We went today for our gender scan. The waiting room was lovely and was nice to have a drink and biscuit whilst waiting. We were early and went in not long after our appointment time. Once in the scan the two ladies were lovely and so friendly. Our baby was being difficult and didn’t want us to see what gender they were. They checked everything else for us and did all the measurements and checks which we were grateful for. The ladies did everything they could to not have our journey wasted. I first was sent for a wee, then a walk and a hot drink. Baby was still sitting cross legged whilst cuddling the cord so told us to go shopping and then come back. Once arriving back the lady told us to sit and wait and she’ll come get us once she could. Wasn’t waiting long and went back in. Finally was able to see our babies gender. The Ladies loved seeing our baby, laughed with us about their movements as they were active and couldn’t reassure us more that our baby was happy and healthy. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We didn’t have the best first experience with NHS but this had made up for it. Will forever recommend this place to friends and family.

The staff were incredibly helpful, understanding and supportive. I explained my concern and was given an urgent appointment. Vanessa S is the perfect person for her role and puts people at ease immediately. She secured me a hearing test and a consultation appointment on the same day. She also helped me with some of the administrative elements of using my private healthcare as the process has changed since I last used it. Very helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring. I was greeted on arrival, immediately shown to the waiting area and taken straight through to my first appointment, even though I was a few minutes early. Cannot fault the service I received and the care and professionalism was consistent throughout.

I’ve been a customer at Quality Dental for a while now and they’ve always been amazing. More recently, I’ve been seeing Dr. Ahmed for a filling, and he is fantastic. Coming from someone who is usually terrified of needles, I was naturally nervous, but he is incredibly gentle and patient. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and his work is top-tier. It’s been a total relief to find a dentist who actually listens and makes the experience stress-free. I can’t recommend him and the team enough!

Luckily I’ve had a great experience with Ezra / Zenvité. Being able to schedule an appointment online at a time / day suitable for my busy schedule is perfect. I’m also able to get any medication required delivered to my door. Having regular check ins gives me peace of mind that my health is in order.

Everything was extremely good regarding the care and surgery. As someone who is usually uncomfortable with just visiting a hospital I was very relaxed before and after the operation. The only comment I can think of relates to a little more clarity as to the limits of the things I can do during my recovery at home e.g. first 2 weeks, 2nd 2 weeks, beyond.

The scan took about 30 minutes, and I received the results the next day, on New Year's Eve. I highly recommend Darcy Healthcare.

Miss Tipples is the absolute best. She was friendly and explained everything I asked. The day of my hysterectomy she was reassuring. I had keyhole surgery and 4 weeks post surgery and you can barely see the incisions. If you have to have this surgery I would absolutely recommend Miss Tipples.
