Nicola Hood has been a diamond in a coal mine for me personally. She opened my mind so gently that I never even felt it happen. Her manor is so calming and her abilities to shine light and logic onto what for me was the unexplained has taken me to a place where i can begin to regain control of a very important aspect of my life. Nicola seems to have a very natural talent of getting to the route of things without a feeling of invasion into your private feelings. I was embarrassed about the way i was feeling when i first spoke with Nicola and I am still amazed how easy she was to talk to and how quickly she understood and clarified things for me. Thanks to Nicola I am on a new path, with a different mind set going forward and with all the tools she presented to me I am now determined to honor her invested passion and emotional input by successfully conquering my fears and challenges. I can honestly say that alone i would have not been able to get back to where i want to be but Nicola has opened this door for me and shown me that it is achievable. My future now seems clearer and hopefully by me holding up my end of the commitment I shall be riding my motorcycle again and i look forward to the spring of 2026 where I can thank Nicola from behind my motorcycle handlebars. EXCELLANT ☆☆☆☆☆ From the first consultation Mr Krupa put me at ease....incredibly professional ..helpful and informative making sure i fully understood my options. As a 57 year old i needed to have my 20 year old implants removed and replaced......not only were they encapsulated but too large for my body frame lso requiring an uplift ..with lots of info and another consultation decisions were made to replace and uplift...i fully trusted Mr Krupa to make the right decisions during surgery. My surgery was 3 weeks ago today and ive had my final check up and i cant thank Mr Krupa enough. The results are more than I could hope for ....Mr Krupa is an excellent surgeon Thankyou

My appointments with Dr Srinivasan were by video consultation, which I was very dubious about not being a tech person. However it worked out very well. Brilliant. His P.A Damien was always available by phone or e mail and always responded very promptly, no matter what day or time it was. I am so pleased with help and treatment they both have given me.😀😀

It’s a stressful experience having surgery so all the fact that everyone is so pleasant, professional, kind and thoughtful, makes all the difference. The facility is extremely welcoming, spotlessly clean and the fish tanks are a nice touch. Unfortunately the only criticism is the lack of parking.
