In May, I underwent cataract surgery on both eyes at Freedom Vision in Watford, and I could not be happier with the care I received. From my very first visit through to my discharge this week, Iana Sidor, the Patient Liaison Manager, was exceptional. She was professional, knowledgeable, supportive, and always available to answer any questions, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. Dr Dipak Parmar performed my cataract surgery and was outstanding throughout. From the initial consultation, he took the time to explain everything clearly and put me completely at ease. His professionalism, expertise, and reassuring manner gave me total confidence before, during, and after the procedures. The entire team at Freedom Vision Watford provided care of the highest standard. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring I had the best possible experience. I chose to have RayOne Galaxy trifocal lenses implanted in both eyes, and the results have been life-changing. I am now able to enjoy everyday life without glasses, which has greatly improved my quality of life. I would highly recommend Freedom Vision, Dr Parmar, Iana Sidor, and the whole team to anyone considering cataract surgery. Thank you all for the excellent care and outstanding results.

I got an appointment the same day which was important as it was to do with temporary hearing loss which had occurred for 9 days. Upon arrival, the receptionist offered me a glass of water which was welcomed (perfect for a hot day!) and I was seen soon after my appointment time. Doctor Grundy-Wheeler was very thorough and immediately worked out the issue and I left post-treatment with hearing in my left ear having not been able to hear properly out of it for over a week so I was elated! He was engaging, professional and very informative and treats his patients with real care. I also bumped into Dr Scott (who I have seen for HRT many times) who was also friendly and warm and it was overall a super and successful visit. EPD make it easy to not only get seen quickly but they all work hard to provide a kind, professional, super clean and lovely environment to make their patients well again, no matter the issue. Thank you to the entire EPD team. I walked out very happy!

I recently had a colonoscopy and was very nervous beforehand, but Dr Shetti and his team were incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the entire experience. On the day of the procedure, one of the nurses looked after me from the moment I arrived until I left. She talked me through everything clearly and provided excellent support and reassurance throughout. During the colonoscopy, Dr Shetti explained what was happening at each stage and did everything possible to make the procedure as comfortable and pain-free as he could, despite my bowel anatomy making the procedure more challenging. Afterwards, Dr Shetti took the time to discuss my results, answer my questions, and explain everything clearly. He was warm, friendly, and approachable, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I received excellent care and had a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr Shetti and his team.

I recently underwent hip repair surgery with Professor Griffin at HSSH, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The team at HSSH made the entire process very straightforward. Booking the procedure was easy, and I received clear, concise information beforehand explaining what to expect on the day of surgery. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, going out of their way to make me feel comfortable and reassured both before and after the operation. In addition, HSSH took care of all aspects of the process, including arranging taxis, a hotel and physiotherapy. The staff to patient ratios were excellent which was very comforting knowing you are being so well looked after. I would highly recommend HSSH to anyone considering a medical procedure.

He then carried out a thorough assessment of my knee, including its range of movement, as well as my overall posture and body mechanics. Alex explained the cause of the problem very clearly, helping me understand how it had developed and what was contributing to it. He then put together a clear treatment and rehabilitation plan to help me recover. Throughout the assessment, he made sure I was comfortable, answered all of my questions, and ensured I understood each step of the examination and the plan moving forward. I found the location of the practice easy to find and in a pleasant environment. The sports therapist, George Block was very helpful. He listened to my concerns and took quite a lot of details about health information that might be relevant to my injury. I was very surprised that he actually found the issue with my upper back because I had previously been to three different physiotherapy places and no one actually told me which muscle was causing the problem; and no one treated it; but at the Perfect Balance appointment the area causing the issue was quickly identified. I would recommend this clinic and also George who is very professional, caring, and easy to talk to.

Really glad I came here for my ultrasound. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming — no long waits, no fuss, just really efficient service that didn't feel rushed at all. The sonographer was brilliant. Took the time to explain exactly what they were looking at and what it all meant, which genuinely put my mind at ease. You don't always get that level of communication, so it really stood out. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and surprisingly stress-free.
