I endured a horrific accident about 10 years ago when I fell (I believe due to a drink being spiked) and fractured two of my front teeth, one so badly that I had to have root canal work done and a crown fitted, I was devastated to learn that the root canal had failed and had caused an infection which would require further and costly dental work. The staff at Vermilion couldn't have done any better in how they treated me throughout the course of treatment which spanned 3 months. Dr Treagus in particular, must be highly commended, as despite his struggles in drilling through the crown (due to metalwork within the crown) to enable him to carry out the treatment, persevered and kept me informed at every stage, detailing worst case scenarios and explaining very directly what my options were. He and his colleagues managed to create a calm, and at times humorous environment which really helped to take my mind off the seriousness of what needed to be done and what could go wrong. I highly recommend the practice for their professionalism, and sheer determination to achieve a good outcome for me.

I arrived 10 minutes early and found a parking space opposite the main entrance. I reported to reception who directed me the check in where I was booked in and directed to the waiting area. Only a couple of minutes later I was called for my scan, shown where to put my belongings and then directed to the MRI scanning room. Here I was explained thoroughly what would happen and then I went into the scanner for 15-20 minutes. When I came out I was told my results would be sent to my doctor in about 2 weeks and then advised I was free to go home. I have no complaints and don’t think you could improve on the service. Very well done to you all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bernie.

I greatly appreciated the careful diagnosis of my hip and spine issues by Mr Ud-Din after having suffered considerable pain and lack of mobility for too long. The operation was nearly painless and I was kept informed of progress throughout. My hospital stay was 26 hours in total and I was released to go home with all the requisite medicines. Because of the quality of the surgery I was a able to walk without crutches and painkillers after about four weeks. This was aided by physio Tom Murray. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Ud-Din and his team to anyone needing hip surgery

Rebecca and Lisa both looked after me when I was in recently for a gender scan and genetic testing. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. After getting my bloods done I felt a little faint and the care I was given by both of them was outstanding. They also made finding out the gender of our first baby incredibly special & wholesome. I have been coming for a few years now and have always been happy. However yesterday you had a receptionist that I have not met before who I found to be very abrupt, rude and unhelpful. She told me that I could not book a 4pm appointment as you don't do this. However I have always had a 4pm appointment. She said that she would book me for 4pm, but said that the clinic may be closed and I may not be seen. I usually deal with a very lovely lady called Michaela and this has never been an issue.

amazing. I had keyhole surgery for a groin hernia. I was discharged the same day with zero pain and zero discomfort and it stayed like that throughout the recovery ( and no need for any pain relief or laxatives). I was out walking the next day and moderately active ( but avoiding lifting) throughout the recover period. The hernia is now completed fixed As I said to Mr Marshall " it was as though you'd never been in there and it's been fixed my magic".
