The online booking system was very simple to use, with plenty of available days and times to choose from, which made scheduling extremely convenient. Dr Sinha was warm, professional, and very knowledgeable. She carried out a thorough physical examination and asked detailed questions about my symptoms and family medical history. I felt she genuinely listened and took the time to understand my concerns. She provided clear and helpful advice and recommended a series of tests to investigate further. The first test was arranged and completed within 24 hours, and the next one was booked within a week, which shows how efficient the process was. Overall, my experience was very positive. I felt reassured and confident in her care, and I’m very glad I chose to see Dr Sinha. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive and knowledgeable doctor.

I was seen at breast clinic as a precautionary investigation I was nervous but I was met with such friendly natural staff which instantlymmade me feel at ease i was checked by the Dr then sent for a mammogram and then aent for an Uktrasound scan I am pleased to report that everything was normal and no concerns I thanked the dr profusely when he told me that everything was normal and i spoke highly to him about my having all the results within the time i was there I cannot thank you enough and thank the NHS for sending me there as I would not have ever wanted to wait for breast cancer screening results so to have them on the same night was so reassuring Thank you a nmillion times S

The toilets were yet again filthy. For the second time I complained. I appreciate that nothing will change, but I discussed not only with the nurse, but also with front desk that the hygiene level was very low indeed. In a private facility this is a disgrace. Further, I found that any details given on a prior visit had not updated onto the current registration form. While I came in after 6.30 pm, i have seen the awful queues for registration at earlier times. Your reception person was on his own and was also on his own on the prior visit, and the paperwork took far too long. You need more than one person on the front desk. Overall, the clinic is poor.

Fantastic service received by everyone one at the hospital. Including reception, nurses when attending pre op appointments. On day of surgery was attended by Lisa asking my requirements regarding food etc and clearly stated if I had any allergies etc and nothing was to much trouble. I was referred to Claire for physio as I have been suffering from bad back pain from around 20 weeks pregnant. Claire is so knowledgeable and really took the time to figure out what was going on and explain it clearly. Overall, it was a great experience. My only suggestion would be to consider allowing patients to complete any required forms online in advance of their appointment. Being asked to fill out paper forms upon arrival—particularly after having already completed information online—feels a little outdated and could be streamlined for greater convenience.
