I've been under Dr Raut's care since the summer and genuinely, having been discharged today, I couldn't be any happier. I had exhausted a lot of options before seeking private care and was in desperate need for a surgery to remove a very large cyst on my ovary. Right from the very first consultation, Dr Raut listened to my journey so far along with the symptoms I was experiencing and ordered diagnostic tests as well as scheduling a surgery. He was super understanding and answered all of my questions. I cannot fault Dr Raut's approachability, professionalism and knowledge - what turned out to be a more complex surgery than initially anticipated too, was done with the utmost care and my recovery has been complication-free. After a year of uncertainty on the lead up to this which took quite the toll on me personally, I can only offer the most heartfelt thanks for everything he and the wonderful other professionals involved have done to make me better. 100% recommend :)

His professionalism is matched by his compassion, which makes an enormous difference when you are feeling worried or vulnerable. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is an outstanding doctor who always makes time for you and truly cares about his patients. For which I am truly grateful.

Very clean and nice waiting area, the coffee & biscuits are much nicer than the Hampshire Clinic. Reception stall very helpful and efficient. The Polish lady who undertook the ECG was excellent, very helpful and explained what was to be done. With the excellent parking area, coffee & biscuits the whole experience was very pleasant. I had a very positive experience visiting the menopause doctor. The only criticism relates to payment policy. I was required to pay the full amount for my next appointment six months in advance, which I felt was a little harsh. I completely understand taking a deposit to secure the appointment - perhaps 50% would be more reasonable - but paying in full so far ahead of time does feel quite steep.

I originally went to se Mr Chitnavis regarding problems with my right knee. Unfortunately he was unable to progress with my surgery due to ill health so I was referred to Mr Bajwa for keyhole surgery (second operation) which was carried out under the NHS. The consultation and subsequent treatment that I received from Mr Bajwa and the Spire Cambridge Lea hospital has been excellent.

I previously had surgery with Mr Haq for breast cancer and recently had concerns with the other breast. It was easy to book the appointment and seen within 3 days. Consultation was very reassuring and tests completed the same day. I felt confident in the professionalism and care I received by all staff, special thanks to Mr Haq, Nuala and the radiographer who performed my chest x-ray.

I consulted Mr Fishman several months ago for tinnitus in one ear. He was outstanding - Mr Fishman has a rare gift of being supremely knowledgeable as well as extremely good at explaining things. Approachable and friendly. Mr Fishman is very thorough in examination, and also intelligent and insightful. You feel like you are in the best hands. Would highly recommend.

I got there at the appointment time I had been messaged and it was deemed too late as the clinic was not informed of my changed time from 09.40 to 11.45.. also the doctor I saw was not one that dealt with my condition although he did promise to refer me to another one who does deal with it.
