Mr Ahmed was very calming in explaining what my symptoms could mean and what tests/treatments I can do towards a recovery. His explanations were very clear and I felt reassured by his help. Thank you so much!

Mr Stimpson was very empathetic and able to provide answers to all of the questions I had regarding my treatment. He provided me with several treatment options, outlining the pros and cons of each and throughout the process, was very informative and able to put my mind at ease about any concerns I had.

My experience as a patient of Mr. Arora was excellent, he was very attentive and explained exactly what I should expect during and post operation. He stayed involved throughout my recovery and was always there to offer advice to the team and support for me.

I cannot praise Professor Winter highly enough. He is an excellent ENT surgeon with a warm and reassuring manner. I felt supported through every stage of my treatment from initial assessment, through surgery, to final review. He was very kind and polite and spoke directly to my daughter who was having the procedure and asked her questions and wanted to know if she had any questions for him. He certainly made her feel part of everything happening and making it all feel calm from consultation, to surgery day and follow ups after.
