Had a great experience at St John & St Elizabeth when I had a hip replacement recently. They cared for me very well and everything felt efficient t and professional.

Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating

Everything was explained clearly & advice given on how to prevent further risks of skin cancer. The skin cancer nurse was very knowledgeable & friendly.

I liked the music in reception. Quick response and lovely staff

The Midewife team is caring, friendly and professional. On 19 April, I went in for a fasting glucose test in the morning. Upon completion, both my husband and me were offered hot drinks and banana. Since this is my first pregnancy and third trimester, I am easily worried and I was a bit concern about the test. The midwife team has been patient, sensitive and caring throughout which made me feel relaxed and assurred.

Overall OK, appointments are often not on schedule though.
