I have been diagnosed with resistant depression disorder and generalised anxiety disorder and had a recent dip on my mental health and requested urgent treatment. Dr. Sarkeel immediately moved my appointment to accommodate my needs to ensure that I had the appropriate care. Not only by being caring and treatment me with the upmost respect, but also by being one of my biggest cheerleaders and celebrating every milestone that achieve. This makes a huge difference finding the right level of support. You need to feel in a safe environment where you can open up as well as feel empowered - that's what you will find at Living Mind. I signed up for CP&R almost 6 months ago and have never looked back. The service has been excellent, communication fast and efficient and both extremely professional and friendly at the same time. The CP&R staff are extremely well trained and experienced and very easy to get on with. Their support throughout my rehabilitation has been brilliant and I certainly wouldn't be in the position I am in now if it wasn't for the whole team. I have been able to call upon advice form the physio team and cardiac nurse and every time they have been very supportive and helpful. My coach, Chloe, has been with me every step of the way and has seen me through the good and bad times, her support and enthusiasm has been fantastic and I can't thank her enough for all her hard work during my rehabilitation. I cannot recommend CP&R enough and would urge everyone to look into their services, they have certainly aided my recovery beyond what I thought was possible.

It was a pleasure to meet with Matt Wright again following our consultations and procedures in 2019 and before, when he cured my atrial fibrillation. Thanks to his specialist care, I have been able to successfully carry on running my antique business from my gallery in Pimlico.. Accordingly, it was very reassuring to discover that he had recognised my name after my recent visit to A and E at St Thomases and had been advising on further tests and treatment following the analysis of my seven day monitor. Having explained to him that I had stopped taking the prescribed Bisoprolol 2.5 mg after three days, as it very quickly took my blood pressure down to 50, he recommended that I re-start on 1.25 mg. This reduction appears to have so far done the trick, as my pulse has dropped to mid 60s which is bearable. In conclusion I am so relieved to once again know that Matt is keeping an eye on me and that his ear is available should I need reassurance.

London Digestive Centre

The London Digestive Centre is in a great location, just off Bond Street, making it easy to access. The facility itself provides a comfortable and welcoming setting for patients, and they clearly have access to some of the best doctors, which gives you a lot of confidence in the care you receive. However, the reception experience could have been better. Both receptionists were on the phone when we arrived, and neither came off to assist us or book us in. This was disappointing, as it created unnecessary confusion, especially when time is tight. Ideally, there should be one receptionist dedicated to answering calls and another available to help patients checking in. In the end, we had to go straight to our appointment to avoid being late, and the consultant's secretary kindly stepped in to check us in. While the clinical care was excellent, improving the reception process would really elevate the overall patient experience.

Pixie and Sera

Dr. Muheden was kind and attentive to my concerns and provided exceptional care during my visits. His attention to detail and genuine concern made all the difference and he ensured I understood every step of my treatment. The entire Pixie and Sera team was extremely professional from scheduling either online or by phone to reception at the clinic. They all ensured I was seen within minutes on my appointment days. Keep up great job! Suggestion - If we could get appointments and at least tests and labs done over the weekends. Maybe half days on Saturdays? It is hard for some of us to come on weekdays hence all my appointments had to be done late in the evenings. If I had an option for Saturday I would've preferred that than late in the evenings. Thank you!

I had a very good first visit to Harley Hearing and wish I had known about and visited this practice when I first had hearing problems 25 years ago! Now I feel very grateful to the senior clinician whom I saw. She put me at ease immediately and she understood the problems I had been having with my current hearing aids. She gave me a hearing test and explained clearly to me the reasons for the loss and suggested a maker that would be able to supply a hearing aid which would give me much improved hearing. I trust her judgment and look forward to wearing my new aids. All the staff were friendly and kind and supportive and, having had experience of both NHS and other private audiologists, I can recommend this practice unreservedly.

My experience of this appointment was genuinely five-star. The procedure I had was performed by Vicky with meticulous care. The clinic gives a luxurious atmosphere making you feel at ease the minute you walk through the door. The staff at VB health from the reception area to the practitioners are very friendly, warm professional and very knowledgeable. You are made to feel completely at ease and well informed about the treatment I was having. I cannot recommend VB Health highly enough this is definitely the only place to go for treatments. They listed a promotional 10% discount on their website using a coupon code if your total purchase is more than £30. However, at check out when you try and apply the code, you get a strange error message asking you to have at least £30 worth of items in your basket even though the basket total far exceeds the £30 threshold. When I e-mailed them to alert them to this error, the "customer service" agent provided a cold dismissive response, without so much as an apology. Rude staff. Suffice it to say, I did not receive the discount.
