I had ALT phallo with Mr Nim Christopher and was admitted for 5 days post-op, and I cannot thank the nursing staff enough for the care I received. Every nurse I encountered was professional, compassionate, and genuinely attentive. They consistently checked on me, explained things clearly, responded quickly whenever I needed help, and treated me with kindness and respect at all times. Their reassurance and calm presence made a difficult hospital stay much more comfortable and less stressful. It’s clear they take great pride in their work and truly care about their patients. The morning Nurses Kate and Erisa were extremely wonderful even though at one point there were so many patients and only 2 of them to take care of all of us, they were encouraging and they set a positive tone for each day. The night shift nurses Mo and Aliesha were reassuring and kind and always present when things felt hardest. Of course ai cannot leave out Alina who was always caring and compassionate throughout my stay. Last but certainly not least I would like the thank Mr Nim for his excellent care and support and Dr Patil for the amazing anesthesia he delivered. They were all like family to me. I’m deeply grateful for everything they did for me. Your professionalism, kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed.

Since the moment I entered the clinic I was very well taken care of. The friendliness of the staff made all potential stress go away in seconds. The procedure itself was almost pain free and if any pain was felt that was similar to when one has their blood test done. My treatment was both radiofrequency ablation as well as foam sclerotherapy on both legs. It was done literally in a flash while having a friendly relaxing chat with doctor and nurses. I was shocked when I was informed the treatment was already completed. I have been instructed about the aftercare as a reminder as I had received many emails before the treatment explaining all stages including recovery. Then I simply got out of the clinic and had a walk around the city with my husband who was also amazed how quickly it all went. Their aftercare is spot on too and you can get in touch any time you might feel concerned. It is now my fourth day after the treatment and I feel great and I am so happy that all nasty vericose veins I had are gone. I would and will recommend the clinic and the treatment to anyone struggling with vericose veins issues. Milena

I visited the hospital to see an orthopaedic surgeon after having a fall at work and damaging my knee. I have had issue with it since the accident I suffered at work.I was advised to lodge a claim with my employers insurance. This I did because of the problems I am having with my knee. I was sent to see this gentleman so he could assess the damage to my knee. I was treated as if I was only there because I was lodging a claim and to have recompense for the damage I suffered and still am. He seemed very abrupt and I felt as though I was cross examined over the form I had filled in regarding my injury. I left the room feeling like I had done something extremely bad and wrong. I have never had to go through this scenario and very much hope not to have to go through another. I am a patient who has an injury that I am advised my a consultant needs an operation yet I was treated though I was feigning injury. I do not feel valued having attend at the one hospital.

It was OK. Sorry this system doesn't allow me to write why I went there and therefore wastes my time! I was there for a Pre op assessment. My Op is 9 Feb 2026 under Dr Panos Gikas. I asked him if I could attend this clinic as it is nearer where I live. The. appointment was alright. The only issue I had was that when it came to having a blood test, they insisted that I had to have 2 separate ones in each arm? I get blood tests regularly as I have a long term condition. The first one was relatively pain free which was performed by Isabella. The second was performed by Riggs(?) and was unneccessarily painful due to him holding down the needle when it was in my arm. I was not happy about that. I did not understand the reason for the second blood test, when one is usually fine and if more blood is required, then usually another vial is attached as necessary.

I recently attended an initial appointment and was very impressed with the service. All staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. The optician/optometrist carried out a range of detailed tests on both the health and vision of my eyes, and explained every result clearly. In the end, I did not need to proceed with any treatment at this stage, as it would not significantly improve my sight. I was advised that waiting a year or two would give better value and a more meaningful result. It was reassuring to see that the practice prioritises what is genuinely best for patients rather than recommending unnecessary procedures. We visited Children's Allergy Cambridge at the end of January 2026 with our 11-year-old daughter for suspected nut allergy testing. Consultant Gary and allergy specialist Rachael were incredibly friendly and attentive, putting my very worried daughter completely at ease—not like a scary doctor's visit at all. They managed the prick testing smoothly and professionally. It was very quick and efficient, with no waiting, but equally felt no hurry and could stay and chat and ask questions without ever feeling like we were outstaying. Clear follow-up advice. Clinic was running early and was a review, following procedure about 6 months ago. The August visit followed about 5 years struggle with an ulcer on my big toe, which had resulted in me being unable to swim or bath/ shower easily. It was a challenging and time-consuming assessment, but Dr. Cappai and the team at Diverse Minds Clinic were quite helpful in completing out the documents. The rooms are comfortable and the location is very nice. I cannot recommend enough!!!!
