I saw my dentist and hygienist. My dentist, Mrs Patel, gave a very thorough examination for a 6 monthly check., which was easy and painless. . An ex ray followed , which was also painless. Mrs Patel is a highly experienced dentist, who works with precision and care, which gives me great confidence in whatever task she undertakes, on my teeth. Martyna is a highly skilled Hygienist, She is well prepared for my visits, having read the notes from Mrs Patel. They work together as an excellent team. The treatment is always efficient and painless. I’m always pleased to leave I with stunning and shining teeth. Thank you both for the care and attention you always give me, and it is a pleasure to see you both.

My appointment was arranged just the day before - rarely have to wait for long. Zachary the audiologist was new to me, but every bit as likeable, knowledgable and engaged as every other audiologist I've had the pleasure to consult with at Harley St Hearing. He really listened to, and answered clearly and thoroughly to every question. He found a less mainstream solution ("Frequency Lowering or compression "), to a nuanced hearing issue I have, which he suggested we tried, and delighted to say it worked extremely well in my case. I can't recommend this practice enough!

There was a problem sourcing atropine at the correct concentration. I haven't received any notification about the problem which started around August (while we still have stocks). By the time we needed it in November, the pharmacy told me it wasn't available anymore. We were left with a lower concentration at double the price. There wasn't any communication or explanation of how lower concentration affects the treatment even after I asked specifically via email. The continued care for patients should be improved, especially since it's a long term treatment.

I was “plagued” with psoriasis on my elbows and forearms for the last year or so (I am a 60 year old male). I never suffered from psoriasis before. It was getting me down and I wouldn’t wear short sleeves. I made an appointment with Dr Rosy and she examined me and gave me a prescription and hey presto my psoriasis has “gone” after 4 weeks usage of prescribed spray. As per Dr Rosy it will come back but I should use spray as required when psoriasis returns. I am absolutely 100% confident now of wearing short sleeves. I am so thankful 🙏

Mr Sedra is an amazing surgeon. He looked after my father very well. He is a surgeon with Ethics and he has excellent bedside manners and very empathic. From day 1 until my father was discharged he was updating us regularly about his progress and his recovery. He didn’t even charge us and waived his fees because I am a doctor and this is very rare and not many people do that. I can’t thank him more than that and he is a real gentleman and a great surgeon.

The experience overall was good once seen by clinical staff. Had to wait 15 minutes after planned appointment time, 30 minutes in total after being told to be there 15 minutes before appointment. I understand than clinically time may run over, but there was no communication which would have been useful. I wonder if specific reception staff for the vein clinic would be helpful. Waiting area would also benefit from coffee machine for relatives waiting.

Mr Siau was highly attentive, diligent and demonstrated a clear interest in getting to the to root cause of the issue, all whilst maintaining a friendly and jovial manner when explaining things with me. He is clearly one of the best within the ENT specialty and I would not hesitate to use him again. Thank you, Mr Siau.

I would really recommend as the doctor can be highly trusted; I found appointments were comfortable and adds some humour which can help put you at ease. They take time and listen to any concerns, thoroughly explain everything. I was reassured with any questions I had and feel welcome to contact them for further support.

Friendly staff at Main Reception who gave clear directions to Imaging Department. Department staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Radiographer was great - clear with his questions and explanations. Changing room was a good size, but would benefit from redecoration and coat hooks/hangers would be useful. Overall, a good experience, but would have liked the report to have been sent to the referrer quicker.
