The booking part of the process was the only thing that could be improved. Took a log time from seeing the consultant to being contacted. The staff member was quite abrupt and inflexible. I was on my way out of the door at the time (7.30pm) and she didn’t seem empathetic to this. No way for me to text the information required in (BUPA details which the hospital already has been sent!). So I was told to call back next day to recite the information. I was offered a single booking time…take it or leave it! The actual appointment and scan was faultless. Friendly and empathetic staff greeted me, were on time (in fact early!) and the whole process was smooth and the scans explained to me clearly and were done quickly. I am however still awaiting the results…so turn around is nearly a month from reporting my concerns about cancer recurrence,

I had an operation at this hospital few day ago on the 6th of November by the amazing consultant Mr Jag Chana! To whom I am forever grateful in how kind, caring and professional he is and the most wonderful job he’s done with my operation! As for his team of anaesthetist, his lovely nurse Kate Zimmerman and all the nurses and other stuff on the ward ( apologies that I don’t know all your names) that looked after me before and after my operation I send my sincere thanks and gratitude! Every single one of you was beyond words professional, kind, caring, friendly and respectful! I am short of words in how to thank you for all the care and kindness you showed me during my stay! The hospital is so very fortunate to have you all as their members of staff! 🌟❤️

I cannot rate my experience highly enough. Mr. Thakur and Dr. Richard the anesthetist were extremely professional and supportive and took time to clearly explain the procedure and process and answer all of my questions. The nursing staff, Steph, Brian, Natalie and Til were fantastic looking after me post op and were very friendly and supportive. The pharmacy team took great care in explaining my medication and advising on the pain relief regime to follow. Gary from the Physio team was great at explaining the rehab exercises and putting me through my paces to make sure I started my recovery in the best way. A great team, please pass on my thanks.

I attended MWH Clinic and had consultations with Ms Latthe & an ultrasound scan performed by Dr Balogun. Ms Latthe was fantastic and thoroughly addressed my health concerns - I felt very reassured. I would definitely return to Ms Latthe if I required any surgical treatment in the future. Dr Balogun was so lovely and very kind. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout & her assistant made my feel totally at ease. I cannot fault the service I have received. I had an injury last year on my left calf alongside recurring main in my right foot so wanted to get them checked. Dr Lord effectively assessed my calf, showed a very small tear, and then looked at my feet and told me there’s minor thickening in one of the tendons, which wouldn’t require any intervention but recommended physio for both including some effective stretching. Now I’ve got my report I can give to my physio and monitor it more effectively ACTUALLY knowing what’s wrong.

As an elderly gentleman, I made an appointment with Mr Karuppaiah following a nasty fall in which I severely damaged my wrist and elbow. His attention to detail was very reassuring and my personal concerns were always discussed, with no question too small. He has a reassuring presence and gentle approach. No doubt my successful operation and recovery was down to his surgical stills and knowledge. I cannot recommend Mr Karuppaiah highly enough ‘what an excellent surgeon’.

He was extremely attentive, calm, and patient with my little boy, explaining everything clearly and giving us helpful advice. You can tell he truly loves children and is passionate about his work. The results are very natural and it’s not obvious that I’ve had surgery at all, rather, I look refreshed and less tired. Being Chinese-English, I was worried I might not look like “me”. However, Ms Hawkes put me at ease and delivered amazing results whilst preserving my natural eye shape.

Initially I went to the London clinic hospital, but was redirected to the correct building.. Again, slight confusion for me in Filling in the registration form, which I then failed to hand to the consultant. I was again not sure where to wait as clinic D and E are on the same floor. This was all resolved by having an excellent interview with my chosen consultant

Gus gave clear instructions as to how each exercise would rebuild the ligament, and how it will help on my journey back to jiu jitsu. The exercises were increasingly more challenging but he made them fun and stressed the importance of building up the knee ligaments to also help with my injury.
