I was so fortunate to have had Dr Taylor’s care for my open abdominal surgery. Dr Taylor is not only highly skilled surgeon, but also a truly kind dedicated, knowledgeable consultant. He was so patient with me, always took as much time as I needed to listen to me and talk to me at every step of my procedure. I was very relaxed before the surgery as I knew I was in safe hands . He was there when I woke up from the surgery to inform me all went well and he visited to check on me almost every day during my stay at the hospital. My recovery has been on track so far without any complications. Dr Taylor is very organised and I was able to message him directly and always received quick responses from him which is very reassuring. Even he has updated about my surgery and the outcome of it to my GP directly on the same day. I was so impressed with that. I cannot recommend Dr Taylor highly enough. Mr Gleeson replaced my left knee just over a year ago because I could no longer enjoy walking and skiing in the Alps. My physio had recommended that I go to see him as 'he knows everything there is to know about knees'. Before I had the operation, we had a long chat to make sure that I knew what could go wrong and that I was going to have to work hard to regain full fitness. The operation went very well and I had excellent physio afterwards. It was reassuring to have the physios pushing me to work through the pain. 10 months after the surgery I did a multiday hike in Switzerland and could walk downhill for hours with none of the pain which had been coming on for years! I'm now looking forward to an off piste skiing trip next month. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Gleeson. He obviously did an amazing job on my knee and he was very kind and caring through the whole experience.

I came to see Dr Agarwal for a second opinion having been denied cataract surgery elsewhere. He tested every part of my vision, checked all aspects of eye health and then very kindly explained that I did in fact need cataract surgery. All his explanations were clear, easy to follow and delivered kindly and warmly. Cataract surgery on both eyes was done within a couple of weeks. The whole experience was very patient centred. Lots of reassurance from all members of the team and a surprisingly stress free experience. At a follow up appointment three days later Dr Agarwal was warm and genuinely delighted to show me the massive improvements to my eyesight.

My stay at Abbeycare Gloucester was exactly what I needed to aid my recovery. I arrived feeling hopeless and desperate. I felt safe and calm during my time here. The staff are so caring and understanding, while challenging the thinking and behaviors that got me here in the first place. This is my first time at Abbeycare but my 2nd time in rehab. Abbeycare is streets ahead of my previous experience. In that I left feeling more equipped to deal with life sober and supported. They have a strong aftercare program and community which I will use as part of my recovery journey. 10/10 from me. Rich W

The quality of my sight in both eyes has been greatly improved by 2 recent operations performed by Mr Lee. His surgical skills have almost completely resolved a distressing epiretinal membrane condition I suffered from 3 years ago and sight in that eye is now excellent. Recently, I had cataract surgery to the other eye and again, sight is now excellent in that eye too. His impressive surgical skills are matched by his kind, patient and reassuring manner, this is very helpful for the anxious patient. I would certainly return to him should I require any further treatments.

I’m so glad I decided to go private and saw Dr Ling. I was suffering with a bad flare up of Eczema which completely took over 50% of my body and tried steroid cream and lots of emollient with no improvements. Once I saw Dr Ling she prescribed me a steroid cream which GP had not tried and immediately after a week I noticed improvement and after a month the rash had cleared. She also referred me for light therapy with NHS which I have already started. She was friendly, helpful and understanding. My experience was 5*. Thank you Dr Tsui chin Ling.

Dr Rajiv Sood was amazing. I struggled to get my 5month baby eczema under control. Went to the GP many times but no improvement. After our consultation with Dr Sood he explained what eczema was and gave us a prescription and explained how to manage the eczema. After using the cream we noticed a big difference within 24 hours. Dr Sood explained how to manage the flare ups. Honestly I would recommend Dr Sood such an amazing caring doctor who truely cares for his patients. As a mother I cannot thank Dr Sood enough.

The ACE facility was very impressive with sleek and modern finishes, and sensitively designed for allergy with all shared areas wipable and allergen-free. As a mother of a young baby, it was also great to see the centre ideally set up for kids and babies with easy pram access everywhere and multiple baby change facilities. The centre also offered all allergy-related support services (blood tests, pharmacy, dermatology) under one roof, saving me from having to run around to get my child everything needed.

Prof Quraishi is a fantastic doctor and technically gifted surgeon . I had a sacro-iliac joint injury many years ago which was fixed in Bristol . Suffered with pain for over 10 years and saw a vast number of specialists . It was only when I saw Prof Quraishi that I knew he could fix me . He did - placed bolts across my SIJ bypassing the previous metalwork. I have had an excellent outcome and he has changed my life !

Friendly staff at Main Reception who gave clear directions to Imaging Department. Department staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Radiographer was great - clear with his questions and explanations. Changing room was a good size, but would benefit from redecoration and coat hooks/hangers would be useful. Overall, a good experience, but would have liked the report to have been sent to the referrer quicker.

Waiting over 60 minutes for an appointment that you schedule and pay for is quite poor. The excuse I got is gynaecologist appointments take longer. Okay, then play’ 30-60 mins between slots to allow for adequate timing. I had to get out of work and work the extra time that had I been offered the actual appointment time I wouldn’t have had to do that. Change your gynaecologist appointments calendar please

Her prices are very affordable and the clinic at Harley Street has a very calming atmosphere and friendly staff. I had been experiencing problems with my thumb and knees, tried various things including thumb splint. Saw Dr James Thing and must say the experience start to finish was excellent, pinpointed problem areas and carried out scan and targeted areas that were problem and treated, now no longer need splin or pain relief. So much more movement in knees too. Would highly recommend.
