Dr Purkayastha has a strong academic interest in rheumatoid arthritis, early inflammatory arthritis, musculoskeletal ultrasound and molecular analysis of joint tissue. A very helpful consultation, with time to explain the symptoms
It was my first time meeting with Dr Purkayastha and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. He was very patient and thorough when taking my medical history and doing a physical exam. He was able to quickly give a diagnosis and recommended a number of things to help with symptom relief. All in all, the appointment took 45 minutes and not once did I feel rushed. I won't hesitate to come back!
Extremely nice doctor, very explanatory, knowledgeable and helpful. Speaking to him made me feel more confident and aware about my condition, and hopeful for my future treatment.
Clinically competent, common sense practicality, solving problems and grateful for the face to face consultation. I left feeling as if I could move forward with my treatment.
