I have reflected a lot on the difficult few years that we have had with our daughter (thankfully now well on the road to a full recovery). During that time, out of everyone that supported her, Dr. Mistry had the most positive impact. From the first meeting when he called out her eating disorder (a huge relief to me after fighting for the previous 6 months to get her help), his clear recommendation of inpatient care, his attention and care during her time in hospital and eventually her discharge to day support. I trusted Dr. Mistry fully from Day 1; he was always clear, professional, direct (but with compassion), entirely patient-centred and extremely responsive in terms of communication. When we were at sea, living in terror, his support and guidance were invaluable. I count ourselves very lucky to have found Dr. Mistry at that time of crisis. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr Pardeep is not just a great doctor but a super human being also. He is extremely patient to listen to your minute details of problem and issue you are facing. You feel extremly comfortable to discuss your issue, you will not feel like you are judged. He do a lot of research on your issue and come up with theoretical and practical approach to cater it. His communication is excellent, i feel so motivated and confident after my sessions with Dr Pardeep.

When I felt my lowest when I met Dr Sheetal Sirohi I left feeling like I was going to get through it and be supported. She really cared about me, my aspirations and current concerns and gave me a very clear action plan on next steps

Finally felt I had found a Doctor with the right experience to treat me and a calm, open manner that helped me believe I was being listened to also. With the simplified explanation for admittance I was able to focus on reestablishing a Basic Daily Routine, the change of medication mid-stay meant my QoL went up, the connecting with my spouse meant long term cahnge could be implemented. Thank you.

When I started my journey with my very difficult life. I was put in contact with Dr Rostamipour for an assessment for ADHD. I was actually diagnosed with ADHD and slight autism. Thereafter I was very carefully and compassionately guided into a health care plan that has literally changed and saved my life. I feel after seeing Dr Rostamipour My life has begun. I am in regular contact with Dr Rostamipour. I have regular updates about how I’m feeling and coping with my life and my medication. This is all very carefully monitored and I couldn’t wish for a better outcome. I feel I was born in June 2022 and I am the person now that I always knew I was. So I can’t thank Dr Rostamipour more for his compassion , expertise and knowledge that has got me where I am today. Alex D.

Excellent service

Dr Nasr listened very carefully to what I had to say and diagnosed my condition accurately... There after he wrote to my GP regarding my medication and condition... He put me on CBT therapy with Anna Vreede who was excellent... She was warm, friendly and approachable, she lifted my mood and I looked forward to our meetings, which set me on a road to recovery.

Although I’ve mainly dealt with Natalie Smith, I’ve seen Dr Joseph a couple of times over the years. He’s been quite helpful.

Dr Humphrey exceeded my expectation of a psychiatric doctor. Whilst my time here; he explained procedures in a reason manner. Setting realistic timeframes; whilst I became an informal patient.
