Communication is not at all a strong point of RTN diagnostics. I was told, I , as-well as my designated persons had to fill in online questionnaires . It took several communications for the questionnaires to be sent out to them . My brother who was the main person and only relative RTN wanted to fill in my developmental questionnaire never has received any communications whatsoever despite them telling me they had sent it to him several times. One of the problems I faced was that I do not have any living relative or friend who knew me in childhood, apart from my brother, but he is 3 years younger than me, so in light of this I was instructed to fill in my background questionnaire myself , to the best of my ability as he would be less likely to know the answers. I was also requested to send in further evidence including a medical summary report , school reports and my personal symptom observations. I had school reports from juniors through to secondary school so I proceeded to send those in to the requesting email . This turned out to be wrong because when I chased it up they said it should have been sent to different department/email , and it had not been subsequently forwarded to them. I was not informed of the correct email previously. This obviously delayed and wasted time. Finally I was told that RTN had everything they needed to move forward with the assessment. I was told it would take 3 months to get the final appointment with the psychiatrist who would go through my adhd outcome report With me. after three months I had not heard anything so I had to chase RTN to see when I would get an appointment. When I was finally given an appointment it was cancelled the afternoon before by the psychiatrist stating they required my brother to fill in the background form (they had told me to fill in ) he still to this day has not received it. It was frustrating so I put in a formal complaint because I had taken unpaid leave as a carer to be able to attend my appointment which they cancelled last minute giving an excuse that frankly did not stand because they had been informed about my lack of family to fill in my developmental form months beforehand. When I eventually got my appointment the psychiatrist I was allocated was changed again and then I was informed my report had not been written out completely by the assessor and therefore some of the one hour allocated was going to have to taken up by him having to ask some questions that he said he needed to make the assessment. He also said that it would have been easier if he had my school reports. I informed him that I had sent them as requested twice. He had to search online to find them., he basically was unprepared for my adhd review. He read the school reports to me during my appointment. It seemed to me that it was all being done on the fly. One thing I also noticed is that I seemed to be assessed (in my opinion) according to male adhd symptoms/criteria. I donot feel that RTN have managed this whole procedure efficiently nor professionally. They lack good communication cancel appointments last minute and arrive at the final adhd report review unprepared. I feel the whole process has been made unnecessarily stressful. From start to finish it has taken one whole year. I chose RTN diagnostics as part of the nhs right to chose. I would not recommend.

    Dr. Pallavi Latthe

I visited for the reason of a displaced IUD. I was being told over and over by my GP that symptoms were nothing to worry about even when I suggested I felt was an infection. I was given a time frame of 7 weeks just for the SCAN to find it, let alone being referred to gynaecology to actually get it removed. I enquired with Spire and was given an appointment with Dr. Latthe for a consultation within 2 days. When I went to my consultation, Dr. Latthe sat and really listened to my complaints before doing anything. She took what I said into consideration, made me feel really comfortable and reassured my feelings about the situation. She managed the coil removal, despite it being tricky and made what is a generally very unpleasant experience as good as it could possibly could be. She explained what she was doing at each step, asked my preference on things and kept it as painless as possible. I was thrilled with the care I received from Dr. Latthe. I would recommend her to anyone, especially when it feels like your regular GP isn't listening and anxiety is getting the better of you. Thank you doctor, you're a legend :)

Shalini was absolutely incredible from the moment I met her, through the birth of our baby girl and all the after care she gave us. I chose to have an elective caesarian and the whole procedure was very calm and combined with the anaesthetist she chose, Sam, I could not have felt in safer and more expert hands. I have experienced many doctors over the years and Shalini truly stands out - she is not only a brilliant obstetrician but also takes a wonderfully holistic approach to the care of her patients - she made me feel so held as I knew she cared so much about me and our baby girl. I can’t describe what a difference it made to me and we will all be eternally grateful to her. I would say that shalini would be the perfect choice for anyone including those who have experienced anxiety and depression as she takes into account the whole person. We are planning to try for our second baby and are already looking forward to having Shalini with us on that journey again.

Apprehensicw, about todays appointment lead to an afib episode prior ,on.arival professionally asked whether a studenr could be present i had no objection. He allowed me to explain my situation history and current feelings ,i did not feel ant time pressures and felt he was genuiniely listening to my concerns. I felt at ease,he didnt hokd back about my bicuspid aorta valve preparinf me for what im sure will inevitably be needing to be replaced. Talked about my exersising and current routine and advised to keep up every thing im doing suggested no increase to my medicatiin as already bradycardic and in fact this might be a trgger this i was not aware. Dr A Ashish has cared for me for over 12 months and has been outstanding throughout my treatment. He is highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable, and has played a key role in my diagnosis and ongoing management of bronchiectasis and asthma. He has a lovely manner — always clear, kind, and considerate — and takes the time to listen, answer questions, and put me completely at ease. Each appointment ends with a clear and well-thought-out management plan, which gives me real confidence between reviews. Dr Ashish is an excellent consultant and I would not hesitate to highly recommend him. Thank you.

I was extremely nervous having had a bad cataract surgery experience previously. However the staff went out of the way to make me feel comfortable, with a particular shout out to Bruce who was calm, funny, knowledgeable and held my hand throughout the procedure. Mr Ainsworth was warm and kind, it was good to meet him before the surgery. The whole procedure was explained and was over so quickly. It was a very personalised experience and my recovery has been quick and straightforward. I cannot recommend Newmedica highly enough, particularly for nervous patients.

Dr Wronka performed a total right hip replacement on me in mid-November last year. I met him first at a consultation, then again on the morning of my surgery and also that afternoon after surgery. I also saw him for a follow-up appointment in January. He has a very kind professional manner and took time to explain the procedure itself as well as what to expect afterwards. He was direct and explained things clearly, answering my questions fully. The whole experience was superb and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. Excellent.

Mr Nawar is a fantastic consultant and surgeon. He listened to my concerns and issues, provided a clear explanation of the options available to me without being overly technical and was very supportive of my decision. Not quite knowing what to expect, the surgery itself (total abdominal hysterectomy) and recovery have been a revelation and this is down to Mr Nawar's expertise and calm and caring approach. He showed great care before, during and after my surgery and I would 100% recommend Mr Nawar. Thank you!

I visited the clinic to discuss removal of a lesion on my eyelid. Having spoken to the consultant Mt Murray I decided to have it removed. I returned two weeks later to have the surgery. All the staff were very supportive and took time to explain the whole procedure to me. In particular Jenny took great care of me and made sure I felt as relaxed as I could be. Everything went to plan and I would like to thank everybody that was involved.

My visit was well run with all preparations going smoothly. Apparently it was rather difficult to waken me after the operation and therefore had to remain overnight. I was told that I would be contacted approximately four weeks after, but this didn’t happen. I would have liked to have been explained the reason for the problem with my awakening as it might be useful should I need a general anaesthetic in the future.

I had my first implant procedure and although I was a little 'wary' of the procedure, Jeremy and his nurse could not have done more to put me at ease. The process really felt like nothing as long as the 2 hours allocated and today I received a follow up call (as promised) by their practise manager - I could only report that I have no negative after effects, no pain, no bruising etc.

My friends are very impressed with the results even after one week. This is honestly the first time I have put myself and I am delighted I did. This was not vanity but a step to look the age I feel.
