From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and highly organized, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The medical team displayed exceptional expertise and compassion. They took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained every step of the evaluation clearly, and provided detailed answers to all my questions. This level of communication gave me confidence and peace of mind. The facility itself was spotless, well-equipped, and designed to make patients feel comfortable. I also appreciated the efficiency—appointments were timely, and follow-up instructions were clear and easy to understand. Overall, Cleveland Clinic exceeded my expectations in every aspect of patient care. Mr Kailas Munot

I was a more complex patient for Mr Munot than usual and I had a consultation with Mr Munot where I was advised that he can definitely do the surgery but we’re not sure how the results will look and we probably won’t be able to get much implants in as it was for bilateral breast augmentation. However, once we booked surgery and went ahead etc I came out of surgery being told we could put a lot more then expected in and we think it’s gone really well so I was incredibly happy and reassured. 2 weeks later during the follow up I’m incredibly happy with the results so far and so was Mr Munot and also surprised with no creases etc from the incision due to the complexity of myself. No where near over the recovery yet or healing but so far so good and any concerns I’ve had mr Munot has responded asap which is really reassuring.

I attended Luiza’s group classes initially and then moved on to 1-to-1 sessions once I was heavily pregnant. She has an incredible ability to modify exercises to suit each person’s individual needs, even within a group setting. Her attention to detail, precision, and ability to make subtle adjustments made a huge difference to my strength and mobility throughout pregnancy. On top of that, she’s a genuinely lovely and caring person, which makes such a difference when you’re navigating pregnancy. It’s easy to see why her classes are always booked weeks in advance. Her physiotherapy background really shows and adds an extra layer of confidence and safety to everything she does.

Dr Yiannis Kallis

I had a video consultation with Dr Kallis. In the previous months I had a abdominal ultrasound scan and a CT abdomen and pelvis dual phase scan which appeared to show conflicting results. Dr Kallis explained the purpose and limitations of such scans as the reason for such conflicts, which I found understandable and reassuring. He also outlined the appropriate tests to take to clarify any remaining issues. Dr Kallis was patient and clear in responding to any questions I had. The organisation of the video consultation was very efficiently handled by his Medical Secretary. I would certainly recommend Dr Kallis

Found Dr stinvassan and P.A Damien gave the very best service. Both were very helpful and explained things very clearly, taking the time to ensure I understood what they were talking about. My appointments with Dr Srinivasan were by video consultation, which I was very dubious about not being a tech person. However it worked out very well. Brilliant. His P.A Damien was always available by phone or e mail and always responded very promptly, no matter what day or time it was. I am so pleased with help and treatment they both have given me.😀😀

I was quoted a five month wait with NHS at the Countess of Chester for a standard Ecardiogram.At Venturi Cardiology I was seen in two days. In terms of Cost Venturi were again a top performer. Whilst I cannot rate the quality of the report sent to my GP and a Cardiologist and myself completely baffled me (as you would expect)the overall service was top notch, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Prompt, on time. Comfortable waiting area, convenient parking. Filling out the details on paper seemed a bit inefficient, couldn’t this be done online before the appointment and have paper as a back up? The on site pharmacy did not stock the prescribed medication, which was a little disappointing.

Recently attended HCA Harborne as an inpatient. Every member of staff from the nurses, the caterers and the cleaner was incredibly professional. Nice room which was, as you’d expect, spotless. Nobody wants to be in hospital but HCA make the whole experience a stress free as possible
