We had a truly positive experience with Mr Luca Sabatini throughout our IVF journey, from the very first appointment through to egg collection and embryo transfer. He is an exceptionally skilled doctor, but just as importantly, he is personable, kind, and reassuring at every stage of the process. Mr Sabatini provided genuinely individualised care, taking the time to explain each step clearly and making us feel confident and supported throughout. He was always very easy to contact whenever we had questions, which made a huge difference during what can be an emotional and stressful time. We are incredibly grateful for his expertise and care, which has led to us now being almost 17 weeks pregnant from our first IVF round. We cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend him to anyone considering IVF treatment!

I was really please with the quality of service at Medneo Great Portlane Street and the speed at which I got my results. The medics seemed very professional and made me feel calm. I wish I'd used the service sooner as before getting a private MRI which I paid for myself I had had a number of physio treatments and exercise plans which may my injury worse due to them not knowing what was actually wrong. They were working blind as it were. And the NHS wouldn't put me on a waiting list for a MRI through them. I got a 3T scan which I believe shows a bit more than a 1.5 scanner which cast me £299. If you can afford it it might be the right choice for you. I would definitely go to these people to have a scan again if I develop another injury.

As always friendly, helpful and professional team. Had to wait for my appointment which was a little frustrating as had a taxi waiting. I understand there was an emergency that came in before me, but would have been nice to have been told so I could re organise my taxi. But that said the whole experience is great from start to finish. I would say though that filter coffee in flasks is not the best option for a good hospitality service for private patients? Bean to cups are so good these days I would suggest the flasks are replaced by these. The coffee each time I’ve been have been undrinkable.

My experience at the McIndoe centre was incredible. Throughout my surgery and stay the entire team were incredibly kind and caring. I was given plenty of reassurance prior to my surgery, everyone involved during my surgery was incredibly professional and the aftercare following my surgery was incredible. All of my nurses were incredibly kind and helpful and made the process so much easier. I had a great private room and bathroom, and the food was also great! Cannot recommend the McIndoe centre enough, they will be my first choice should I have any more procedures in future

Mr Nick Kametas

Dr Kametas is the best doctor we could've hoped for. He is extremely knowledgeable and has an incredible calmness that made us feel safe throughout the entire pregnancy. It really made a difference to us that he was always available for any questions or concerns we had. The C-section (breech baby) went perfectly, by the second day we were back home with our lovely daughter and my recovery has been very smooth. We are so grateful to Dr Kametas and can’t recommend him highly enough!

Rob has been one of the key figures (along with Natalie) during my time at Abbeycare Gloucester. He has helped me to challenge my thinking, and see things with a different perspective. He has worked with me to move me forwards, rather than battering me into submission like other (not Abbeycare)rehab I went to. Rob has taken time to understand how I think and therefore act. All the therapeutic staff have helped me so much to feel able to cope with life outside of rehab.

I visited De Debi Ray today. I would recommend her a million times over. Apart from giving us a plan, medication change and information, she gave me hope as a mum, hope that i will get my son the help he needs and that their is different avenues we can take. I have twins who have completely different needs and after today’s appointment i feel positive that we are going to get my son/sons the help and changes they need. Thank you so much :)

My partner and I wanted a laser release for our newborns tongue tie and we found ms Gupta, she was very clear and informative before we even booked in and after comparing to other services we ended up going here, the team were reassuring and made hs feel at ease, after the procedure our little one is feeding much better and we’re so glad we managed to get this done before the Christmas holiday. Friendly staff at Main Reception who gave clear directions to Imaging Department. Department staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Radiographer was great - clear with his questions and explanations. Changing room was a good size, but would benefit from redecoration and coat hooks/hangers would be useful. Overall, a good experience, but would have liked the report to have been sent to the referrer quicker.

My surgery is the best decision I have ever made and it was an informed choice, with every aspect of the procedure and any risks clearly communicated. I am so happy with my result.. Ms Anna Moon

Initial consultation with Ms Moon to hopefully diagnose and later treat the pain in my left hand. She examined me, read an existing X-ray report and identified two possible causes. She wants an Ultrasound scan to help with diagnosis. She was very clear and professional at explaining the mechanics of my problem and hopefully will give a diagnosis and possible treatment at my follow-up consultation.

The staff were very helpful and considerate , nothing was to much to ask , pre /op , mr Krishnan was very polite and explained the procedure in full , after the operation he came into explain how op went , and even on final meeting with him was given tips on how to get the knee up and running , could not ask anymore from Mr Krishnan ,
