KT is by far the best physio I have ever been to. I went to KT to help to address a posterior pelvic tilt to help with a hip cam lesion as per instructions from a surgeon. KT took time in advance prior to our first appointment to read through the surgeon notes and very clearly understood what the notes suggested and was able to articulate this to me in a very easy to understand manner. KT really puts her patients first. She took time to understand what my personal goals were on the route to recovery such as getting back to a full gym routine and from the very first session suggested moderated ways in which I could build back up my routine. Under KTs clear and thoughtful guidance I was able to resume some level of exercise far quicker than I ever thought possible. KT provided very thorough instructions during our sessions and in the email write up that she sent after each session. Something I found particularly valuable was that KT demonstrated any exercises she gave me and then would film me doing the exercise on my phone to watch back, with her instructions voiced over the video. KT adapted well to my needs and continued to progress me in each session within what she knew I was capable of. After each session with KT I felt more and more assured and confident in my recovery. I could not recommend Katie enough, her friendly attitude and genuine desire to help not only aided in my recovery but made the entire process thoroughly enjoyable.

As a someone who has never experienced detox/rehab, group therapy, meetings, psychiatric evaluation or support and with very little exposure to discussion or open dialogue about my addition or indeed addiction in general it would have been helpful to have a better introduction/orientation to the process, perimeters, etiquette etc. I full appreciate the variables and ambiguities in an environment such as this but even being aware of what they might be would have been helpful. I felt my length of stay and the detox treatment was minimised and at times mocked, invalidating my treatment, commitment and if I’m honest, my character. I felt ridiculous and vulnerable and two particular group sessions. I would never have mocked anyone else’s efforts or derided anyone on their multiple attempts at recovery but if I had I would have fully expected to be challenged for doing so - I didn’t feel there was anyone interested in challenging the negativity directed towards me and it left me feeling quite isolated and undermined.

I am in my sixties and have had increasingly bad hearing loss over the past twenty years, impairing everyday interactions but also my appreciation of, and ability to play, music. Guitar has been an integral part of my life since I was 12 and my inability to hear pitch, intonation, harmony and to play with other musicians had not been overcome despite purchasing expensive Phonak digital hearing aids from a well-known high street retailer. I have had two appointments with Matt Frost at Harley Hearing and will have at least one more. Matt took a full history of my issues, explained clearly the physical causes of my hearing difficulties along with a detailed description of how it might be addressed. His desire to listen, to understand the nature of my hearing loss and its profound effects upon my life, allied to his incredible enthusiasm, made me feel hope for the first time in a decade. I feel so lucky to have found him!

Attended for a blood test. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with blood tests over the years. This is primarily because I have very small and narrow veins which disappear with the touch of a needle..☹️ I find the whole experience extremely painful and distressing … I explained all of this to Debbie, the wonderful and kind nurse who attended me. She was brilliant! Totally put me at ease and was incredibly supportive and gentle. I was definitely a challenge for her as my veins were completely uncooperative per usual. But she took her time and used the smallest needle possible to minimise any discomfort. She succeeded in the end and managed to get enough blood for a full blood count!! Miraculous! I am so very grateful to Debbie for turning a potentially very upsetting and negative experience into a positive outcome. She has helped me to regain a little more confidence in having my blood taken again. Thank you Debbie! 😊

I started TRT last July at a point when I was struggling significantly with fatigue, anxiety, and poor sleep. Since beginning treatment, all of those areas have improved dramatically, and the difference in my overall wellbeing has been genuinely life changing. From the initial face to face consultation through the conversation immediately prior to the operation then a reassuring word in recovery and finally a telephone consultation with the (positive) results of the pathology and oncology at 6 weeks post surgery I cannot fault Mr Abou-Chedid's care. His skill cannot be questioned and the excellent post-operative recovery is testament to this. I am sure that his technique of radial prostatectomy coupled with supra-pubic catheter greatly contributed to my recovery. It goes without saying that, given a choice, I would not have opted to have prostate cancer in the first place but for anyone in the unfortunate position of having a diagnosis of cancer I would not hesitate in recommending Mr Abou-Chedid.

Ania was kind and welcoming as always. She always asks me how things are and I tell her at length! She picks up a key issue to focus on, this time it was the window of tolerance and strategies to help me be curious, open and flexible. She is kind and supportive and helps me to see what I do well and how I can live more in accordance with my values rather than being angered repeatedly by small things or anxious about them. We both thought we were at a stage where I did not need to come to the sessions any more and I think this shows what a great practitioner Ania is and how well she understands me. I am both sorry and happy to leave!

The waiting area had few chairs and not enough for the people waiting. The people around there that gave me paperwork and told me where to wait, were polite and helpful. The appointment with the consultant was really distressing, I couldn't ask questions and didn't discussed with me the plan, just set up steps without getting me involved on her treatment plan. This experience was very negative from what I expected when you go to a professional asking for advice and reviewing if your body is working well. The treatment I received at the Matrix Eye Clinic was excellent from both Mr Guy Smith and his first class team. The results from the cataract operation in both eyes is sensational. My eyesight is significantly improved, the length, the accuracy and the intensity of the colour are all enhanced. I am absolutely delighted. Before I had the operation I was considering exchanging our television for a new model because I was having difficulty in reading small print and the scene was blurred. Now I can enjoy watching. Amazing! I have no hesitation in recommending Matrix Eye Clinic.

I didnt visit a practice, this was a blood test that was sent by post to me with an at home kit. So my rating is based on the blood test. I will visit a practice in early February to do a skin check. But everything was packed securely and sent quickly, and you appear to have received it very quickly and given me a result within a day of receiveing my blood, which I fully appreciate. The only thing I would mention about the process was the amount of blood I could get out of three fingers was less than what you asked for. Luckily it was enough for you to do the test.

At my recent visit, I felt very looked after, made totally at ease and comfortable. My surgeon Mr David O’Reilly was absolutely brilliant talked me through everything what could happen, the procedure and didn’t leave no details out which made me calm and confident I was in safe hands. My surgeon came to see me before the operation checked I was ok and also came to see me after the operation which I was very grateful for as he talked me through everything that he had done. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing the surgery I had done.

I was pleased with the overall experience of my appointment on the day. Whilst Dr Rasool had the earliest appointment available, His resume on the Bupa recognised healthcare professionals and services finder, is minimal. There is no photo either. It says his account is awaiting verification which gave me initial doubt. I had to find more of his details via Google. This I have mentioned to Dr Rasool during the appointment. I am pleased that he is happy for me to contact him via email should I have queries.
