She managed to navigate my complex case, as someone suffering from PCOS and endometriosis as well as complex symptoms with precision, diligence, and care, and helped us to navigate my way through to reach a decision. For 10 years, we have gone from pillar to post, and the diagnosis remained incomplete at best. She put all the facts together and gave me a realistic view of options. Miss Reid not only is an outstanding gynecologist with sharp mind and beautiful gentle manner, she understands women's emotional and physical challenges. It reassured me to know that such a high-caliber expert is there, looking at everything holistically with a woman's eye. As a consultant in Guy's hospital, and as a woman of extremely high intelligence, I could not feel safer and more reassured! She was generous with her time, professionally brilliant, and really a God-sent for me and many women like me who suffer from this debilitating disease of endometriosis with its complexity of symptoms. I was really please with the quality of service at Medneo Great Portlane Street and the speed at which I got my results. The medics seemed very professional and made me feel calm. I wish I'd used the service sooner as before getting a private MRI which I paid for myself I had had a number of physio treatments and exercise plans which may my injury worse due to them not knowing what was actually wrong. They were working blind as it were. And the NHS wouldn't put me on a waiting list for a MRI through them. I got a 3T scan which I believe shows a bit more than a 1.5 scanner which cast me £299. If you can afford it it might be the right choice for you. I would definitely go to these people to have a scan again if I develop another injury.

Pleasant waiting area with self-service drinks available. Within an hour you are called and escorted into the preparation/recovery room where you are prepared for the operation and the procedure is explained including a visit from the surgeon to check if you have any questions. The operation takes place in the adjacent theatre where again efforts are made to keep you informed as to what’s happening and before you know it you are escorted back to your recovery area for water and a biscuit. Staff were pleasant and attentive at all times. Once thoroughly checked out you return to the waiting area to be collected by your escort who has already been called to say your are ready for collection. I was back home within 2 hours

The general experience was excellent - all the staff readily on call any time of the day or night. Although I had some blood pressure problems, it was dealt with efficiently. I would like to identify Aiden as a particularly lovely person who made me feel very relaxed in a stressful situation. The physios were also very good. I would have liked a more detailed discharge plan for exercises to aid my recovery. The pain killers given on discharge seem to be only mildly effective and my pain level remains quite high. I have a lot of bruising on my thigh, which l wasn't told as a possibility. I wasn't given any information about ways to help with the stiffness. Overall, I would recommend the hospital to anyone

Very thorough, very clear and takes the time to explain things carefully, so that I am always fully informed. He always explains his thought process and the reasons that bring him to his conclusions. He always discusses the different options, giving a very balanced viewpoint. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and in fact, I have already to a work colleague. This has not always been my experience with private health care consultants., so my experience with him stands out positively. I am very grateful for how he has helped me.

Professor Ronak Rajani

This was my first appointment with Professor Rajani and it was conducted by telephone. Before my consultation, I had sent over a couple of recent echocardiogram reports as well as some blood and urine test results. This helped form the basis of my consultation. Professor Rajani has an easy-going manner and gave me his professional advice regarding his observations on the reports. I felt very reassured by our discussion and there is no need for me to have a follow-up appointment at this time.

I had a knee replacement and had a reaction to the anaesthetic which resulted in me having to spend several days in bed vomiting copiously. The staff were so supportive and caring; the nurses couldn’t help enough, the porters, physios, catering staff and cleaning crew were good natured , helpful and thorough. Since arriving home I have had numerous phone conversations with Horder staff, who have been reassuring and helpful with my recovery.

We had time to fully discuss my condition. Mr Shergill explained the options available and the risk/benefit assessment of each. We came to a mutually agreed decision. He explained the specific potential complications of the procedure. Mr Shergill’s manner was helpful and polite and not at all patronising. I had ample opportunity to ask any questions. Overall a pleasant consultation.

I have always been wary of Dentists but Aaron John put me at ease by explaining everything to me. I think Albion surgery is terrific in all honesty I would recommend 100%

The 2 and half hour waiting time for a 5-minute test was severely dissatisfying. The endoscope tube was much too thick, thicker than it is necessary perhaps. Nowadays the medical technology is much advanced and I truly believe a thinner tube can do the job sufficiently as well as improving patient comfort.
