Mr Zaher Toumi

. I had my gastric bypass surgery with Mr Toumi on 27th April 2026 and I genuinely cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail I received has been the best medical care I’ve ever experienced. From the very beginning, I felt informed, reassured, and fully supported throughout the entire process. Mr Toumi took the time to answer every question and made me feel comfortable and confident going into surgery. The procedure itself went smoothly, and the aftercare has been exceptional. What stood out most to me was the ongoing support after surgery. Mr Toumi personally contacted me daily to check on my recovery, even over weekends and bank holidays. That level of dedication and compassion is incredibly rare and made such a difference during recovery. At one point I had some concerns, and within two hours Mr Toumi arranged for me to be seen at the hospital. I had blood tests and a CT scan within 30 minutes of arriving, and thankfully everything was ruled out quickly. The speed, efficiency, and reassurance I received during a stressful moment were outstanding, and I have never felt so well cared for by a medical professional. This surgery has already had a hugely positive impact on my life, and I truly believe the continued success comes from the amazing support system Mr Toumi and his team provide before and after surgery.

I was surprised that the rooms in the London Clinic were old, but as I did not stay overnight, it was not an issue. The staff were very friendly and efficient, however sometimes too friendly as the man who wheeled me in for my second eye (cataracts), was chatting away, when I had been sedated. As a result, I was wide awake, especially as the darkened room I lay waiting in before for my first op (with heated blankets) was not ready, and so I was in the bright lights, with people around talking and then I walked into the surgery. So the second eye op at the London Clinic was not a great experience, compared to the first, which was seamless. The food (if not the coffee!) was good afterwards and the staff attentive and responsive.

Mr Hitesh Dabasia

I saw Mr Dabasia at the Saxon Clinic in Milton Keynes about a longstanding issue in my hip area, and some recent pain in the back of my leg. He needed only a few minutes to determine that my issue was serious and urgent. He arranged an MRI scan for the following day with another appointment with him immediately afterwards. Mr Dabasia showed me the results of the scan, and carefully explained what they meant and his recommended course of action. Mr Dabasia could see that I was shocked and very concerned at what he told me. He made sure I understood all that he had said, and was patient and caring. I feel very fortunate that I was able to see Mr Dabasia.

Only problem I had was the fact that the coverage for EE is appalling in the Horder Tunbridge Wells area so my wife & I had real issues making contact. I had to use the room phone which is excellent that it’s available but it wasn’t as convenient as using our mobile phones. My suggestion is really it might be something you could make people aware of regarding signal difficulties as I am not technical at all so even trying to sort out WIFI without my wife meant I had to ask the nurses to help me. I am 79 & have a mobile phone but it doesn’t mean I can sort things out so I felt bad having to bother the nurses but wanted contacted with my wife so had to ask

Chelsfield park hospital as always been my first choice for private treatment because all the doctors I see are very good professionals. Mr Pawel Trapszo was an absolute gem who was very patient and clearly explained my symptoms and next steps. I was not comfortable at first allowing man examine my breast as that was the problem area.
