I had an ACL tear. Post surgery, before going to Ilias, I started with a physiotherapist that wasn’t as helpful nor professional. It was uncomfortable and decided to change my Physio. I spoke to TEN Health & Fitness and was paired with Ilias and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From the start, Ilias was extremely friendly, approachable, and easy to trust, which made a huge difference throughout the rehab process. The programme was well-structured and clearly tailored to me, and over time we built real trust in both the process and the outcomes. I’ve now fully recovered and my knees feel stronger and more stable than they ever did before the injury. I’m genuinely more confident in my movement than I was pre-ACL. I’m back to playing football (the reason I tore my ACL), playing tennis, and even skiing! Highly recommend to anyone going through any type of muscle/tendon/bone injury and wants to heal.

I had a meniscal tear repair on 20th January. I am really disappointed and dismayed with the conflicting advice I was given regarding physiotherapy. An hour prior to surgery, Brad the physio told me I would be fully weight bearing after the operation. After the surgery a different physio told me I could not weight bear for three weeks and had me up and about practising walking on crutches. She also put a leg brace on my leg which was locked. I wasn't told to unlock it. Therefore for 2 weeks post surgery I wasn't weight bearing and movement in my knee was restricted totally. Today I had my stitches out and my first physio session. Physio told me I should have been 50% weight bearing straight away and that my leg brace should have been unlocked to allow some movement. So three conflicting pieces of advice. I am really unhappy.

From the first moment I met Professor Ford I knew I was in great hands. He is so friendly and approachable. He immediately put me at ease. He explained what he would do for me in easy to understand language and I couldn’t wait for my incisional hernia repair. I didn’t have to wait long. I had my pre-op the following week and my operation at The Priory the week after that. The operation went amazingly well and all the staff were excellent and friendly too. I saw professor Ford again last night to have my surgical drain removed and find out what happens next. As it transpires my operation presented challenges that he rather enjoyed solving to my benefit. I feel great just one week since my operation. He has cautioned me to take care until 6 weeks has passed. I promised him I will.

I visited for an US abdominal and internal after NHS scan could not find my ovaries due and I was very anxious to find out if theses were causing my pain. I was fortunately referred by my GP quickly and seen the following day. The experience was totally different to the NHS one. My questions were answered rather than the NHS “you will need to speak with your doctor “ response to every question. The consultant Christina spent time to get the necessary images and did advise further scans to eliminate any issues with bowel/colon. The whole experience was very comfortable and I did not feel like I was being a nuisance by asking questions about my body!! Thank you so much. It was ++ reassuring and did also identify a condition which I may have causing the pain.

had a fantastic experience at The London Clinic. The staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive from start to finish. The facilities are spotless and very comfortable, which made the whole process much easier. I underwent a gastroscopy and colonoscopy here, and everything was handled smoothly and with great care. The nursing team were especially kind and reassuring throughout. The London Clinic is exceptionally well‑organised, and the level of patient care is truly outstanding. I found the reception at ground floor level the only weakness as I was left standing feeling a bit aimless when no one else was at the desk and also I reported someone had been sick in a toilet sink and I was just letting them know, whilst I did not want gratitude for reporting it some greater acknowledgement and action might have been expected. Anyway most importantly Dr Woodland receptionist area and staff on his floor were excellent as they were for Dr Power.

I had an appointment on Monday 12th January , however this had to be cancelled as Dr was sick, was able to get an appointment for the Tuesday 13th, suited perfect, also at the appointment was determined that I needed my bloods done, was able to come back in Wednesday morning at 9am to get done, was told the results would be a week to then call back and prescription could be issued, I don’t have to do this , within the week prescription was emailed to me.
