I am Mr Gaurav Kumar, a Consultant ENT Surgeon based in East London and Essex, and one of the UK's most experienced endoscopic ear surgeons. Over 29 years, I have built a
practice where families trust me with their most precious people — their children — and where complex ear conditions that have gone unresolved elsewhere are finally given the attention they deserve.

I have performed over 2,000 ear surgery procedures, including eardrum perforation repairs, with no facial palsy complications in my hands. I have completed more than 1000 cases of endoscopic cholesteatoma surgery, using minimally invasive approaches that reduce discomfort and recovery time significantly. I am the first surgeon in the UK to pioneer the use of Narrow Band Imaging in cholesteatoma surgery, a technique that improves precision and outcomes. Whether you are dealing with
