Very professional friendly and explained everything. Was not a 5 min extraction as he had to cut out my deep roots and my rear root was holding on. Afterwards he was scraping cleaning bone cavitations for a long time before cleaning and using ozone to sterilise the debrided socket. Applying PRF, membrane and bone graft was quick. Unfortunately I'm not sure it has got all the infection though as today Saturday it's been getting worse and I smell the fecal smell from gum.. I will be calling 111 to ask for dental antibiotics if it gets worse. Dr Pitamber and his team were great, but I fear my failed root canal has festered undiscovered far too long. Root canals are not a good idea. My root cracked and festered for years making me ill. At least I'm feeling better energy wise, if still in pain. Hopefully my body will overcome the residual infection.

We found TCM on google and the reviews seemed really good. My wife and I had been TTC for many years naturally but also involves some surgical procedures that had a negative impact. There was no monthly cycle for almost a year before we found TCM and gave it a go. Professor Au was friendly and thorough during the first consultation and referred us for a blood test. The conclusion was a severe hormonal imbalance that was probably a stress and trauma response to a number of things. Long story short after 10 weeks of following the course of custom remedies we had a breakthrough. My wife went from borderline clinical menopause to having a full on healthy period. We are now one major step closer to realising our dream of conceiving. Thank you so much to the TCM team!!

My follow-up appointment showed that the bilateral cataract operations on 3rd Sept had a better than expected result. My distance vision has improved so much that my driving glassss actually reduced the clarity. My near signt is improving by the day, proved by being able to read the time print here! I just may not need glassss. As for the colours: wow! They are now so viberant. The daglow hue of gas will wow me for a very long time. My deepest thank you to Mr Ratnarajan, Sally and everyone else who made this possible for me and so many others. I could write so much more, that actual operation, so slick, no pain just in awe of the whole proceedure, the hospital, staff, unexpected welcome light meal .. etc. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

On the day of surgery everything from my choice of post-op beverage to calming nerves was taken care of. I had elected to have bilateral cataract removal and Mr Elalfy made me feel fully confident at every stage of the operation. The operation was swift and excitingly successful. Very well organised and everything happened as they explained. Mr F talked me through the procedure and has a very calming voice. I did not experience any pain but just some solution in my eyes and it was over in minutes. My sight recovered quickly with long sight clearing first and then near vision after less than 2 days. I can read without glasses and my long vision is better than 20.20 in fact I managed to read most of the bottom line on the chart.

The care at the Portland was beyond what I was expecting from the experience. Not only did they care for me, they also made sure my husband was looked after too. My only issue was actually trying to book in with the Portland - it wasn’t clear what the process was and a few of the booking staff at the were rude when I was asking questions. In the end it was my consultant that was able to support me through this.
