I have been a patient since 2022 and always receive the best care from Dr. Sarkeel and the team at Living Mind. I have been diagnosed with resistant depression disorder and generalised anxiety disorder and had a recent dip on my mental health and requested urgent treatment. Dr. Sarkeel immediately moved my appointment to accommodate my needs to ensure that I had the appropriate care. Not only by being caring and treatment me with the upmost respect, but also by being one of my biggest cheerleaders and celebrating every milestone that achieve. This makes a huge difference finding the right level of support. You need to feel in a safe environment where you can open up as well as feel empowered - that's what you will find at Living Mind. The right balance so you can recover, build your resilience and if something goes wrong you have the right non judgmental environment to keep going, as this a normal part of the journey. I initially booked in to see Dr Lafina as I wanted to be more proactive with my health and wellbeing. She provides a fantastic service, where she brings great professionalism, expertise, attention to detail to the individual in front of her, and genuine care. Everything you'd want from someone overlooking your general health. With regards to my own health screening, the whole process was extensive but very smooth and I was quickly provided actionable outcomes. The overall clinic experience was great, the clinic staff were very welcoming and helpful and the clinic space was of high standard. As someone into their health and fitness, and as a practitioner in a different field of the health and wellness industry, I would highly recommend Deia Health and Dr Lafina.

The overall experience was excellent. As an NHS patient I felt I waited too long which affected my mental health and mobility, this wait has impacted on my recovery. I would have waited even longer if I hadn’t gone to my GP and asked for my operation to be escalated. The whole process took six months of physio initial NHS xray took a further 5 months to see the consultant then a further 4 and a half months for op. This has been a nightmare. I am however extremely appreciative of my operation and the treatment I have received during my stay at Hoarders. Also on the discharge sheet I was given a number to call for worries and questions once I got home this number was however not answered and my answer phone message was not called back.

My whole experience was exceptional. From the first consultation Mr Davies explained everything to me in detail, asked me many questions and really listened to what I had to say, it felt so good to be heard and not feeling rushed. From checking in at 7am until I left in the afternoon every member of staff I dealt with was so kind and reassuring, I felt very safe and confident. Mr Davies again went through everything and I felt reassured. My surgery was a month ago and I feel wonderful, no pain and my life is a lot easier. I had an excellent experience at Nuffield Hospital Guildford. The hospital was very easy to find, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. Check-in was quick, and within a few minutes I was seen by the doctor, which was impressive. The facilities were modern and spotless, with a comfortable waiting area and both hot and cold drinks available. The building itself feels contemporary and well maintained, creating a calm and professional environment. The staff were courteous, organised, and clearly experienced, which gave me confidence throughout my visit. Overall, a very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Nuffield Hospital Guildford.

Made contact with the Spire and was offered an appointment within days with Dr Hodge. He was kind, thorough, knowledgeable and reassuring. He took a detailed history of our 8 month old, carried out skin prick tests for various allergens, provided advice on the milk and soya ladders, assessed our baby’s eczema and referred us to his dietician contact. We had our baby’s peanut allergy confirmed and were provided with an action plan for this. Would highly recommend to anyone on the weaning journey, whose baby has had an allergic reaction, which has caused them worry about introducing other allergens. Thank you, Dr Hodge.

I was anxious about my first visit following some negative experiences with nhs gp appointments. But on meeting Dr Shori I was instantly very comfortable and felt heard. I had relevant tests quickly and efficiently. I did not feel rushed or dismissed at any point and came away feeling relieved that I had some answers to symptoms I had been struggling with for a long time. The practice was lovely, clean and overall a nice atmosphere. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again for a concern I was struggling with and would recommend anyone to do the same if they were in a position to do so.

I was delighted by Cardiff Gate. I had a PSA blood panel. I would be HUGELY delighted if you would consider the following: Blood tests at Sancta in Swansea could gather blood work across greater Swansea Bay. As a suggestion to you, please consider offering that on ONE of your 2 visits per week to Sancta. say, offer morning bloods? Then charge clients a small extra fee to cover a courier to run them all back to Cardiff at midday. You don't really offer such a Bloods service ain Swansea at the moment and it would cover its costs and bring in regular business.

Seeing my husbands, gashed and bruised face after a fall, when he lost balance, the lady there saw him immediately, help me persuade him to attend A and E, which he previously refused!! Took wonderful care of him, and gave us the most generous discount, because she felt he had been traumatised enough! We will certainly recommend your service. Also for people with less than perfect balance, it was so good to have a ground floor service. Thank you so much for such wonderful care, the lady there went above and beyond for us.
