We made contact with Mr Sabatini after 3 failed IVF rounds, undergone in a well known IVF clinic in our local area. Mr Sabatini was recommended to us by another Obs and Gyne doctor, as our main reason for infertility was due to a male factor (my husband is a Cystic Fibrosis Carrier) . From the very first email, Preet (Mr Sabatini’s secretary) was approachable and very kind. We started our IVF journey with them in September 2024. He showed us compassion and knowledge from the first follow up, he knew the problems we have been facing and he gave us clear options and a plan of care. There is never a straight answer with IVF, but we felt reassured and understood by him. He gave us hope but he was always very honest with us. During the whole process, he recommended Karyotype testing for both me and my husband, blood tests and investigations, to understand better our situation. We always had the choice to get this tests done where he recommended or to other clinics of our choice. We felt accompanied and informed by Mr Sabatini and Preet, every step of the way. During the different phases of the Ovarian Stimulation they organised follow up visits, Ultrasound checks, Blood tests and Medications. He adjusted the different doses depending on the response of my body to the Therapy. He guided us through the whole process and we had our procedures (Egg collection and PESA) with him to the Clinic he recommended. After the 3 failed rounds, our hope to succeed wasn’t at the highest, but he kept us positive that we could at least have more answers from this 4th round. He gave us personalised care and helped us to reach our goal. At the end of our first IVF cycle with Mr Sabatini we had 2 good quality Embryos, at day 5 Blastocysts stage, results we have never reached before! We decided to freeze both Embryos, as at the time a fresh transfer wasn’t recommended for me due to clinical reasons. This was a whole new chapter for us. We decided to go ahead with the frozen Embryo transfer in September 2025 and after the implant of one of the two embryos, I had my positive pregnancy test on the 5th of October. I am currently 22 weeks pregnant. So far everything is running smoothly and we can’t thank enough the knowledge and expertise of Mr Sabatini that has helped us to get to this unremarkable result. We will always be grateful to him and Preet for the support and compassion they showed us. I highly recommend Mr Sabatini, because obviously he has given us the greatest results we could have hoped for! But I would recommend him even more because, I have always felt he would have helped us to get to the answers we have long hoped for. Thank you from the bottom of our heart, Mr Sabatini and Preet.

We are extremely grateful to Dr Shalini Chawla for her care and support through our pregnancy and delivery. We came to her with a complex background — a previous emergency C-section and a very strong desire for a VBAC this time. While some other doctors were hesitant or not fully supportive of this plan, Dr Chawla took the time to understand our priorities and supported us in a thoughtful, evidence-based way. Throughout the pregnancy, there were moments of anxiety and during these times Dr Chawla was always available for us. She guided us calmly and clearly on what to do and when to act, which provided enormous reassurance and prevented unnecessary panic. What stood out most was her flexibility and accessibility, even late at night, which gave us immense reassurance during a very anxious decision-making process. As the pregnancy progressed, plans evolved. VBAC remained our preferred plan throughout, but once we reached our agreed backstop date, we understood that an elective C-section would be required. Even then, discussions continued right up to the night before, with Dr Chawla patiently walking us through the options and ensuring we felt fully supported and informed at every step. Ultimately, we did require an emergency C-section, but Dr Chawla handled the situation with exceptional calm and control. She orchestrated the theatre smoothly, communicated clearly, and the surgery itself was excellent. Recovery has been good, which speaks to the quality of the procedure. Beyond the technical skill, Dr Chawla was consistently reassuring, present, and supportive — both during delivery and afterwards. We never felt rushed or dismissed, and she was always there when we needed guidance or reassurance. We would highly recommend Dr Shalini Chawla - her clinical competence, flexibility, and genuine patient support is rare and deeply appreciated.

Hiba first treated me for quite a serious ankle injury. From my very first session, I immediately felt comfortable and supported by her warm and friendly presence. This injury was extremely hard for me, as it meant I could not play my favourite sport, football, which was really tough both physically and mentally. However, each week my session with Hiba became the highlight of my week. Not only is she an excellent physio who guided me through a quick, safe, and thorough recovery, but she also took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I always understood what we were working on. She never rushed me and always listened to how I was feeling, which made me feel truly cared for. On top of that, she has an amazing sense of humour, which really helped lift my spirits and made even the hardest rehab sessions enjoyable. After recovering from my ankle injury, I unfortunately injured my knee. Without hesitation, I knew I wanted Hiba to treat me again. Having already been through a tough recovery with her, I trusted her completely and felt reassured knowing I was in excellent hands throughout the process. During my knee rehab, she was just as supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging, constantly motivating me to keep going even when it was challenging. Thanks to Hiba’s expertise, patience, and genuine care, I was able to regain my confidence and get back to playing football, the sport I love. I could not recommend her highly enough to anyone needing physiotherapy. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients.

My first appointment was arranged within a week. After my appointment I was offered surgery in exactly one more week. Everything was great, lovely facilities, lovely staff. Everyone was very friendly and constantly being offered coffee etc. On every occasion I was taken either on time or early. I was put at ease and everything was fully explained and what the best lenses for me would be, based on my history and interests. On the day of surgery, everything went fine and there was no pain whatsoever, merely a strange feeling as the surgeon did his stuff. Afterwards I was given advice re eye drops and aftercare and again all great. Everything was fine when I got home, merely discomfort and that soon passed. I had plenty of people checking and following up that all was well. Finally, I had a follow up visit after a few weeks and again everything was great and very professional and I was advised to see my optician and GP. Throughout my time, the service I received was first class.

Overall experience was poor. After initial consultation I had little or no contact with the hospital, any contact was initiated by myself. Clear lack of communication between departments. I had already paid for my procedure and waiting for a surgery slot. Surgery was scheduled for a Wednesday but received a call the Friday before basically saying if I didnt drive up that day and do a blood test, the operation couldn't go ahead. Luckily I was in a position where I could do that but imagine if I had kids, couldn't get out of work, had no car/transport. The list goes on. The actual surgery seems to have gone well. (1 week post op). But.... the whole experience was pretty poor, no, very poor. I'd have been upset if this was the NHS but this was a privately paid procedure and if it wasn't for the fact that I had already booked time off work, staff cover, kennels for my Cane Corso's (which wasn't cheap) I genuinely would have asked for my money back and gone somewhere else.

From beginning to end what a warm and comforting environment. I don’t think the people that make the difference always get the feedback they deserve. Mr Basu was extremely kind and even referred to my dad in his call as he’s just passed away and I’d mentioned him. Sarah gascoigne from my initial call to book me in for my vacuum assisted biopsy I’ll add I suffer with anxiety and even though dreading it her personality and the way she spoke to me on email calls and holding my hand / leg lol just made the process possible. Shamima was also so kind and supportive and finally Dr Telesca you were so lovely and approached me in the best way possible so professional yet warming and just made me feel it was going to be ok. I had a combined ASD & ADHD appointment at Diverse Minds Clinic and am very happy with the outcome. I had to fill in several questionnaires before the appointment, and that was pretty hard. However, the sacrifice was repaid, as Dr Cappai put me at ease and understood my difficulties. For the first time, I felt heard, and it was a great experience. The service provided at Diverse Minds Clinic is impressive. They tend to reply very quickly, and staff do all they can to support you. The team has been very helpful, and they went above and beyond to help me with the forms where I was having problems. Dr Cappai also arranged to speak with me on the phone, free of charge, before my appointment, which I thought was remarkable. I will continue working with Dr Cappai during the titration period and possibly in the future. Highly recommended.
