I had a bilateral cataract operation, performed by Mr. Deshmukh. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. The technicians who did all the assessment checks (separate and earlier appointment) were excellent. At this appointment I met Mr Deshmukh who put me at ease and we discussed the best replacement lenses to suit my needs. For me the premium lenses were the right choice. On the day of the operation the hospital staff were brilliant - professional and good humoured. The operation was completely painless and took much less time than I had anticipated. The immediate aftercare was been superb and the nurse talked me through what I had to do and just as importantly avoid doing. I was given some eye drops to use for the next 4 weeks. You quickly become expert at using them. Following the operation my eyesight was as good as I can remember it ever being. I then returned for a follow up consultation with Mr Deshmukh who confirmed that my recovery was going very well and my vision is better than 20/20. I have worn spectacles since my early teens and this is an incredible outcome. I can now proceed with my training to become a driving instructor.

My son is coming to the end of his treatment for Pectus Excavatum and is pleased with the results having used the vacuum bell for almost two years. Mr Hunt has always been very honest with him and we knew from the start that correcting a 2.6cm dip was not going to happen because of his age (16yrs). However, my son is delighted with his 1cm improvement and for him it has made a difference and he is very grateful that he was accepted to be treated by Mr Hunt. My son is now 18yrs and knows that it is unlikely that his chest will improve further but he is going to finish the two year treatment plan and then start to wind down wearing the vacuum bell. He wears it at night for 8 hours which has worked well for him.

Miss Sascha Dua is a great professional—respectful, knowledgeable, and caring. I was very scared to be in a breast cancer unit for the very first time, but she was wonderful at breaking the ice and making me feel comfortable. She was attentive and taught me how to properly perform self-examinations, which made me realise I had always been doing them incorrectly. Her team is also amazing and very caring. They sent me letters in advance introducing the team and explaining in detail how the process works, which was incredibly helpful. My husband and I were very happy with the whole process. I truly wish all doctors’ appointments were this supportive.

Ania was kind and welcoming as always. She always asks me how things are and I tell her at length! She picks up a key issue to focus on, this time it was the window of tolerance and strategies to help me be curious, open and flexible. She is kind and supportive and helps me to see what I do well and how I can live more in accordance with my values rather than being angered repeatedly by small things or anxious about them. We both thought we were at a stage where I did not need to come to the sessions any more and I think this shows what a great practitioner Ania is and how well she understands me. I am both sorry and happy to leave!

After seeing several gynecologists, Mr Raza was at last the most reassuring and straight forward in explaining why having a robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy would be the best way forward for me. I am now 6 weeks post op and I am feeling great. I am continuing to be amazed by how small my scar is (2cm!). I would highly recommend Mr Raza to any women doubting whether to have the operation. Every person is different of course but he is so knowledgeable, kind and professional. His PA - Sukhy - has been extremely helpful, supportive and always at the end of the line if I had any question - even during the Christmas week. Thank you !

I really appreciated being able to get a quick appointment and having my scan done by a doctor radiologist who could then explain what he saw and give me some advice. The scan was done quickly and it allowed me to promptly get the scan done for my GP. I was super pleased that the report arrived quickly, it was there in my emails before I even got home! There was a chaperone there too, the clinic was nice and the receptionist was very warm and friendly and efficient. All in all a great discovery for me as I felt the prices were very reasonable for private scans so I could use the service for regular health checks..

The waiting area had few chairs and not enough for the people waiting. The people around there that gave me paperwork and told me where to wait, were polite and helpful. The appointment with the consultant was really distressing, I couldn't ask questions and didn't discussed with me the plan, just set up steps without getting me involved on her treatment plan. This experience was very negative from what I expected when you go to a professional asking for advice and reviewing if your body is working well. Hugest thanks to Dr Onur Gilleard for removing the cyst like lump on my face - he is an incredible highly skilled Plastic surgeon - the procedure was pain free, very quick and I couldn't believe how neat and small the incision and stitches were which are healing beautifully. It was only a week ago however I have absolutely no doubt that there will be minimal scarring due to his expertise. Dr Gilleard and the nurse were incredibly kind and caring and totally put me at ease. Would totally recommend to anyone.

Experience was really good took me by surprise from parking to service. Love the tea and coffee service along with reading articles. Although this didn’t affect me , it would be great to give pre appointment advice e.g stop using contact lenses 2 weeks before ect. I received a day before. And what to expect at the appointment eg taking blood pressure. I would still rate the service very highly. Good advice given by James. Thank You
