ultimately a discectomy. Throughout he was very patient throughout and explained every part of each procedure and my condition and took the time to allay any concerns I had around recovery. I’m 2 months post-op now and I’m in the best physical space Ive been in for years and the wound also healed up very quickly. If there were the options for more stars, I’d give them! I never want to see him again but highly recommend his services for anyone suffering like I was. Thanks doc!

Hope this review helps other people after tonsillectomy, take pain medication at regular intervals, rest for the first 2 weeks, Ice pack from Amazon and be careful when brushing your teeth, stay away from coughs and colds and do regular alcohol free mouthwashes 4 times a day. I had a bleed day 6 and was looked after by royal London (thank you nhs) I’m nearly 3 weeks post surgery now and feeling lots better and so happy to get rid of my horrible tonsils that caused me a lot of problems! I underwent an ablation 3 months ago. I was nervous of course about having the operation but all the staff on the day were reassuring and the procedure was easy and painless under general anaesthetic and I was discharged later the same day. Recovery was quick and pain free and I was back to running after two weeks. If Dr Ibrahim recommends an ablation, do so sooner rather than later. It’s nothing to worry about!
