I reached out to Nadira at one of the hardest times of my life and literally had no support/help from her whatsoever. As she continually reminds everyone she is a full time mother and a full time NHS GP I don’t understand how she thinks she has the time to open a menopause clinic as she has shown me. Takes weeks to reply to any correspondence. Also she certainly has NHS GP mentality on any HRT. She has no up to date knowledge and is very nervous and unsure whilst in a consultation with her. She quoted lots of things that were wrong and outdated as new evidence has suggested. I would not waste your money and go to Menopause specialist who is only doing this full time.

My experience of this appointment was genuinely five-star. The procedure I had was performed by Vicky with meticulous care. The clinic gives a luxurious atmosphere making you feel at ease the minute you walk through the door. The staff at VB health from the reception area to the practitioners are very friendly, warm professional and very knowledgeable. You are made to feel completely at ease and well informed about the treatment I was having. I cannot recommend VB Health highly enough this is definitely the only place to go for treatments. I attended for surgery - all staff were very pleasant and helpful and provided good patient care. My pre- surgery journey was a little different to surgical journey. I received a call pre-op call 4 weeks prior to surgery to advise of the date and cost of surgery followed by a text. I did not receive any formal communication or. Letter or email to confirm the surgery date and breakdown of the self funding costs. I have subsequently learnt that I have been overcharged for the surgery and the consultant is taking this up with the hospital .. at present I have not made a formal complaint about this

A very stress-free appointment. Quiet uncrowded waiting room - the helpful administrator made us a cup of coffee while we waited. The echocardiologist who performed the scan was very thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions
