From beginning to end what a warm and comforting environment. I don’t think the people that make the difference always get the feedback they deserve. Mr Basu was extremely kind and even referred to my dad in his call as he’s just passed away and I’d mentioned him. Sarah gascoigne from my initial call to book me in for my vacuum assisted biopsy I’ll add I suffer with anxiety and even though dreading it her personality and the way she spoke to me on email calls and holding my hand / leg lol just made the process possible. Shamima was also so kind and supportive and finally Dr Telesca you were so lovely and approached me in the best way possible so professional yet warming and just made me feel it was going to be ok. I attended saint marys hospital over a week ago with severe pain from a gallbladder infection. I was informed my infection markers were very high. I was given antibiotics and told to wait several weeks before I could have the gallbladder removed. Then I met Dr Navaratne and his team who arranged for me to have the surgery straightaway. The surgery went amazingly well and my pain improved immediately. I was discharged just two days after the emergency gallbladder removal and I am so grateful to Dr Navaratne, his team and the hospital

I have no complaints at all about the procedure carried out by Dr James Hickey. The procedure was a BCC removal and required several stitches in my thigh, but I can honestly say that it was completely painless and I felt totally relaxed at all times. Dr Hickey was very good at communicating everything that he was doing before, during and after the procedure.

Went in for atrial fibrillation ablation procedure. Couldn't have gone better went in slightly late but whole procedure was very smooth. I felt fully informed of what was going on and in safe hands all the way through. Came out the other side with very little pain or discomfort and feel very confident that this procedure will be a success, even though I am aware and have been informed that it's around 70-80% in reality. Overall can't fault Dr. Eysenk at all

I visited the clinic to discuss removal of a lesion on my eyelid. Having spoken to the consultant Mt Murray I decided to have it removed. I returned two weeks later to have the surgery. All the staff were very supportive and took time to explain the whole procedure to me. In particular Jenny took great care of me and made sure I felt as relaxed as I could be. Everything went to plan and I would like to thank everybody that was involved.
