The operation on my nose was a complete success, everything could not have gone any better. The all around care was excellent.

I had a very positive appointment with Mr Robinson he was immensely thorough, both on what was wrong but also on the procedure.

Mr Balfour was great. The only thing I can comment on was he said he didn’t need to see me after the operation. I should have asked why. But this is just an explanation as usually you would see the surgeon for a check up . I wasn’t clear why as I had surgery . So may be a LJ explantion as to why for the lay person!

I was referred to Mr Stimpson for a review and support following surgery and treatment for thyroid cancer several months earlier. Mr Stimpson and his team have been nothing short of incredible. The kindness and compassion I have been extended has been exceptional. I have not only been listened to and heard after a previous negative experience, but I have been scooped up and provided with all that I needed to aid my rest and recovery. I’m several months on from that initial consultation and life has changed dramatically, my life was unrecognisable post surgery and I didn’t know where to turn or who to speak to. Mr Stimpson has given me my life back and for that I am deeply grateful. There aren’t words in this language to convey the depth of my appreciation as thank you just isn’t enough, but thank you!
