I go to alien aesthetics in worcester and i honestly couldn’t recommend them enough they are so amazing and trustworthy ! Everyone has a medical background in the business, which personally I think it is so important. You are in much safer hands when your practitioner has proper medical training, and it really shows in the care you get and the results you get . They even have a 24/7 aftercare line, which is such a comfort especially when you have just had a fresh procedure. It really shows how much they care about their clients safety and wellbeing. What I really love is that they will only ever do what’s best for you. They are honest and will tell you if it’s too much for your body to take all at once. They genuinely care about achieving natural , balanced results rather than just saying yes to everything and take your money. Even a colleague at work goes there and a family member and they could not recommend them enough either. We all agree the whole team is so professional and friendly and genuinely care about getting the best and safe results for yourself individually The team make you feel completely comfortable , they explain everything clearly , and genuinely care about your results . Everyone is so friendly and kind to talk to. I always reccomend them to anyone considering getting filler or botox procedures, or anyone who wants a dissolve and to start fresh after bad experiences else where. So many places offer cheap deals but cut corners. Alien aesthetics are so professional, safe , and absolutely worth every penny. I recently underwent keyhole surgery for fibroid removal under the care of Mr Ganjewar at Shirley Oaks Hospital and I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional treatment I received. From the very first consultation, Mr Ganjewar was patient, informative, and reassuring taking the time to talk me through various options from non surgical to surgical treatment. I opted for keyhole surgery and he explained the procedure in detail and answered all my questions. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I was pleased at how minimal the discomfort and scarring were thanks to the keyhole approach. The post operative support from all the medical team was outstanding; Mr Ganjewar and the medical team followed up closely to ensure I was healing well and comfortable throughout my recovery. I would highly recommend Mr Ganjewar to anyone considering fibroid surgery, he is exceptional surgeon.

I couldn’t find where I needed to go at first due to the CT scanner lorry being in front of the hospital sign and no other sign and map showing where the Spencer hospital was. When I did find it and after filling in my paperwork I had to go to the fracture clinic where my appointment was. There were no signs to say where to sit (a simple sign saying Spencer hospital patients please wait here would have helped). A lot of patients were wandering around aimlessly trying to work out where to go. It took those of us that had worked it out t tell them. I waited over half an hour for my appointment (I know things get behind and different patients need longer).

I had a orthoscopic repair of the knee following an injury. I cannot express enough gratitude and admiration for Dr. Dehne. At my first visit i was slighty anxious and skeptical about the outcome of the procedure. He was very detail and made me at ease. Furthermore, he was judious about chance of full recovery. The procedure was without complication and i didn't require any pain relief following discharge. The surgery itself was a resounding success, a testament to his meticulous skill and expert precision. I had an upper blephoraplasty and lower pinch operation on my eyes. From the initial consultation through to the operation and follow up appointments all of the staff have been amazing. They are friendly, professional and very reassuring, which is essential when you are a nervous patient. Nothing is too much trouble. The clinic is spotless and has a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. My surgeon, Professor Miranda, fully explained the procedure and is friendly and approachable. Lewis who is the surgical coordinator is an absolute gem and a pleasure to talk with. Overall, I highly recommend the clinic

Receptionist who is on always makes my son feel welcome and allows him to speak comfortably and puts him at ease. dr Amrita is amazing with my son and I don’t know how she manages to make it look so easy when I know it definitely is not and my son gets extreme anxiety at times. She really is good with children especially with autism and makes them feel empowered and in control and does not pressurise when not needed. Happy kids set up in the only dentist my son will allow to see now. We travel quite far for appointments but it is worth it thank goodness for happy kids.

All the doctors, psychiatric nurses and reception team are outstanding. It's a small thing, but I wish that there was hand cream supplied in the toilets. This may not be the "fault" of The London Psychiatry Centre as they do not own the building, but they could put in a request to the appropriate people. I spend thousands of pounds there so it would be a small but appreciated gesture. Even my hair dressing salon supplies hand cream!
