From the very first appointment, he was incredibly kind, patient and thorough. His professionalism was outstanding, yet he balanced it with genuine compassion. He went above and beyond to make sure I was scanned as quickly as possible and kept me fully updated with every step and result along the way. It made an overwhelming situation feel so much more manageable. I would highly recommend Dr Hawary to anyone experiencing similar issues. I’ll certainly continue to see him for future appointments — his care has been exceptional.

I had an excellent experience at Vitalscan. The whole team was incredibly professional and welcoming from start to finish. The radiographers — Abdo, Mahmoud, and Alice — were absolutely brilliant. They made me feel completely at ease and explained everything clearly before the scan. Their professionalism and kindness were outstanding. Jamie and Safia, the imaging assistants, were also fantastic — so friendly and reassuring throughout. And a special thanks to Mickey at reception, who was extremely helpful, polite, and made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free. Honestly, one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had in the UK. Highly recommend Vitalscan for anyone needing an MRI or any imaging service.

Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital

I had a number of appointments to see Mr Warr at the Nuffield, and it was always administered well and on time. On the day of the surgery there was initially some confusion on which hospital room I was assigned to but that was cleared up fairly quickly - it was 7am so perhaps a beginning of shift handover issue. The nurses were caring, professional, attentive and very friendly before and after the operation. The anaesthetist visited and was very clear explaining the process, friendly and reassuring. A very good experience. I also appreciated that my parents could be with me before the operation as I'm quite young and not used to being in hospital. Overall a very good experience. Thank you.

Avni is absolutely brilliant and I cannot recommend her enough. She started treated me during pregnancy but I have continued to see her after. Avni is really caring and intuitive and the only osteopath that I have been to who really manages to address any pain that I have been experiencing. She doesn't insist that you come back week after week, unless the treatment specifically requires a few sessions. She takes a holistic approach to wellness and provides really useful tips and recommendations that have helped me in all aspects of life.

On arrival everything was explained, my operation was carried out with minimum waiting time, the nurses and anaesthetist were excellent, as was the surgeon, the next thing I recall is being in the recovery room and being wheeled back to my room, very good after care with constant visits from staff. I was able to leave hospital after one night, now six weeks later following expert advice from physio my knee is improving all the time. I would fully recommend the Norwich Spire Hospital.

Nr Casula met me on a Tuesday. He was very clear how serious my condition had become and that prompt action was necessary. The following Monday I was admitted for the minimally invasive procedure to replace my aortic valve. I had so few complications. Everything seemed to progress as a textbook case. I cannot thank him more highly for an amazing recovery. I came home on day four after the operation and have felt better and better ever since.

Dr Lord is the absolute best. She is a world renowned Obgyn, she really looks after her patients and cares deeply for the mothers. She's highly competent and trustworthy, for example she will only recommend tests she thinks are necessary, and not adding unnecessary costs. She has a fantastic team of paediatricians, general practice and mental health professionals. A wonderful new facility in London and connected to the London Clinic.

Dr Sothinathan Gurunathan

Dr. Sothinathan was friendly, thorough and attentive during initial visit through to my treadmill echo and cardiac scan. He explained my results clearly and advised next steps. I appreciated his professionalism and the time he took to answer all my questions. The clinic staff were friendly and efficient, making each visit stress-free. Highly recommend Dr. Sothinathan for excellent and compassionate cardiac care.

Downstairs work being done to the building. Noisy and lots of stuff/materials over the waiting room floor. I found the whole experience poor considering this is a private paying surgery. I understand the work needs to be done, however for a patient it is not ideal by a long shot. Not a relaxing atmosphere or acceptable. This is the second time I have been and the same building work being done.

I delivered my baby at the Portland Hospital in July 2025. I loved the entire experience and do not have anything bad to say. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are comfortable. I had so much support with breastfeeding and looking after a newborn as a first time mum. I was treated with dignity and compassion and I am very grateful that I was able to deliver my baby here.

Dr.Giovanni Luigi De Maria was very clear in explaining his considered opinion of the cause of my heart pains, shortness of breath and tightness of chest. He then explained the 2 possible ways to deal with the problem. After agreeing to submit myself for a coronary angiogram he promised to try and arrange this quickly, probably within 3 or 4 weeks.

I had a 4D pregnancy scan with Deirdre yesterday and i am very pleased. She is very professional and efficient, explains everything to you very well and gives you a great understanding of any details of the scan.
