Caring and knowledgeable

This was my 3rd appointment with Dr Astorri for the Evusheld injection. My experience has been fantastic! As an immunocompromised person I absolutely value the service she provides. I find her very personable and happy to explain any questions I have in a way I understand. I took my daughter with me today and she was happy to repeat in detail answers to my questions because I knew I would forget as soon as I left! I did not feel rushed or a nuisance. It is extremely important to have this relationship with your consultant, someone who puts you at your ease. I cannot recommend Dr Astorri highly enough!

Dr Mahto took ample time to familiarise herself with my medical history and to get to the bottom of my symptoms. Her recommended course of action was explained in great detail and made sense to me. An entirely satisfactory first consultation.

A very thorough set of diagnostics arranged. Thinking outside the box and reviewed me as a whole not just a part. Inspires confidence. Highly recommend.

For someone who was experiencing inordinate delays via my GP to be able to have a frank conversation with Dr Dulay regarding my concerns resulting in being able to push my GP for an urgent referral was worth its weight in gold! Fingers crossed, following this consultation I will now receive the treatment I need sooner rather than later thus reducing or even negating future problems. Win, win as far as I'm concerned.
