I must give a massive Shout out to Mr Oliemy and all the Fantastic team and Staff who looked after me over the Christmas period 2025 From the Porter Steve who worked his magic to get me home iain ,Alisha ,Nicky ,Karen ,Debbie and all the B8 Ward Staff to the incredible anaesthetist team who helped me through one of the most difficult periods of my Life and of course the Skill and dedication of the Surgeons I am really overwhelmed humbled and so Grateful we have these people who are there when we need them literally saving Lives on a daily basis without a song and dance just all going over and beyond the Call of Duty. I was an online client. My first day and many following days, a laptop was placed somewhere (usually with a very minimal view of part of the room) whilst people in the room had a conversation (often it was staff as other patients had left the room/ spent a lot of time waiting for groups to start/ group leaders). Group timings etc weren't stuck to or structured and there seemed no consistency. The hardest part was having to have an 'assessment' i.e. go through my life background in detail (including trauma) a total of 5 times with different members of staff. I'm sorry to say (and likely it's different in person) but there didn't seem to be any genuine care whatsoever. It was a waste of time for me attending here sadly.

He has an incredibly kind demeanour, He was clear and articulate in presenting my condition to me and he listened to my concerns allowing me time to fully comprehend and consider my options. We made a decision for a future plan together and I felt understood and supported every step of the way. I have 100% confidence in him as a consultant and would be more than happy to recommend him to anyone with a knee problem. Thank you for really looking after me, I was in so much pain but now I’m able to at least get back to work.

Positive perks - the waiting room had adjustable height chairs meaning I didn't have to struggle getting in and out of chairs! Dr Chinoy didn't judge me, or make me feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience (something I have grown accustomed to from the nhs). Despite my symptoms not fitting in with his specialities he recommended a colleague who he feels confident would be able to meet my needs. Although private care is hard on my wallet as a self funder, the advice, treatment and service I received overall made it more than worthwhile.

I can’t recommend David highly enough. I went in feeling 'off' and he was able to confirm that exactly how I was feeling was reflected directly in my blood tests. It was such a relief to have my symptoms validated by the data rather than feeling like it was all in my head. He explained the results clearly and started a treatment plan that has been life-changing. I’m now feeling in great health, with a huge boost in my motivation and overall energy. He was able to explain clearly the reasons for all the preliminary tests and answered questions fully in terms that I could understand. He exuded confidence and professionalism and was very thorough in his preparations for surgery. He made himself available for questions and gave clear and comprehensive answers. My surgery went very well and I felt safe and cared for by the Professor and his team throughout the process.

Whilst all staff were friendly and professional from the reception staff to the dentist. My appointment was 10 o'clock but I was not seen until 10:25 without any courteous apology or advise of the delay until I was in with the dentist. I appreciate that delays can happens with the treatment of the customers before me but a courteous apology and advice of the estimated wait would have been appreciated as my car was parked in a pay and display area.

Dr Rouhani is knowledgeable, efficient and has an air of quiet confidence. She made the experience easy and was also very open to seeing if I had any other dermatological issues unrelated to the one I presented with, as she was happy to look at those too. She explains things in a clear manner. Overall a 5* experience. I would not look elsewhere for another Dermatologist!
