All of the staff at Harborne Hospital including reception, nurses and catering services were marvellous and so welcoming. No one wants to be in hospital but if the needs be I would recommend Mr Radley and Harborne Hospital every time.

Even a small amount of treating each patient as the first of the day would go a long way. Give 100% or you've been in the job for too long and it's time to diversify. Finally, never shake a man's hand sat down.

I arrived a little early but was seen by Toby almost immediately Toby greeted me in a very pleasing manner and after an initial examination removed wax from both ears without causing discomfort. He then carried out an examination of both hearing aids and informed me that they were both in good order. I was finished in a little under fifteen minutes and left delighted with the service.
