I'm a private patient, and I had the pleasure to be treated with Dr. Khalaf twice at the Assisted Conception unit at Guys and St. Thomas Hospital. The first time, I did egg freezing and the second time I went with my husband for assisted conception assessment. The summary is that Dr. Khalaf is highly professional and respectful, he was honest in the treatment plan that I needed and suggested against unnecessarily procedures. Also, he was available to answer all my questions at any time, and was flexible with weekend appointments to match my work schedule. He is very respectful and made me feel comfortable during the examination. For egg freezing, a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Kahalf, and he exceeded my expectations. He explained the process very well, and  made me feel comfortable asking any question (even the silly ones). He gave me his phone number and was always available to answer any question at any time. The process was very smooth too, as I picked the medications from the hospital and Dr. Khalaf showed me how to take it. The eggs retrieval operation was also very smooth as the staff at the hospital were kind and nice.     My positive experience with Dr. Khalaf led me to go back to him with my husband for assessment for assisted conception. From day one he told us that we don't need IVF and the pregnancy should happen naturally. Then, he guided us through the assessment process and did a sperm test for my husband followed by a HyCoSy test for myself.  Both tests were fine, and he told us to try again and wait. We tried after the HyCoSy test, as he suggested it increases the chances of natural conception, and I got pregnant without the need to go through IVF!  I would definitely recommend Dr. Khalaf!

I had jaw surgery and a wisdom tooth removed, Mr Chiu and his team were very clear about what they would be doing and how my recovery would be. I did have particularly bad swelling and a tough recovery but Mr Chiu was very helpful at explaining all of this and providing information on how to properly recover. The other team members were also very helpful and recommended I rent the face mask cooler to aide my recovery which really helped speed up the swelling going down. My post ops have been extremely good and informative and I have left each one very happy both with the appointment and the progress following surgery. I have anxiety and Mr Chiu was really kind at putting me at ease and letting me know I could take my medication. I am really happy with the outcome of the surgery and how I have recovered. I have had a really positive experience with Mr Chiu and his team and am extremely grateful to all of them!

Never had an ear wax removal before. Funny enough the way I come across this business was through a very persuasive Reddit comment. The comment persuaded me to book myself at this company to try out as apparently it’s god sent. I had absolutely no idea what to expect or what was gonna happen. I arrived and met Dr. Dayna and she was nothing but respectful, polite also informative. She first asks about background questions regarding any symptoms and clearly tells you what’s going to happen. She was amazing.. was telling me what she was doing, asking if I’m okay when starting the removal or stopping. She gave me advice on what to buy for treating ear wax also. This is a proper definition of a hard working, professional Dr. Thank you for treating me Dr Dayna, I shall be back in six months for an update.

Went to see mr wee sim coor about a cancerous tumer on my top left upper back and he said he can and is willing to do a wide local exsision and we arranged for it to be done a week afer he were very gentle and the scar is very neat and tidy which is expected as he is also a cosmetic surgeon and he gave me the date when to come back for results to see if he got it all that I did 2 weeks later and he managed to get it all the nurses were very good mr wee sim cool were very good and also the receptionists are very good sorry for missing names out but dulcie lord is very good at her job it is well worth paying the money to go private and I will be back to beardwood if I have any other issues anyway merry christmas happy new year and all the best to all the beardwood team many thanks mr shane t

I had a great experience with Dr Cappai at Diverse Minds Clinic. She listened to all my concerns and gave me good advice on therapy and pharmacological treatment. I conducted some research before booking with Diverse Minds Clinic, and I was reassured because the clinic is registered with the CQC (unlike some other popular services in London), and Dr Cappai also works in the NHS as an ADHD specialist. The building in central London, Harley Street, is very elegant, and I felt comfortable during the long assessment (I had a 3-hour ADHD and ASD assessment), and Dr Cappai allowed some breaks and ensured I was at ease. The appointment started on time, and the report was very thorough. I am happy with the service. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I’ve been seeing Dr Kathryn at the clinic for nearly 10 years now, and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. Over the years she’s become more like a friend than just a doctor. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, always gives honest advice, and never pushes treatments you don’t need. She genuinely cares, which shows in how thoughtful and considered she is with everything she does. She’s also warm, funny, and instantly puts you at ease. The clinic itself is beautiful and welcoming too. Couldn’t recommend her more.

Overall, a fantastic facility with extremely good staff, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
