Asked to be 15 mins early for scan, but then not called until 30 mins or so after time of appointment without any prior indication of running late (perhaps because it was at 6pm ). Head scanner was still busy so junior radiologer kindly chatted to me for 15 mins after I'd changed to kill time. Having been told it would take 15 mins, scan took about 45 mins and team forgot to talk to me or put music on despite me saying I was a bit claustrophic (but can get by ok). Then at 8pm, no doubt in rush to scan next person, they didn't remove cannula so i wandered around to find another staff member to do that who happily obliged. Not a major problem but not up to Cleveland usual standards. Staff were all very friendly though, but perhaps clinic shouldn't book in patients at end of day if they can't really handle them properly.

Dr Reid welcomed me into a comfortable room at the wellness hub, she immediately put me at ease made sure I was settled and ready to begin. After one hour, Dr Reid summarised what she saw as the key priorities to getting me back on an even keel, suggesting a clear approach to addressing my intersecting issues. I felt I was in good hands and I'm now looking forward to my follow up appointment to start my treatment plan towards recovery. I only wish I’d followed my instincts sooner and booked in months ago.

I’m so grateful to have had the most amazing experience with Eugene as my consultant. He was so kind and welcoming and made me feel at ease from start to finish. He did his absolute best to meet my birth preferences and made me feel really comfortable and listened to. I cannot say thank you enough to Mr Malek He made me feel so at ease with everything and gave clear explanations of what to expect The whole process from start to finish was very well organised, with plenty of notice for appointments I was treated by every staff member with kindness and dignity with nothing being too much trouble I was greeted on operation day and taken to my room then looked after until time for my op Afterwards the nurse arranged for food and a cup of tea I stayed overnight and was assisted on multiple occasions to use the lavatory The following day I was shown how to handle stairs before being allowed home I am sure this has helped towards my speedy recovery

The arrangements for my appointment were clear and I was able to park easily. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and staff at every level were kind, helpful and polite. Rishi did a great surgery on my badly shattered clavicle which was broken in multiple places. It was pinned together nicely without needing to take bone graph from elsewhere on my body. He also did some ligament reconstruction and soft tissue repair. The scar was very neat and healed well and I'm very pleased with the result. I don't notice the plate and I'm expecting a full recovery. The whole process was also quick and efficient. Surgery was 2 days after initial consultation. He explained the process clearly and candidly which was reassuring. If I were to break the other clavicle I know who my preferred surgeon would be.

My overall experience at the clinic was exceptional. When I first booked my appointment it was scheduled for a week later, but I asked whether there might be any cancellations before then. Dr Tang was simply wonderful. He was very kind, gentle and understanding of my worries and health problem. He explained the procedures well and reassured me. After the endoscopies he reported back and explained clearly what he had found. All the staff at Hadley Wood were also extremely friendly, competent and reassuring, particularly Nurse Grace. Dr Tangs secretary was extremely efficient and friendly. She was quick to respond to my messages and ensured my consultations and treatment happened smoothly and speedily.

I met Rishi as I had a frozen shoulder from a previous dislocation. He was totally professional and explained about the cause and possible treatments. Lovely helpful doctor, didn't feel rushed, was listened too. Only reason no 5 star was hard to get through to reception and the inconvenience of being sent a letter for telephone appointment instead of agreed face to face appointment and not being able to get through to reception until the 11th hour to confirm and endure we had the correct appointment. Hospital was clean and looked well kept and staff were very friendly and attentive.

Everything was good but the house keeper was rude . when i came to the building i don’t know which button to press and there was board (if you have any issue you can contact house keeper . I press that button and i told him i have medical appointment he was like do you appointment with me ,he was so rude . He could simply say that press number 15 thats it . But my experience with doctors and other staff was excellent.

The whole procedure went extremely well I followed all the post operative procedures to a T which I am sure assisted in a relatively quick recovery. I was able to resume driving after six weeks with the exception of a little stiffness in my hip which I am told will pass in time I am back walking and doing all the things I could before the problem arose.
