We met him in October (2024) after having been at another fertility clinic and enduring multiple challenges and failures. He took the time to tailor a treatment plan specifically to our needs (something we hadn’t experienced before) and made regular checks to monitor progress, adjusting as needed. No question ever felt too small; he welcomed every conversation with patience and genuine care. His deep investment in our journey was clear from the start. We immediately understood how it should be/should’ve been. We are very grateful for his guidance on our fertility journey. To our amazement, we became pregnant after just one round of IVF, and only three months after meeting him. Given all we’d been through, we had expected a much longer road ahead. Now, we’re just four months away from meeting our baby girl, and we couldn’t be more grateful or excited! There are no words adequate to express our appreciation for the exceptional care he gave us!

Ms Shikha did my surgery for full hysterectomy. It all went very well my recovery wasn’t that smooth after but soon after I got better with the help of shika and team constantly checking in on me and me being able to reach out. Already (and only a little after a week) I am seeing life changing results , having suffered 27 years day in day out. Mr Yamoah has changed my life and I will forever be grateful. For almost ten years my GP told me I had IBS and wouldn’t take my pain seriously. All staff, including the doctor we saw, we're very friendly, made us feel at ease, and the procedure appears to have been carried out smoothly. The only thing I'd fault is the communication before the appointment, particularly the emails. They include a misleading price, the suggestion that a follow-up would not be required (when we understand that is completely normal) and we'd understood that we could/should be in the room when the procedure was taking place, which was then quite strongly advised against.

The hospital itself was great and senior nursing staff on the day were informative and professional. My anaesthetist was phenomenal as was my amazing surgeon. However I had a bad experience with one of the health care assistants who wouldn’t let me use the bathroom and led to a bit of a weird experience. Plus when I got my stitches out two weeks later the nurse couldn’t see the stitches and she gave the tweezer to my fiancé who actually ended up getting the final ones out.
