Lovely person, great care and explained condition and simple terms. The main thing is that Dr Catherine listened.
Catherine was incredibly understanding and provided a professional and thorough review of my conditions. I felt assured being under her care and would happily return if ever needed.
Meeting Dr.Mathews was a very pleasant experience - easy to talk to - and her guidance on my problems were very clear and precise - her follow letter confirmed all the details re. my examination - I feel that a burden has been lifted off my shoulders.
Dr Mathews was calm, patient and very personable. Loved her approach - to get to the heart of the matter in a warm, reassuring way, and explain everything as she went. Appreciate the time she spent, and her approach.
I cannot recommend Dr Mathews highly enough. She listened carefully and kindly to my symptoms, asked lots of questions, then provided a clear follow up plan. So, to Dr Mathews: thank you. And to anyone out there who needs advise about their rheumatic symptoms: choose Dr Mathews.
Dr Catherine Mathews was extremely pleasant and we ended up with a diagnosis as a result my husband feels so much better I can highly recommend Dr Mathews we had a 5 star consultation
Dr Mathews was interested, empathic and present. The outcome was highly positive and life changing for my daughter's future career prospects. Huge thankyou.
I was greeted with an introduction that explained what Dr Catherine Mathews was qualified in. She did not want to see the letters from the doctors as she preferred to examine the issue so she could make her own diagnosis. This approach was backed up by the outcome that the doctors letter was not addressing the real issue. Plain X-rays and MRI scans are required to further diagnose the issue.
Excellent clinician with very methodical approach.I would recommend Catherine to my family and friends.
