From the initial consultation through to follow-up, Arun was clear, thorough, and reassuring. He explained the endoscopy process in detail beforehand, so I knew exactly what to expect. The procedure itself at Shirley Oaks Hospital went smoothly. There was a slight delay to the start time—understandable given it was the first session after the Christmas break—but this was communicated and didn't affect the quality of care. The procedure was efficient and went as well as you could hope for something that's inherently not pleasant. What I particularly appreciated was Arun's approach to communication. He was keen to give me feedback immediately after the procedure, which I valued, and the follow-up has been thorough with clear next steps. Highly recommended for anyone needing colorectal investigation or treatment.

When I entered the premises I couldn’t believe the transformation that had taken place as I was familiar with the building when it was a hairdressing salon. It was spacious, immaculate and tranquil. Having been quite anxious before my appointment, I quickly relaxed as all the staff were extremely friendly and kind. All the tests were performed swiftly and smoothly with every concern for my comfort and my understanding of the procedures involved. Mrs. Matthews explained my forthcoming cataract surgery clearly, comprehensively and reassuringly and I was very pleased to be offered the surgery I such a short space of time. All in all I couldn’t have wished for a better experience with North Wales Eye Specialist Centre.

I was treated extremely kindly and it made such a difference. Everyone who works there deserves a massive thank you. I didn’t feel judged, not once. Respectful, polite and friendly and very, very prepared. I felt that I was in safe hands and I really appreciated all the security protocols. My only suggestion to make things even better, would be to have an indoor waiting area available for clients who are asked to arrive at 7am. It was not much fun waiting in the dark, in the rain, in the cold to be let in for 20 odd minutes. But as soon as that hurdle was overcome, everything went so well and a lot of that was because of the efforts of the team. They’re great. I really loved my sandwich too!

Mr Kasem was very kind, made me feel confident I was going to have my scans and then he would give me a clear outcome that I would understand. He took the time, without me even asking, to explain the mammogram I had last week, what they had seen and how the scoring system worked. He then told me exactly what would happen today at the appointment and he specifically asked my consent to examine me, and again before he carried out the examination itself. He checked with me if I had any questions at the end of both the before and after consultations. Honestly, I could not think of a single thing that could have been better, I felt he was incredibly respectful and thoughtful as a doctor.

Dr. Seepana was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. She explained everything in detail. For the first time, I really felt listened to by a GP and not fobbed off with medications that would only treat symptoms but not touch the root cause. I was so grateful to be heard- so much so that I felt quite emotional at points during the consultation. After years of what can only be described as hell dealing with perimenopause symptoms and the extreme stresses of not getting sufficient help or understanding from NHS doctors, I finally feel a real sense of hope that I will be able to 'get back to my old self'. After seeing several gynecologists, Mr Raza was at last the most reassuring and straight forward in explaining why having a robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy would be the best way forward for me. I am now 6 weeks post op and I am feeling great. I am continuing to be amazed by how small my scar is (2cm!). I would highly recommend Mr Raza to any women doubting whether to have the operation. Every person is different of course but he is so knowledgeable, kind and professional. His PA - Sukhy - has been extremely helpful, supportive and always at the end of the line if I had any question - even during the Christmas week. Thank you !

The overall experience was good at the start been going go treatment over a year the oncologist never contacts me only if I complain the nurses never pass my concerns on I’ve been waiting for private prescription for 6 days which has never turned up rang and spoke to a doctor he promised to pass it on to oncologist never happened after 4 phone calls the service is disgusting the amount of fees I am paying I expect a better service than I’m getting I’m seriously thinking of going back to NHS where I did get better service I certainly wouldn’t recommend Genesis Care to anyone

My GP sent referral for RTN in January 2025. According to their announcement on the ADHD website, the waiting time was 8-9 weeks. Unfortunately, I was waiting couple of months. My assessment was done in October and on my outcome appointment, which was a year after, the 3rd doctor was involved a d decided to do one more assessment. Without prior arrangement or agreement. Poor customer service, dishonest administration.

ICU I was treated like an animal left under the cold AC in a cramped room, the ICU nurse was on her phone taking ages to come to help when you press the call bell. The nurse team is the worst I’ve experienced in my life I genuinely thought I was going to die in this hospital they don’t respect you ethically unsafe and keep you in prolonged pain for days
