I cannot recommend Miss Shalini Chawla highly enough. After a long awaited pregnancy following five years of IVF, this journey meant everything to us. At my 28 weeks scan we were told we were expecting a large baby, and given that I am 45 and this was my first pregnancy, we knew we wanted one dedicated consultant to coordinate and oversee our care. For that reason, we decided to go private. After meeting several obstetricians, it was immediately clear that Miss Chawla was the right choice. From our very first appointment, she was personable, empathetic, incredibly knowledgeable, and instantly put a set ease. No question was over too small or silly, and she made herself available to us 24/7, which was invaluable during section anxious time. Miss Chawla got to work straight away. During her initial assessment, she identified the possible early stages of preeclampsia, arranged all the appropriate blood tests and scans promptly, and began planning ahead, including scheduling a potential delivery date. Her organization and forward planning meant that we never had to worry - everything was taken care of. Her communication skills are truly second to none. She kept us updated daily, even while she was on holiday, often checking in by text to reassure us and explain us the next steps. When my water is broke unexpectedly at 33 weeks, all plans changed. Despite the situation being frightening and stressful, Miss Shalini Chawla was immediately on hand, overseeing every aspect of my care and leading the team through an emergency cesarean section. Throughout it all, I had complete confidence that she would deliver our baby safely and she did. Her care did not stop after delivery. Her after care has been exceptional, checking in daily and continuing to do so even three weeks later. That level of dedication, compassion, and commitment is rare. Miss Chawla is an outstanding obstetrician, and I will be forever grateful for the care she provided. I would wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional maternity care.

I have given information on my excellent contact with Mrs. Hikary Bahl and the decision to transfer my care to Mr. Preetkiron Bahl for surgery. I found Mr. Bahl extremely helpful. I can’t recommend Debra highly enough as a physio. I had physio for my middle child 5 years ago with Debra and again with my now 10 month old baby. Debra is calm, patient, and so knowledgeable, which instantly put both me and my baby at ease. She has a wonderful way of engaging with babies, turning each session into something that feels more like play than therapy, while still being incredibly effective. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and how we can support our baby’s progress at home, which has been so reassuring as a parent. We’ve always seen such positive progress under her care, and I’m so grateful to have had her support. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Debra to any parent looking for a skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy paediatric physio.

The experience I had regarding the procedure was nothing short of excellent. All pre op discussions were clear and concise and with no pressure. Facts and previous experiences were mentioned to help me make an informed decision about my condition and how best to proceed. The procedure itself went as planned and Chris and the rest of the hospital staff were extremely professional throughout. Anything I asked for was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I never really felt at unease with anything even though the situation did involve a surgical procedure. Although I am only one day after surgery I am already feeling better and this is mainly due to the great care provided by Chris and the team.

Sarah is a super friendly and helpful physiotherapist. She designs my plan, demonstrating and then watching me do the exercises to ensure I am doing them correctly. She also determines the correct weight for each exercise which I would not have had any idea about. My lower back sciatic type pain is improving as is my strength. The MoveHealth App is excellent and I can log my progress there and see videos of each exercise to check between reviews I am doing them correctly. The location is perfect for me and each review session has been helpful for my progress. There is no pressure to have a review - only when it seems appropriate. Very happy and grateful for Sarah's expertise and guidance.

It’s underneath my chin, lopsided, on top of any tissue, not even near my chin bone, and they refute 2nd opinions I’ve had that there’s anything wrong with this. They also promised me a referral for a CT scan for months but keep deferring. So I’ve had to arrange these scans myself to get proof needed. Made a formal complaint and didn’t even get a written response. Independent adjudication (ISCAS) next then Small Claims. They will not take responsibility for negligence/errors so beware! Please pass on so people are aware - as this needs to be made public

Could not fault the experience, secretary was wonderful and found me a last minute appointment within a couple of days when I stated I required an assessment urgently. Dr Bruce- Jones was very professional and listened carefully to all of my concerns, and I felt at ease explaining all of my worries. I required the assessment for a compensation claim for the Army and the clinical letter and over view he provided was very well detailed and was exactly what I required. He gave some structured treatment on how to manage my anxiety which I have listened to and am now in discussions with OpCourage and GP for extra support. Would reccomend his services.

I recently visited Dr. Aslam to have a BCC removed from the tip of my nose. It included a consultation which was thorough and informative providing me with options and addressing every question and concern I had. Although the idea of surgery on the face was daunting Dr. Aslam and his team put me at ease. The procedure itself felt calm and relaxed and I was continuously reassured throughout. I am now 10 weeks post treatment and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Family and friends unable to tell that I have had any surgery. Nick from Physio Jack Studios was really great. I had what I thought was a typical calf strain but all the standard treatments from another physio did not heal it. 4 weeks out from a marathon, I was unable to run 1km without pain. Nick went through a very thorough diagnostic appointment, corrected my diagnosis to an overloading issue at a specific calf/achilles muscle complex and guided me through multiple plyometric exercises and a progressive running plan to allow me to finish the marathon in 3hrs 40mins. Could not recommend him highly enough, super knowledgeable, detailed and passionate 👍

The overall experience was good at the start been going go treatment over a year the oncologist never contacts me only if I complain the nurses never pass my concerns on I’ve been waiting for private prescription for 6 days which has never turned up rang and spoke to a doctor he promised to pass it on to oncologist never happened after 4 phone calls the service is disgusting the amount of fees I am paying I expect a better service than I’m getting I’m seriously thinking of going back to NHS where I did get better service I certainly wouldn’t recommend Genesis Care to anyone

Lovely helpful doctor, didn't feel rushed, was listened too. Only reason no 5 star was hard to get through to reception and the inconvenience of being sent a letter for telephone appointment instead of agreed face to face appointment and not being able to get through to reception until the 11th hour to confirm and endure we had the correct appointment. Hospital was clean and looked well kept and staff were very friendly and attentive.
