Our family has been patients of various members of the team at the Forbury Clinic for over 10 years. Something has changed in the past year, rather than feeling like you are listened to and being cared for it now feels much more like a business akin so a sausage factory. In and out the door as quickly as possible, barely space for questions and little to no bedside manner. It feels like profit over patients. The remainder of our appointment yesterday was in a stair well being led downstairs after being shunted from room to room. With a teenage that is appalling. They find it hard to ask questions in an environment like that.

On Monday 1st December, at 12.30pm, I attended the ONE Ashford Hospital, for a total knee replacement. Within a short space of time I was ushered into my room, and eventually changed into a theatre gown. I was then taken to be prepared for my operation. This whole process was pleasant, reassuring, and very professional. Afterwards, I was returned to my room, and given all the attention I could wish for by the nurses, physiotherapists, and catering staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them, likewise for the Tuesday, when I was discharged in the afternoon.

The total experience of having the HOLEP Procedure was excellent in every way from the initial contact with Mr Aho's Private Practice Manager, admittance to HCA Princess Grace Hospital', and the world class operation and after care received from the surgeons and clinical staff. Comprehensive information was provided and all relevant questions were answered where necessary. I cannot stress enough how glad I am to have had this procedure which has enabled me to return to my normal life.

My mum had a Gallbladder removal & LCBDE by Mr Navaratne, from the very first consultation, Mr Navaratne was very clear & thorough explaining her condition, the procedures needed & what it entailed. Her case was rather complex though not difficult for Mr Navaratne as he was quite confident & kept assuring us of positive outcome. True to his words, mum made a full recovery within 3 days (she’s in her late 70s). I highly recommend Mr Navaratne’ expertise and professionalism & clinical knowledge.

Dr Muirhead and Sam were fantastic from start to finish. I was quite nervous about the procedure but they immediately put me at ease and continued to reassure me throughout. Dr Muirhead was professional, understanding and thorough from the initial consultation through to the end of the procedure, and I know that she will be on the end of the phone if I need any aftercare help or advice. She explained everything clearly and I felt in very good hands.

I recently went to see Mr Erotocritou after some blood results from the GP regarding kidney function. I had read previous reviews so decided to go with him. I was able to book an appointment really quickly. He made me feel at ease at all times. The best thing I valued was the way he explains things - from going over my CT scan and explaining what everything meant and clarifying questions I had. I would highly recommend Mr Erotocritou!

I had online consultation . The practitioner i wanted to see wasn't available and the timing changed a few times. This wasn't good given my acute state of distress. The practitioner was not particularly empathetic. He seemed a bit disconnected and almost had a fake smile. Toward rhe end od the call he tried a kind of "tough love " approach which i perceived as patronising. The prescription and advice was given clearly.

For a place that nobody hopes to ever need to go to, it is a very nice place. I’ve had a few visits. At the Breast Centre, everyone I have seen has been very nice & professional, especially Ms Lobo & Ms Patel. A very special thank you to Alina who has explained everything so clearly , who checks in regularly to see if I’m okay & at the end of the phone if I need her. Receptionists very friendly too!

He is extremely caring, studied all my past results from previous tests, explained anything I needed to know referring me for further test, arranged very quickly. I am very pleased I am under his car and have every confidence in him and his expert knowledge.

i had a letter confirming my appt yet when i arrived i was told i was not on the list and to contact my consultant's secretary. I did that but five mins later the receptionist called me for my appt. there was general lack of coordination and overall confusion and the waiting room was very full. the drinks machines were OOO so overall it was not a customer focussed experience.
