I had done lot of research prior to my initial consultation, upon meeting Mr Hoo, I knew that Mr Hoo would be my surgeon of choice. Mr Hoo answered all of my questions, showed me before and after photos of previous surgeries and I felt reassured with my decision. I meet with Pauline (Mr Hoo’s nurse) who answered any further questions and discussed post operative restrictions etc with me. On the morning of the surgery, I met with Mr Hoo to answer any questions and complete markings. I was not nervous at all as I felt in very safe hands. Mr Hoo’s professionalism and caring nature was evident from the onset which I feel contributed to my calmness pre theatre. Mr Hoo came to see me post surgery and to answer any further questions. Vanessa S is the perfect person for her role and puts people at ease immediately. She secured me a hearing test and a consultation appointment on the same day. She also helped me with some of the administrative elements of using my private healthcare as the process has changed since I last used it. Very helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring. I was greeted on arrival, immediately shown to the waiting area and taken straight through to my first appointment, even though I was a few minutes early. Cannot fault the service I received and the care and professionalism was consistent throughout.

His P.A Damien was always available by phone or e mail and always responded very promptly, no matter what day or time it was. I am so pleased with help and treatment they both have given me.😀😀

Dr Vyas was exceptional with our 9 year old son who has chronic cough. He took time speaking to and examining him. He also undertook tests which all seemed appropriate and pertinent to what his presenting symptoms were. We saw him quickly and he maintained contact whilst the tests and results took place. He then took the time to explain everything and alleviated our concerns regarding any serious pathology. He then formed a clear and structured management plan. We would highly recommend him if you have children and are concerned!

My knee has recovered very well and it has not been a bad experience at all. I was terrified before the operation but I was reassured by the anaesthetist that I would be fine. Prompt, on time. Comfortable waiting area, convenient parking. Filling out the details on paper seemed a bit inefficient, couldn’t this be done online before the appointment and have paper as a back up? The on site pharmacy did not stock the prescribed medication, which was a little disappointing.
