I had a truly fantastic experience at Reproclinic, and I am incredibly grateful that I chose this clinic for my egg preservation procedure. The facilities were exceptional—modern, purpose-built, and equipped with the latest technology for IVF and fertility treatments. The entire medical team was brilliant and made every step of the process comfortable and reassuring. I was fortunate to be looked after by several outstanding doctors, including Dr. Adrià Moreno Tierzo, Dr. Alicia Hernández Saborit, and Dr. Xavier Julve, who performed my egg retrieval. Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout, from the careful check-ups leading up to the procedure to the excellent results achieved. I always felt safe, informed, and in truly expert hands. Most of all, my medical coordinator, Manon, was like a fairy - an absolute diamond. She followed every request with dedication and went above and beyond to support me. Her kindness and attention made the entire journey so much easier. I attended the hospital to have planned eye surgery consisting of cataract removal, lens replacement and full thickness corneal replacement under general anaesthetic. I arrived early and was allocated to a private ensuite room with secure storage. Nurses confirmed all the necessary checks that had been conducted the previois day in pre-assessment. A nurse applied gel to my hand to numb it ready for a cannula and provided surgical stockings. The anaesthetist visited to re-confirm details and provide reassurance. The surgeon visited to review procedure and risks. The nurse accompanied me to the anaesthesia room and looked after my clothes. After fitting the cannula painlessly, after the anaesthetic I knew nothing until awakening in recovery, with a pad over the affected eye. I was taken back to my room feeling fit and well. Nurses checked on me and provided the refreshments I had ordered. The surgeon visited again to confirm the follow up appointment. Medications were made ready, with post operative guidance. My chaperone arrived to take me home. The whole thing was completed on schedule.

Since that operation, my shoulder had been in constant pain. After numerous hospital visits and rounds of physiotherapy, I was repeatedly told there was nothing wrong and that I would simply have to live with it. I was then recommended to Dr. Jagwant Singh, and from my very first appointment he recognised that something wasn’t right. He immediately sent me for an MRI scan, which revealed a bicep tear and a labral tear. He arranged the necessary surgery and successfully repaired my shoulder. I cannot thank Dr. Jagwant Singh enough. I’m now eight weeks post-op, the pain has almost completely gone, and my movement has nearly returned. From the first visit, Dr. Singh explained everything clearly, never rushed, and always took the time to answer all my questions.

All staff, including the doctor we saw, we're very friendly, made us feel at ease, and the procedure appears to have been carried out smoothly. The only thing I'd fault is the communication before the appointment, particularly the emails. They include a misleading price, the suggestion that a follow-up would not be required (when we understand that is completely normal) and we'd understood that we could/should be in the room when the procedure was taking place, which was then quite strongly advised against.

The whole experience of phoning first thing in the morning to make an appointment to have my earwax removel - through to later in morning when it was carried out felt like a “model” experience in care. My audiologist was patient, explained the process and worked efficiently to remove all the wax bringing much needed relief. She also gave me advice on oiling my ear to help the wax dispersal in future.
