I was struggling to get a face to face appoinment with my NHS GP. Filling out their triage forms where tick boxes didn’t cover half my symptoms and not enough room in the comments to describe my issues and concerns was getting me nowhere. So I decided to go private. Daleswood was recommended to me by a friend. I was happy to pay for a 30min consultation where I could go through the history and symptoms I was experiencing. It was well worth it, blood tests were recommended and a diagnosis made that explained all the symptoms not just one or two. I was so relieved to finally have been listened to and believed. Not just told ‘we only deal with one thing at a time’

For a considerably long time I've had prostate related problems which seemed to come to a head with a severe and very debilitating urine infection. Mr. Ellis suggested Holep surgery to my prostate which was very enlarged. He also suggested the operation could help to prevent another infection. Well, it was extremely successful and I'm totally amazed with the result. I'm thrilled that he suggested the operation. Each time I meet him I come away feeling positive. There are some times in life when you need to feel like you are in a safe, knowledgeable and experienced set of hands, and this Dr Omer provides in abundance. From a thorough explanation of the procedure, to witnessing his beady eye hunt down those hard to find colon polyps and finally reassuring you of the findings, the whole experience was excellent!

Today I came to the practice to visit Dr Andy Brown. I was initially quite nervous however every member of staff was so welcoming and comforting. Upon entering I was greeted by the front of house and offered a hot drink. The waiting room was soothing and I didn’t have to wait very long before the nurse called me in. I expressed my concerns and worries and Dr Andy talked me through all off them and really reassured me. He gave me options and explained them all thoroughly as well as giving me advice on what I need. I highly recommend going to him.

I was referred to the breast clinic after finding a lump in my breast at 8 months pregnant and still being there 12 weeks PP. Ms Alison Luther was professional, informative, reassuring and made me feel very relaxed and at ease for what wasn’t a very pleasant reason to be there for. She reassured me that my lump was nothing to worry about but assured me if anything changed that I could come back. She really made a not so pleasant issue be a pleasant experience and I’m grateful for that.

I was promised two Salamol CFC blue inhalers u only got one I came back after 30 days but it hadn’t been registered I was told it was to early to get another one I said “ I’d be made to pay when I came back ?” & I’ve been back I only got one Salbutamol I’m not paying for another consultation I need another inhaler please look into it Ms Sue-Ann S
