All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.

Dr Eynon-Lewis was great and post-op has been very helpful in helping me deal with any questions or issues.

Having had problems breathing following a sporting injury for many years, i decided to have my septum straightened. Mr Oliver Dale performed my consultation and surgery. some 8 weeks on my breathing has vastly improved to the point where i no longer need to use my inhaler when exercising. I would recommend Mr Dale as he has changed my ability to breath freely

Lucy was fantastic from start to finish! I am scared of needles and she was really lovely about this. The actual procedure was very fast and I am loving my results so far! Would definitely recommend Lucy to anyone who cannot burp!

He is a very good at his job and explained to me the procedure of my operation with confidence he seems very happy at his job Friendly and understanding person .
