After seriously injuring both ankles and a long recovery, it was a complete game changer when I started treatment with my physio Steph. She was friendly and professional and quickly put me at my ease. Steph was both flexible and methodical in her approach, measuring my progress, returning to exercises regularly, which I found helpful in maintaining my focus and my momentum. Steph was responsive and adjusted exercises where necessary but generally this was not needed as she pitched the pace and level of activity to be suitably challenging. Steph was goal orientated, encouraging and solution focused. It felt like I had a clear pathway to recovery and that Steph was really committed to my well-being and focused on helping me get the best outcomes. The centre have a range of treatments available including massage, podiatry and Pilates classes so that I could benefit from a holistic approach to my injuries. Steph has explained things well to me as we have gone along so that I have understood the rationale which I have really appreciated. Her expertise and care have been a huge positive during a difficult time. Thank you to Steph and all the team, I would highly recommend The Medical.

All seemed to be going well and at the close of my appointment the consultant asked me to have a blood test done outwith the Cathedral Also he advised that I should make an appointment for the operating procedure downstairs at reception. Circa end of April When I went to the desk I was advised that the member of staff was off that pm and I would receive a call tomorrow Next day I contacted my surgery about the blood sample and test. Late on my surgery called back to advise they were not willing to arrange the test as they were not treating me I received no call from Cathedrai that day The next day I waited to on and called Cathedral Spoke to Clare a few times and essence of conversation was that all was on hold as consultant on holiday and not available till 17th February Also no progress can be made with blood sample and rest even although I asked them to read my consultation notes !!! So I could comment more however this is the essence of a mot disappointing situation after my consultation

My visit was my first consultation with regard my eyes having been identified with high pressure and identified the need for cataract surgery to protect the eyes. Mr Lee was professional and very reassuring with his careful assessment of my eyes including a general eye test, his own pressure test(using high quality instruments making it much easier for my eyes), making his own assessment of my optic nerves and macular degeneration. He then clarified the benefits of the cataract operations and also, in my case, the limitations . I found this very reassuring. Further measurements using further top quality instruments were taken to inform the needed procedures. The quality of his expertise and clear explanations, including responding to my questions and anxieties has given me peace of mind and confidence in going ahead as planned. We agreed dates that enabled me to still enjoy two planned holidays. So thank you for your care.

Apprehensicw,about todays appointment lead to an afib episode prior ,on.arival professionally asked whether a studenr could be present i had no objection. He allowed me to explain my situation history and current feelings ,i did not feel ant time pressures and felt he was genuiniely listening to my concerns. Presented my options regarding my afib maling a point many tines to reassure me about my issue. I felt at ease,he didnt hokd back about my bicuspid aorta valve preparinf me for what im sure will inevitably be needing to be replaced. Talked about my exersising and current routine and advised to keep up every thing im doing suggested no increase to my medicatiin as already bradycardic and in fact this might be a trgger this i was not aware. Overall a very professional dr whom i would have no quarms about seeing

When I was referred to Miss Kerr I had little hope of a positive outcome however from the first consultation I was given clear information on how and what surgical solutions would help me. At each consultation I left feeling confident that I would be able to live without the endless pain I had been suffering for years. I need further surgery as both the right and left sides of my lower spine were impacted but at 5 weeks post op to the right side I am feeling the benefits. The care and compassion I received was outstanding and I am strangely looking forward to the next stage. Having been for a much longer and more complicated surgery, a year ago, I already knew that I would be in good hands for this, more minor procedure. The staff as so attentive and friendly, it was lovely to see most of the same familiar faces and to be remembered by them. Everything is exceptionally clean and I felt very well looked after, my consultant saw me before and after the procedure and kept me well informed. The anaesthetist also explained everything that would happen, answering any questions.

Dr Jagwant Singh will forever be remembered as long as i live for he has brought back dignity in my life by removing the ailments i have been struggling with for 5+ years. i am confident that this man is seen as a hero to everyone he has helped. i cannot thank him enough. his work, his attitude, his mannerisms inspire me to be a better person. he inspires me to encourage my future children to become like him, an orthopaedic surgeon.

I was happy about the appointment and MRI.But approaching for the report,it is too difficult.I tried to contact via the phone around 8 times but no answer.In the evening I managed to speak to someone.I sent all the requirements by email to get reports but I haven’t received the reports until Wednesday morning. Wednesday midday tried again but still same ,no one answering the phone..still waiting for the response.
