I had an incredibly positive experience at Delamere and I’m very grateful for my time there which has been transformative. The programme is extremely well structured and thoughtfully designed - a really well-rounded mix of therapy, group work, education and peer support. The staff are kind, dedicated and create a safe, supportive environment where real change feels possible. I want to give special thanks to Mark, my therapist, and Gary, my mentor. Their honesty and approach made a huge difference to my recovery. I felt seen, challenged in the right ways, and supported to build real clarity and confidence. I made meaningful progress and left feeling stronger, clearer and had regained hope for the future. The only area I feel could be improved is the level of psychiatric support. During my stay, patients were offered one 15-minute appointment with the psychiatrist, which felt brief especially for those with more complex mental health needs. I would have valued more collaboration and communication around medication decisions. Strengthening this aspect of care would make an already excellent programme even better. Overall, I’m extremely thankful for my time at Delamere and would definitely recommend the centre to others seeking recovery support.

In November 2025 after quite high PSA test levels I had a meeting with Dr. Milan Anjanappa and his team and I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in the (not at all) light 3-4th stage. Since then, I was given treatment under his advice, surveillance and control, which included hormonal therapy, radiotherapy and brachytherapy. Three months later, I was discharged from the Mount Vernon hospital with a fully and successfully completed treatment according to the last consultation, which I owe entirely to Dr. Milan and his team. As a summary of the overall experience, I can attest to the excellent professionalism, prompt diagnosis and treatment and the adequacy and success of said treatment. I was guided during the whole journey with care, support and information, which is exactly what someone with a devastating diagnosis like mine needs. With the utmost respect and gratitude, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Milan Anjanappa and his team. I wish him health and success in what he's doing to contribute to the fight against this most awful of diseases.

10/10 experience. We had our 10 year old son assessed for ADHD. From the moment i called to enquire about the process and what are the steps involved to the actually assessment, everyone has been amazing. Steven in the front office walked me through the entire process, what to expect, costings etc. he was polite, kind and very professional. Dr Hollie Hearfield who did the assessment was lovely. She was so good with our son, she explained everything to us as to what the next steps are. I cannot recommend you enough to others who might be thinking of going private. Professor Akolekar has been absolutely Fantastic at every appointment all the way throughout our pregnancy. I was really struggling with anxiety in this pregnancy following recurrent miscarriages, and I have never felt more looked after, which has really helped me to be able to enjoy this pregnancy, knowing we have a fantastic consult looking after our baby. Appointments are always on time and very detailed, time is always made to answer any questions fully and I always leave feeling confident and reassured. The communication with Natalia is always great to book and arrange appointments. This clinic really go above and beyond and o couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Abbi Clinic have been nothing short of incredible in supporting me with my recovery journey. I was really apprehensive about this style of ‘therapy’ but I am so glad that I took their advice and tried it because the structure of the clinic is perfectly curated to individuals needs. Although the appointment wasn't satisfactory for me because the doctor couldn't give me a second opinion on my back and neck pain since his specialty is lower extremities, he sent me for updated MRI exams so he could give me a responsible and accurate second opinion on my knee and ankle. I emailed the doctor and am waiting for him to reply with his diagnosis from the previous appointment so I can provide my employer with the information they need to continue helping me with the MRI costs and get positive results that will allow me to go to work without any health risks. Thank you very much.

Apart from a reception that were unaware of their visitors - the building and facilities were excellent. Dr. Bradley is a practitioner who has a broad grasp of all areas of HRT treatment. Her extensive knowledge makes you feel very confident about the decisions you make with the doctors assistance. She is never rushed and allows extensive discussion about past and present research. I am extremely impressed by her professionalism. I left after my consultation feeling I had explored all the areas I had questions about but came away with a lot of new information.

Unfortunately, having burnt my fingers and subsequently acquired an infection, I rang the Centre at 10.00. am and asked for an urgent appointment to see a general practitioner. The receptionist offered me two appointments, one at 11.40 am and one at 1.00 pm. I took the earlier appointment and was seen within 10 minutes by Dr Porter. She was very efficient, warm and understanding. I was prescribed medication, which was supplied by the clinic's pharmacy and back in my office by midday. Excellent service, and I thoroughly recommend Centennial
