I’ve been seeing Hiba Ansari for over a year, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. Over the past year, Hiba has helped me treat several different issues, including my ankle, lower back, and most importantly, a long-standing shoulder dislocation problem. She monitored my progress very closely and consistently adjusted my exercises to suit my ability and recovery stage. I spent several months working with her to strengthen my shoulder, which was extremely weak and unstable after multiple dislocations. Following my shoulder surgery, Hiba played a huge role in my rehabilitation. She guided me through recovery and re-strengthening with great care and precision, helping me return to normal activities and sports with confidence. Thanks to her support, I’m now back to living a normal, active life without constant worry. She was also incredibly supportive with practical matters, helping me navigate insurance issues and sort out payment coverage for my sessions, which made a stressful situation much easier. In addition, Hiba has excellent professional connections and introduced me to one of the top shoulder surgeons in the UK, who performed my operation with excellent results. Hiba is a fantastic physiotherapist — skilled, supportive, and truly invested in her patients’ recovery. I’m very grateful for all her help.

After seriously injuring both ankles and a long recovery, it was a complete game changer when I started treatment with my physio Steph. She was friendly and professional and quickly put me at my ease. Steph was both flexible and methodical in her approach, measuring my progress, returning to exercises regularly, which I found helpful in maintaining my focus and my momentum. Steph was responsive and adjusted exercises where necessary but generally this was not needed as she pitched the pace and level of activity to be suitably challenging. Steph was goal orientated, encouraging and solution focused. It felt like I had a clear pathway to recovery and that Steph was really committed to my well-being and focused on helping me get the best outcomes. The centre have a range of treatments available including massage, podiatry and Pilates classes so that I could benefit from a holistic approach to my injuries. Steph has explained things well to me as we have gone along so that I have understood the rationale which I have really appreciated. We met the excellent Mr Arthur Dalton who has known me since 2023 when he led the outstanding NHS team (which included the ICU nurses) that saved my life after a brain subarahcnoid haemorrhage and, again, in 2024, when my aneurysm needed recoiling and a flow diverting stent was also inserted . This time we sought his opinion to help us decide between two treatments for a brain meningioma, after two previous consultations at another private hospital had created confusion and anxiety,. As always, with impeccable professionalism and a warm approach, he explained the pros and cons of each procedure in relation to my particular case, allowing us to finally make the decision that suited us best. It is always deeply reassuring and an absolute joy to receive Mr Dalton’s opinion. We feel extremely lucky to have met him.

I was extremely happy with the hospital and the level of care I received. From the moment I arrived, all of the nurses and staff were kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. I felt genuinely well looked after at every stage before and after surgery. The nursing team made me feel comfortable, reassured, and supported, always checking in on me and making sure I had everything I needed. Their calm and caring approach made a big difference and helped me feel at ease throughout my stay. The hospital environment was clean, well organised, and very reassuring, and the overall standard of care was excellent. My appointment with Dr Millar was on time and not at all rushed. She was very approachable and took the time to run through my results in detail. She gave in depth explanations that were correctly pitched to my level of understanding and she was incredibly patient with my long list of questions. In fact instead of seeming frustrated she appeared empathetic. She was very thorough, explained what would happen next and ensured I was clear on follow up. I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for her persistence with testing and for her help with the understanding the outcome. The diagnosis made all the pieces of the puzzle fall in place and Dr Millar seemed to recognise the importance of that.

Dr Hoey saw our son for his ongoing eczema and was excellent throughout the appointment. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the different creams and ointments available, along with clear instructions on how and when to apply them. She also gave us helpful advice for our son’s nursery on how they can support his skin care. Dr Hoey was friendly and engaging with our young son, which helped her quickly build rapport and assess him with ease. We left the appointment feeling reassured and with a clear treatment plan. Paid privately for Hip Replacement, initial appointment was disappointing with an hour wait, and a non interested surgeon. A few blips along the way, upon arrival on surgery day, they had me down for a knee replacement not hip, staff on night shift not the friendliest, and thet x rayed the incorrect hip after the surgery. Day shift were great and surgery went well. I will say I expected more for paying privately however the main thing I've had my surgery instead of the ridiculous wait time on the nhs.
