I opted for EDOF toric lenses, which have made a remarkable difference to my vision—providing excellent clarity and reducing my dependence on glasses. The general experience was excellent - all the staff readily on call any time of the day or night. Although I had some blood pressure problems, it was dealt with efficiently. I would like to identify Aiden as a particularly lovely person who made me feel very relaxed in a stressful situation. The physios were also very good. I would have liked a more detailed discharge plan for exercises to aid my recovery. The pain killers given on discharge seem to be only mildly effective and my pain level remains quite high. I have a lot of bruising on my thigh, which l wasn't told as a possibility. I wasn't given any information about ways to help with the stiffness. Overall, I would recommend the hospital to anyone

I had a video consultation with Dr Kallis. In the previous months I had a abdominal ultrasound scan and a CT abdomen and pelvis dual phase scan which appeared to show conflicting results. Dr Kallis explained the purpose and limitations of such scans as the reason for such conflicts, which I found understandable and reassuring. He also outlined the appropriate tests to take to clarify any remaining issues. Dr Kallis was patient and clear in responding to any questions I had. The organisation of the video consultation was very efficiently handled by his Medical Secretary. I would certainly recommend Dr Kallis

My appointment was arranged just the day before - rarely have to wait for long. Zachary the audiologist was new to me, but every bit as likeable, knowledgable and engaged as every other audiologist I've had the pleasure to consult with at Harley St Hearing. He really listened to, and answered clearly and thoroughly to every question. He found a less mainstream solution ("Frequency Lowering or compression "), to a nuanced hearing issue I have, which he suggested we tried, and delighted to say it worked extremely well in my case. I can't recommend this practice enough!

I’d definitely recommend your clinic but was a little disappointed today by the lack of sympathy from the sonographers when I went for my 6 week 4 day scan. I explained that the pregnancy wasn’t viable (I’d had a blood test at your clinic on Saturday and learn by HCG only increased 8% in 48 hrs) and this would be my third miscarriage in 12 months from my IVF pregnancies and I didn’t receive any shock or sympathy for this. It wasn’t a big deal but if the practice wants to be even better some additional warmth and sympathy would go a long way.

From being referred by someone who knows him well, I was predisposed to like him and respect his expertise, but hadn't expected to find such a a courteous, thoughtful, kind man who engaged with every aspect of me as a patient. Mr Lambert answered all my questions and was patient and understanding. I felt listened to, for the first time since I had my injury.

I received shoulder surgery and was able to be discharged the same day. All of the nursing staff were friendly and informative, the physio treatment and advice was informative. All the staff I came across were very friendly. I especially enjoyed the roast dinner which was hot when served (a new experience). I would highly recommend Mr Khan and the London Independent hospital.
