I had a very positive appointment with Mr Robinson he was immensely thorough, both on what was wrong but also on the procedure.

My son’s consultation and treatment with Mr Robinson was superb. His kind approach and clear explanation was much appreciated. He had a lovely sense of humour and built up a good rapport with my teenage son. We are grateful he could treat his condition on the same day and the problems have not reoccurred

Faultless experience. He explained everything clearly and reassuringly, answered all of questions. Was very warm and welcoming and treated us and our son with kindness. The operation has been life changing for our son, we are over the moon that he was in such good hands throughout the whole experience.

We had an excellent experience with Mr Robinson. He treated us and our daughter with care and understanding. His extensive knowledge of paediatric ENT was extremely helpful in both diagnosing and treating our daughter, whilst ensuring we had a full understanding of the diagnosis and care she needed. The follow up provision has been excellent and we feel reassured knowing we have the support and continuity of care moving forward. His warm and friendly manner was also of huge benefit in getting the cooperation from our 2 year old.
Thank you very much for your lovely review.

After having several years of bad experiences with the NHS and misdiagnosing my issue, I paid privately to see Mr Robinson. As someone who researches for a living, I was meticulous in researching Mr Robinson and was impressed by his CV. I was able to get a booking date and time that met my needs, and I was very impressed by the level of understanding and detail that Mr Robinson went through to explain what he was doing and what options I had available to me. Within a month of booking to see him, I had a date for my operation. Unfortunately, this did not work for me, but Mr Robinson and his team were excellent, and I was able to move it by a month, which better suited me. Overall, I cannot fault anything that Mr Robinson or Spire, Bristol did for me, and I would happily recommend Mr Robinson to anyone seeking any ENT procedures or advice. Pure excellence from start to finish. Thank you for changing my life for the better.

From our first meeting he made us feel completely at ease and took time to explain the procedure to my son and what exactly would happen on the day of her operation. In the day itself he came to see us before and after the operation and we felt he was excellent.
Thank you very much. I feel very privileged to have a lovely mixture of adults and children in my practice!

Mr Robinson was brilliant at explaining my tinnitus in a way I could fully understand. This put me in a better place instantly. He is very down to earth and made me feel as ease in his presence.
Thank you very much. Tinnitus is such a worrying symptom but there is so much than can be done to help alleviate it. I was lucky enough to be trained by two of the top Tinnitus experts in the world and have built a wonderful team of hearing specialists to help patients with tinnitus.
