I recently visited Newmedica, Worcester for an assignment after which they offered me next day surgery as they'd had a cancellation. I found all the staff right from reception to nursing to doctors, were warm, welcoming and excellent, each and every staff member I met at Worcester were absolutely wonderful, from the moment I arrived to the moment they discharged me. I can't recommend them highly enough. The waiting room was pleasant, there was thoughtful touches such as complementary drinks available, the clinic is modern and clean. Went in with our 14 week old for a tongue tie consultation as the NHS wouldn’t see her as she was over 12 weeks. Mira explained everything thoroughly and in a way non medical people would understand, she was also amazing with a tired, hungry, grumpy baby. She diagnosed the tongue tie within seconds of looking in her mouth and cut it there and then with the help of the nurse. Baby cried understandably but next to no bleeding and was feeding with 5 minutes. Mira has worked a miracle and it’s like having a different baby. Thank you so much from one very tired, emotional breastfeeding mother, you are amazing!!

Antonia explained in simple and straightforward detail the process of either a root canal or extraction depending on what she would advise after she carried out a fresh, post antibiotics course. In the event the tooth was badly cracked down the root so was not suitable for root canal treatment. Each step of the extraction process was explained. The procedure was completed. Antonia was the epitomy of pleasant professionalism. If it is not already the case, I would like to be assigned to Antonia as my dentist!
