He is so skilled and and clever that what he said at the clinical consultation was correct and I am so impressed. The procedure was quick . The nurses and the support staff were so compassionate and attentive. I found Dr Hadavi to be very patient and an excellent listener. I didn't feel that he rushed me at all and he took the time to listen to my long and somewhat complicated medical history and symptoms. He asked lots of questions and I felt he was very comprehensive in his consultation and thorough in his examination. I suffer with anxiety and find medical environments very triggering due to previous negative experiences with medical professionals, but Dr Hadavi made me feel respected and at ease and I felt reassured at the end of the appointment. He was also very quick to respond to my queries over email. He has referred me for tests and I feel confident that he will be able to help me get the answers and treatment I need.

Sarah is a super friendly and helpful physiotherapist. She designs my plan, demonstrating and then watching me do the exercises to ensure I am doing them correctly. She also determines the correct weight for each exercise which I would not have had any idea about. My lower back sciatic type pain is improving as is my strength. The MoveHealth App is excellent and I can log my progress there and see videos of each exercise to check between reviews I am doing them correctly. The location is perfect for me and each review session has been helpful for my progress. There is no pressure to have a review - only when it seems appropriate. Very happy and grateful for Sarah's expertise and guidance.

My father has recently had both cataracts removed at Visio Health. He had been advised not to drive and was anxious about waiting for Surgery on the NHS. We contacted Visio and had an appointment the same week. Such lovely and welcoming staff who couldn’t have put him more at ease. He had both eyes done at the same time within 2 weeks. He was apprehensive due to having COPD and keeping still for the operation. Was a little bit disappointed with the service of leaving the hospital I hardly slept during the night. A young boy told me at 7:30 to get washed and ready to go home about 10 I said 11 o’clock would be better but when I was getting ready to go home my medication wasn’t ready. My taxi arrived 1130 and he had to go away then I had to find someone else with great difficulty to pick me up and sign papers to discharge me.the young boy did apologise . I was waiting for quite a bit of time and all my medication to be ready.

Hugest thanks to Dr Onur Gilleard for removing the cyst like lump on my face - he is an incredible highly skilled Plastic surgeon - the procedure was pain free, very quick and I couldn't believe how neat and small the incision and stitches were which are healing beautifully. It was only a week ago however I have absolutely no doubt that there will be minimal scarring due to his expertise. Dr Gilleard and the nurse were incredibly kind and caring and totally put me at ease. Would totally recommend to anyone.

All staff, including the receptionist, were very nice and helpful. The hospital waiting areas and the consulting room were very clean and well maintained. There were unlimited free hot drinks and water available for waiting patients. Whilst the hospital does not have a car park, there was plenty of on-street parking available (charges varying up to £6.50 for 4 hours - enforced until 8pm), even on a busy Friday traffic wise after 4pm, when I arrived.
