The most unforgettable experience of my life! Both educationally and in terms of hospitality and comfort. You'd think having a private consultation would be nerve-wracking, especially at 21, but Mr Dwivedi was really professional, humble, and personable, and he quickly made me feel at ease. There was always plenty to talk about, and his credentials, educational background, publications, and medical expertise all impressed me immensely. A truly unforgettable experience. Highly reccomend!!

The ENT consultation with Mr Dwivedi was most helpful and reassuring. His manner was excellent, he took time to explain why I was suffering from dizziness and why I had experienced tinnitus, hearing loss and facial palsy over the last six months, and what I could expect to happen next. He also discussed and prescribed medication and was keen to answer the questions I had concerning my condition and make sure I had all the information I needed.

Had a highly satisfactory and a great service from an experienced and highly qualified professional. Would highly recommend Mr. Dwivedi!! My wife had an issue with her nose, has been suffering from severe nose allergy and her septum deviated which required a corrective surgery. Mr. Dwivedi quite patiently explained the condition, associated symptoms and each and every detail around what the surgery would involve and the risks associated. He performed the surgery quite efficiently and kept in touch with follow up calls after the surgery almost every day to ensure wife was ok. We are really glad that we consulted Mr. Dwivedi as she was suffering from this issue since the last 3-4 years to finally see some light at the end of the tunnel.

I saw Mr Dwivedi when I was diagnosed with a large parapharyngeal tumour. My case proved to be very complex, and throughout my consultations Mr Dwivedi kept me fully informed of my proposed treatment. He actively encouraged me to ask questions. The outcome of my operation was far better than I could have expected (a three hour operation rather than an eight hour one). Great care was obviously taken to limit my scarring as much as possible. He is extremely professional, approachable, and highly skilled. I received excellent care and cannot recommend him highly enough.

"I have known Raghav since my FRCS ORL-HNS exam days. We met at an exam course in London. I witnessed how highly his colleagues spoke of him and he was acknowledged by most Consultants who were examining us. He has always believed in evidence based practice and has a wonderful manor with his patients. He specialises in Head and Neck Surgery and I would not hesitate in getting operated by him as I feel he would be the safest pair of hands for me. I would highly recommend for benign and malignant head and neck surgeries. He is constantly developing and always has in store something new in the innovative mind!"
