I always enjoy my visits to Cleveland Clinic. However, I do have one piece of feedback: I was in the middle of a board meeting for work, and my phone kept ringing incessantly during an hour. It was the Cleveland Clinic, calling multiple times to confirm that I was aware of my MRI appointment. I'm in a Board meeting, and my phone keeps popping up with Cleveland Clinic ringing. I started to worry it was something really urgent to deal with my health and almost cancelled the rest of the board. I had confirmed my MRI appointment when booking, and I had done the pre-registration paperwork earlier that day. Please don't keep calling someone who hits "divert" on their phone multiple times in one hour just to re- re-confirm something.

Each week, I've been given exercises to work on, and over the weeks they've gradually helped build the strength in my knee. Luke has always found alternative exercises whenever one has irritated my knee, making sure my rehabilitation continues without causing unnecessary discomfort. I went to him with severe hip pain which hadn’t responded to physio and ultimately had a total hip replacement the surgery was far less scary than I expected, recovery is going really well and I have a very neat scar!! I genuinely wanted to give Mr Matar a hug at my follow-up appointment!

Dr Khan performed my parthyroidectomy & thyroid lobectomy at the New Foscote Hospital in May 2026. I choose them for their reputation as a skilled & experienced endocrine surgeon. They have a friendly and down-to-earth demeanor which was reassuring. Everything was clearly explained to me at all stages. The hosptial was easy to find, clean and well equiped. All the staff were freindly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr Khan. I am cured and have an impressively small scar.

I was seen to very quickly by a lovely optometrist who talked me through the procedure, was given several tests before going in to see the surgeon who did the procedure effortlessly and it was all done in less than 5 minutes, I was only originally scheduled for one eye but he said the second eye was starting to show signs of deterioration so he just did that one as well at no extra charge. Delighted with the result.

The hospital and reception staff are extremely helpful, waiting areas are bright and comfortable, radiology department and particularly the mobile scanning team were very efficient and my consultant Mr Pydisetty, was very thorough in his questioning and my examination with him, if there were any drawbacks it would be parking, and for me the travel distance from my home in North Wales

He truly went above and beyond to help me with my unbearable neck pain issue. He explained what the diagnosis could be and was spot on. He sent me diagrams and shared important information. Service in receiving my prescription was super quick as well.
