Dr. Muheden was kind and attentive to my concerns and provided exceptional care during my visits. His attention to detail and genuine concern made all the difference and he ensured I understood every step of my treatment. The entire Pixie and Sera team was extremely professional from scheduling either online or by phone to reception at the clinic. They all ensured I was seen within minutes on my appointment days. Keep up great job! Suggestion - If we could get appointments and at least tests and labs done over the weekends. Maybe half days on Saturdays? It is hard for some of us to come on weekdays hence all my appointments had to be done late in the evenings. If I had an option for Saturday I would've preferred that than late in the evenings. Thank you!

I have now met Panos several times; on an outpatient basis prior and post my total hip replacement procedure and, of course, during the latter. He is charming, energetic, and conveys a reassuring aura of complete professional competence and capability. The fact that he also practices the anterior entry, minimally invasive hip replacement procedure is testament to that and, clearly, a significant advantage over conventional approaches. I have complete faith in his expertise and am now looking forward to reaping the physical and associated mental benefits of the results of his capabilities. I would unhesitatingly recommend him to anyone with a problematic hip!

I recently had surgery at Spire Leicester Hospital. The medical staff were amazing, friendly, informative and they really helped put me at ease throughout my stay. However, the administrative side needs be improved, as it took several weeks of chasing before I finally received my booking confirmation. Additionally, after my large open inguinal hernia operation, I was discharged without being offered a wheelchair and had to walk down from the second floor to leave the hospital, which was difficult so soon after surgery. Overall, excellent clinical care, but room for improvement in administration and patient support on discharge.

My surgeon was Shohista Saidkasimova and she was really wonderful. She put me at ease during the initial consultation, extremely interested in all my questions and explaining all items of the surgery in layman’s terms. During the operation she asked what kind of music I liked and supplied this in the background, not intrusively but loud enough to provide an excellent distraction. But what really impressed me was the way she interacted with me personally throughout the operation. I have nothing but praise for this lovely lady and would throughly recommend her.

Mr Sidebottom is very professional and he spends the time listening to your concerns and issues, he explained what was causing the issues in a manner which I understood and easy to absorb long term. The treatment was self administered through the use of massage of the affected area and the use of pain relief gels and the use a mouth splint. Having been reviewed periodically, I am very pleased with the outcome and with Mr Sidebottom professionalism. Definitely recommend to others.

I had my first appointment with Dr Javaid Muglu today and it was an amazing experience. He explained everything so clearly to me and I was delighted to see that his approach was towards treating the root cause of the problem, not only the symptoms. My First and I must admit it was a great experience. For once i didn't have to wait for more than 10 mins to be seen and secondly Dr Rodrigues was really good spend about 45 mins going through everything no rushing no pressure explaining everything in English instead of Dr lingo. I would highly recommend anyone if they can afford it to go private and DR Rodrigues is great.

We have had two visits with Dr Haddad with our son and whilst we came with worries and concerns, Dr Haddad really put our minds at rest and reassured us all was fine, explaining clearly what was going on which gave us huge relief and peace of mind. Dr Haddad was amazing with our son who is usually quite reserved and was a calming presence throughout.

He was the only one to give me answers and help with my problems. I can't recommend this clinic enough! I'm so happy with my experience today!

MY RECENT VISIT WAS FOR A CHECK UP ON SECOND KNEE AND X RAY. THE RECEPTIONIST ASKED QUESTIONS ON WHY I WAS VISITING BUT I SAID CHECK UP AS DID NOT KNOW MR PATKO HAD ASKED THAT I HAVE AN X RAY. I COULD NOT SAY ANYTHING ELSE WAS NOT TOLD WHY COMING TO THE APPOINTMENT IN THE FIRST INSTANCE.

Mr Rashid is an expert and highly skiĺled. He is very matter of fact but in a very friendly manner. Very easy to talk to and he explained everything very well. He even told a couple of jokes during the procedure which helped to calm the tension I was feeling at the time. Great man.
